Abstract
The invention relates to a processing technology of silver ornaments, and belongs to the technical field of silver ornament processing. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing an upper part die of a silver ornament by mud, wherein the upper part die comprises a radian, a size of exaggerate openings, a width and a thickness; and 2, coating a layer of silica gel on the outer surface of the upper part mould made of the clay sculpture, sticking gauze on the outer surface of the silica gel, and finally fixing the silica gel by using the gypsum. And (3) peeling off the silica gel from the upper part of the mould, and injecting molten paraffin into the formed cavity, so that the same wax mould can be obtained. According to the invention, the magnet is directly added into the silver by using the processing technology of the silver ornament, so that the problem of demagnetization of the silver ornament in the processing process at present is solved, and the silver ornament can be attracted only in a place with iron because the magnet is added into the silver ornament instead of the magnetic adsorption piece. In addition, the silver ornament processed by the method has wide application, and can be used for fitness equipment, health care products, vessel accessories and the like besides the cup body.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing technology of silver ornaments, and belongs to the technical field of silver ornament processing.
Background
Pure silver is commonly used as an ornament material and favored by consumers due to excellent performance and lower price advantage, people increasingly purchase silver ornaments along with the improvement of living standard, the requirements on the appearance and the quality of the silver ornaments are continuously improved, and due to higher requirements, although the processing technology in the prior art has various types, the finished product is poured out directly by adopting a mold, and because the melting point of silver is 961 ℃, the demagnetizing temperature of a magnet is 750-760 ℃, if a magnet is added into the silver ornaments, the magnetism of the magnet must be ensured not to disappear, and the domestic combination mode of silver and the magnet is not overcome. The patent of the Chinese published utility model CN206354815U sets a magnet at the bottom of a cup body, and sets a process ornament with a magnetic adsorption piece at the bottom in the cup body, so that the process ornament is adsorbed in the cup body, but the process ornament has two disadvantages, firstly, when the cup is used for drinking water, the process ornament in the cup body needs to be taken out to be used, otherwise, the process ornament is unfavorable for the health of people; secondly, the magnetic adsorption piece is arranged at the bottom of the craft ornament, the magnetic adsorption piece (iron) is nested at the bottom of the craft ornament, and the magnetic adsorption piece can be adsorbed only when meeting the magnet, so that the use has certain limitation; thirdly, the application range of the craft ornament is too small to be viewed in the cup. Therefore, a new silver ornament processing technology is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a processing technology of silver ornaments comprises the following steps:
step 1, manufacturing an upper part die of a silver ornament by mud, wherein the upper part die comprises a radian, a size of exaggerate openings, a width and a thickness;
and 2, coating a layer of silica gel on the outer surface of the upper part mould made of the clay sculpture, sticking gauze on the outer surface of the silica gel, and finally fixing the silica gel by using the gypsum. Peeling off the silica gel from the upper part of the mould, and injecting molten paraffin into the formed cavity, so that a wax mould with the same shape can be obtained;
step 3, taking out the paraffin model from the silica gel model, wherein the imperfect place needs to be finely trimmed;
step 4, placing the prepared paraffin model for several days and then carving;
step 5, soaking the wax mold in a water glass solution, hanging 5-6 layers of refractory materials on the outside, hanging 8-9 layers of slightly large objects, taking out the slightly large objects, spreading quartz sand, putting the slightly large objects into an ammonium chloride solution for hardening, and repeating the operation until a shell with enough strength of 5-10 mm is formed;
step 6, immersing the formed shell into water at the temperature of 80-95 ℃ to remove a wax film, and then roasting to remove residual wax to obtain a hollow shell;
step 7, filling sand outside the cavity shell to increase the strength and stability, then casting, and injecting high-temperature silver aqueous solution into the clay shell;
step 8, standing the upper part of the cast silver ornament together with the refractory material for a period of time;
9, after the silver water is solidified and cooled, smashing clay or a thick refractory material shell, and taking out a fine silver decorative casting which is the same as the wax mould in one mould;
step 10, casting silver water on the reserved holes in the wax melting process, breaking the thick and heavy shell, and cutting off and grinding the redundant silver;
and 11, repeatedly grinding and polishing to give out soft and bright luster from inside to outside on the upper part of the silver ornament.
Step 12, repeatedly using the method of the step 1-11 to manufacture the lower part of the silver ornament;
and step 13, after the upper part and the lower part of the silver ornament are manufactured, placing the magnet into the embedded space of the upper part and the lower part of the silver ornament.
Step 13, after the upper part and the lower part of the silver ornament are manufactured, placing the magnet into the magnetic holes reserved in the embedding space of the upper part and the lower part of the silver ornament;
and 14, removing welding points of the welded silver ornaments, polishing and grinding, and then finishing the finished product to ensure that the interior of the casting must be sealed.
Preferably, the metal material embedded in the magnetic hole reserved in the embedding space is an alnico magnet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the magnet is directly added into the silver by using the processing technology of the silver ornament, so that the problem of demagnetization of the silver ornament in the processing process at present is solved, and the silver ornament can be attracted only in a place with iron because the magnet is added into the silver ornament instead of the magnetic adsorption piece. In addition, the silver ornament processed by the method has wide application, and can be used in the fields of fitness equipment, health care products, vessel accessories, household articles, ornament hangers, kitchen articles, mascot, gifts, packages, clothes, badges, automobile articles, medical appliances and the like besides the cup body; the silver ornament has the function of purifying water, is harmless to human bodies, can directly drink water if placed in a cup, does not need to be taken out, and is very convenient for people to use.
