In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the edible oil bottle packing and stacking conveyor line 100 further includes a stacking conveyor line 60 for stacking cartons, and a feeding port of the stacking conveyor line 60 is connected to a discharging port of the finished product conveyor line 50. The carton stacking is to stack cartons on a tray according to a certain arrangement mode so as to facilitate warehouse storage or finished product conveying.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, a palletizing conveyor line 60 is provided with a palletizing coding station 61, a palletizing robot 62 and a pallet library 63 in sequence along a conveying direction, wherein the palletizing coding station 61 performs coding arrangement on cartons from the finished product conveyor line 50 to form single-layer palletizing; the stacking robot 62 and the stacking conveyor line 60 are arranged at intervals, and the stacking robot 62 is used for grabbing single-layer stacking; the tray storehouse 63 and the stacking conveyor line 60 are arranged at intervals, and the tray storehouse 63 is used for providing trays to the stacking conveyor line 60 so as to enable the stacking robot 62 to stack the trays.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the stacking and coding station 61 forms a single-layer stacking by a translation roller line 611 and a third box pushing mechanism 612, the size of the translation roller line 611 is adapted to the size of the occupied area of the single-layer stacking, the translation roller line 611 is connected to the discharge port of the finished product conveyor line 50, the third box pushing mechanism 612 is disposed on the translation roller line 611 to push an entire column of cartons on the translation roller line 611, the cartons of the finished product conveyor line 50 are conveyed in a single column, the cartons conveyed in the single column are conveyed to the translation roller line 611 of the stacking and coding station 61, the entire column of cartons are pushed to a side far from the finished product conveyor line 50 by the third box pushing mechanism 612 to form a first column of the single-layer stacking, and so on, the carton conveyed to the translation roller line 611 by the finished product conveyor line 50, the third box pushing mechanism 612 pushes the entire column of cartons to a side far from the finished product conveyor, the second and third rows … … of the single layer stack are formed in sequence until the single layer stack meets the set specification. In order to improve the grabbing accuracy of the palletizing robot 62, the palletizing conveyor line 60 is further provided with four box pushing mechanisms 64, the four box pushing mechanisms 64 are symmetrically arranged, each box pushing mechanism 64 comprises a fourth box pushing plate and a fourth box pushing cylinder, the fourth box pushing plates move in opposite directions under the driving of the fourth box pushing cylinders, and the fourth box pushing cylinders enable the outer end faces of the cartons completing single-layer palletizing to be aligned. The palletizing robot 62 is used for grabbing single-layer palletizing to the tray at a single time, so that the production efficiency is improved, and when the number of layers stacked on the tray meets the set requirement, the tray enters the next procedure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line 100 further includes a film wrapping machine 70, the film wrapping machine 70 is disposed adjacent to the discharge port of the stacking conveyor line 60, and the film wrapping machine 70 is configured to wrap a film around a finished product to wrap various bulk objects or bulk objects by using the tension of the stretched film to package the bulk objects or bulk objects into a whole.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line 100 further includes a jacking transfer conveyor line 80, and the jacking transfer conveyor line 80 is disposed adjacent to the film wrapping machine 70.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the edible oil bottle packing and stacking conveyor line 100 further includes two lifting machines 90, the lifting transferring conveyor line 80 includes two lifting transferring runners 81 arranged in parallel, and the lifting machines 90 are respectively arranged corresponding to the lifting transferring runners 81. The discharge port of the elevator 90 is provided with a forklift which receives the finished products to complete the whole boxing and stacking process.

Claims (10)

1. An edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line is used for boxing and stacking oil bottles from an upstream conveyor line, and is characterized by comprising:
the oil bottle conveying line is provided with a one-to-two channel dividing machine, and the oil bottle conveying line forms two oil bottle flow channels through the one-to-two channel dividing machine;
the oil bottle conveying line is arranged close to the oil bottle conveying line and comprises two parallel carton runners, one carton runner is provided with a first boxing station, the other carton runner is provided with a second boxing station, and the first boxing station and the second boxing station are arranged in a staggered mode; and
two boxing robots, wherein one boxing robot is arranged close to the first boxing station, and the other boxing robot is arranged close to the second boxing station;
the oil bottle flow channel, the carton flow channel and the boxing robot are in one-to-one correspondence.
2. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil bottle flow channel is provided with a one-to-many channel dividing machine.
3. The edible oil bottle packing and palletizing conveyor line according to claim 1, wherein the carton conveyor line further comprises:
the discharge port of the carton line is arranged close to the feed ports of the two carton runners, the discharge port of the carton line is provided with a shunting baffle and a first carton pushing mechanism, and the first carton pushing mechanism is used for pushing the cartons from the carton line to the carton runners; and
and the carton unpacking machine is used for unpacking the carton, and is arranged close to the feed inlet of the carton line.
4. The edible oil bottle packing and palletizing conveyor line according to claim 1, further comprising:
the feeding port of the confluence paper box line is arranged close to the discharging ports of the two paper box runners; and
and the feeding port of the finished product conveying line is connected with the discharging port of the confluence paper box line, and the discharging port of the confluence paper box line is provided with a second box pushing mechanism which is used for pushing the paper box to the finished product conveying line from the confluence paper box line.
5. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line according to claim 4, wherein the finished product conveyor line is provided with a weighing machine, a box sealing machine and a labeling machine in sequence along the conveying direction.
6. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line as claimed in claim 4, wherein the edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line further comprises a stacking conveyor line for carton stacking, and a feed inlet of the stacking conveyor line is connected with a discharge outlet of the finished product conveyor line.
7. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line as claimed in claim 6, wherein the stacking conveyor line is provided with:
the stacking coding station is used for coding and arranging the cartons from the finished product conveying line to form single-layer stacking;
the stacking robot is arranged at intervals with the stacking conveying line and used for grabbing single-layer stacking; and
the pallet storehouse, the pallet storehouse with the pile up neatly transfer chain interval sets up, the pallet storehouse is used for providing tray to pile up neatly transfer chain to supply the pile up neatly robot to carry out the pile up neatly.
8. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line according to claim 6, further comprising a film winding machine, wherein the film winding machine is arranged close to the discharge port of the stacking conveyor line, and is used for winding a film on a finished product stacking machine.
9. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line according to claim 8, further comprising a jacking and transferring conveyor line which is arranged adjacent to the film wrapping machine.
10. The edible oil bottle boxing and stacking conveyor line according to claim 9, further comprising two lifting machines, wherein the lifting transferring conveyor line comprises two lifting transferring runners which are arranged in parallel, and the lifting machines are respectively arranged corresponding to the lifting transferring runners.
