Claims (8)

1. The twisting adjusting device of the rope twisting machine is characterized by comprising a base (1), wherein a tension adjusting device, an angle adjusting device, a die orifice (2), a longitudinal clamping device, a transverse clamping device and a winding device are sequentially arranged on the base (1) from left to right, the tension adjusting device comprises a first rotary table (3) and a second rotary table (4), mounting plates (5) with three numbers are fixedly arranged between the first rotary table (3) and the second rotary table (4), the mounting plates (5) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the first rotary table (3) at equal intervals, a first mounting bracket (6) is fixedly arranged at one end of the mounting plate (5) close to the first rotary table (3), a first bearing (7) is fixedly embedded at the upper ends of the two side walls of the first mounting bracket (6), and a first transmission shaft (8) is fixedly arranged between the first bearings (7), the automatic transmission device is characterized in that a pay-off reel (9) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the first transmission shaft (8), a first belt pulley (10) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one end of the first transmission shaft (8), a first motor (11) is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate (5), a second belt pulley (12) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft of the first motor (11), the first belt pulley (10) and the second belt pulley (12) are transmitted through a triangular belt, a second mounting bracket (13), a mounting column (14) and a third mounting bracket (15) are fixedly arranged on the mounting plate (5) in sequence from one end close to the first mounting bracket (6) to one end close to the second rotary table (4), a first limiting wheel (16) is mounted on the second mounting bracket (13), a pressure sensor (17) is fixedly arranged on the mounting column (14), and an arc-shaped limiting slide rail (18) is fixedly arranged on the pressure sensor (17), the third mounting bracket (15) is provided with a second limiting wheel (19), the second limiting wheel (19) and the first limiting wheel (16) are at the same height, the lowest point of the second limiting wheel is lower than the upper end of the arc-shaped limiting slide rail (18), the middle parts of the first rotary disc (3) and the second rotary disc (4) are respectively provided with a first line hole (20), the second rotary disc (4) is equidistantly provided with a second line hole (21) matched with the second limiting wheel (19), the middle part of the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate (5) away from the first rotary disc (3) is fixedly provided with a transmission cylinder (22), the outer wall of the transmission cylinder (22) is fixedly provided with a third belt pulley (23), the base (1) is fixedly provided with a second motor (24), the outer wall of the second motor (24) is fixedly provided with a fourth belt pulley (25), and the third belt pulley (23) and the fourth belt pulley (25) are in a triangular belt transmission way, the base (1) is provided with a PLC (programmable logic controller) (26), the first motor (11), the second motor (24) and the pressure sensor (17) are electrically connected with the PLC (26), the outer walls of the first turntable (3) and the second turntable (4) are fixedly provided with second bearings (27) in a sleeved mode, the second bearings (27) are fixed on the base (1), the angle adjusting device comprises a disc (28), the circumferential direction of the disc (28) is provided with twelve third line holes (29) at equal intervals, the middle of the disc (28) is provided with a round hole (30), a limiting device is arranged in the round hole (30), the outer wall of the disc (28) is fixedly provided with a third bearing (31), a fixing plate (32) is fixedly arranged below the third bearing (31), and the fixing plate (32) is fixed on the base (1), the die orifice (2) is fixed on the base (1) through a connecting rod.

The twisting adjusting device of a rope twisting machine according to claim 1, wherein the limiting device comprises a fourth bearing (33), a fourth mounting bracket (34) and a third limiting wheel (35), the fourth bearing (33) is fixed in the round hole (30), the inner walls of the upper end and the lower end of the fourth bearing (33) are both fixedly provided with the fourth mounting bracket (34), the fourth mounting bracket (34) is both provided with the third limiting wheel (35), and a limiting hole is formed between the third limiting wheels (35).

The twisting adjusting device of a rope twisting machine according to claim 4, wherein the winding device comprises a winding disc (40), a second transmission shaft (41) is fixedly arranged in the winding disc (40), a fifth bearing (42) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the lower end of the second transmission shaft (41), the fifth bearing (42) is fixed on the base (1), and a driving device is arranged on one side of the second transmission shaft (41).
