The production operation steps of the unit are as follows:
(1) firstly, hoisting a coiled raw material plate onto a discharging machine by using a travelling crane, tensioning an inner hole of a steel coil of the discharging machine, and manually discharging a coiled plate;
(2) manually pulling the stub bar to a straightening machine, and adjusting the punching size through a computer by a punching device;
(3) then the plate enters a forming host machine, and the forming host machine carries out continuous rolling forming on the rolled plate;
(4) after the forming host machine is formed, punching holes on two sides of the plate at a proper position under the control of a computer PLC;
(5) when the formed section bar reaches the length required by a user, the main machine stops working, and the formed product is cut off and guided to a finished product bracket by the hydraulic shearing device;
(6) after the cutting is finished, manually moving the finished product from the bracket to a specified position;
(7) therefore, one working cycle of the machine set is finished and repeated, and the pressed finished product is turned to the edge turning machine manually to turn the edge forwards and backwards, so that the product is finished.
Maintenance, maintenance and safety technology of the unit: before the machine set is used and operated, the specification of the machine set must be carefully read to know the working performance and the use method of each machine of the machine set, so that the good state of the machine can be kept for a long time, and the service life of equipment is prolonged; the machine set should be tested before each use to check whether each machine is operating normally. Preferably, before use, the forming roller on the main machine is wiped once by using machine oil; during operation, workers preferably wear gloves to prevent fingers from being scratched; working area lines with the width of 1.5mm are respectively marked on two sides of the unit, and other non-working personnel are prohibited from entering the unit, so that normal work is not influenced, and even danger is avoided; the environmental sanitation of the surroundings is kept, and the unit cannot be placed in a high-humidity environment to work; when the roller is not used for a long time, engine oil is coated on the roller and the roller is covered by a plastic film so as to prevent the roller from being rusted or other sundries from falling; if abnormal sound occurs during operation, immediately stopping for inspection, and not driving again for use until the sound is repaired; the main machine should stop the motor when adjusting to avoid accidents, and a standard thickness gauge (feeler gauge) is applied when adjusting the clearance between the upper and lower rollers, so that the knife, the steel plate and other objects with rough surfaces are avoided.

The hydraulic operation steps of the above embodiment are: unscrewing an oil filling port cover, injecting hydraulic oil (ISOVG32, 46 and 68 or equivalent-grade hydraulic oil), and observing the height of an oil level in an oil level gauge, wherein the oil level is just flooded to the scale line at the uppermost end of the oil level gauge (if the oil level is lower than the scale line at the lowermost end of the oil level gauge in daily use, the oil level is insufficient in an oil tank, the oil level can be used after being added, otherwise, the system is unstable and a pump is damaged easily); screwing down a fixing screw on a terminal box on the side surface of the motor, taking down a cover, wiring according to a wiring diagram shown by a motor nameplate, and ensuring that the input voltage does not exceed the maximum allowable use voltage of the motor; connecting each hydraulic pipeline and the electric control loop; starting the motor, turning off the motor after about 1 second, observing whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction of the pumping mark, and if not, exchanging any 2 phase lines among 3 phase lines of the motor; and the motor is started again, and the system can be used (when the system is used for the first time, the system is required to be in an idle running state for a period of time, so that air in the pipeline is conveniently discharged).
The maintenance of the unit comprises that generally speaking, a hydraulic system can work for a long time without faults without special maintenance through correct installation and debugging; the basic principle of good maintenance is to check the quality and state of the transmission medium and the cleaning condition of the oil circuit frequently, which determines the reliability of the hydraulic system; the following daily maintenance measures are recommended: external cleaning, once a month, in this way leakage and failure hazards can be more easily discovered; regularly checking the oil filter to find out fouling and timely cleaning or replacing the oil filter; adding oil, wherein when the oil level is lower than the lowest scale line of the oil level indicator, the oil quantity is insufficient, hydraulic oil needs to be added into the oil tank, and the newly added oil needs to be the same as the oil added last time; note that: hydraulic oil from different manufacturers cannot be mixed, hydraulic oil from the same manufacturer with different specifications cannot be mixed, and water should be prevented from being mixed during refueling; filtering the hydraulic oil at least once a month if conditions permit; oil change, generally using about 3000 hours to change once (depending on the working environment, the oil change time interval can be prolonged under the better environment condition, the oil change time interval is shortened under the worse environment condition), the oil tank needs to be carefully cleaned during the change, and the whole oil circuit needs to be flushed if necessary; the oil temperature is kept below 60 ℃, and the optimal operation temperature is 35-55 ℃; under special conditions, attention is paid to heating and cooling.
The electrical use of the host computer is as follows: please provide reliable grounding at the power end, and the main motor and the oil pump motor need to be connected to the grounding end of the control cabinet; please check if the power voltage is stable, requiring a ground voltage range (380V ± 10% for three phases). If the power grid is out of the range or the power grid is unstable, the control cabinet is not used; the control cabinet is not required to be placed in a place where sunlight directly irradiates, and the control cabinet is not required to be used in an area with serious dust or air pollution such as corrosive gas and the like, and the cabinet body and the surrounding environment are required to be kept dry; control lines such as an encoder are separated from the power line as much as possible to avoid interference; the temperature of the PLC use environment: 0-55 ℃, the temperature of the use environment of the touch screen: 0 to 50 ℃; the temperature of the PLC application environment is 0-55 ℃, and the temperature of the touch screen application environment is as follows: 0 to 50 ℃; the frequency converter is used for driving a motor with rated power which is larger than or less than half of the rated power, which is not allowed, and the motor can only run when the rated current of the frequency converter is matched with the motor nameplate; non-professional personnel do not need to adjust the device in the cabinet; the frequency converter in the control cabinet is not suitable for emergency stop machinery; during power failure or no pressing plate, please turn off the power supply of the control cabinet, and place all switches and buttons at the stop position; if the equipment is not powered off but needs to be stopped temporarily, the manual/automatic switch is turned to the middle stop position, and the emergency stop button is pressed. Preventing the equipment from acting due to accidents; during maintenance, please refer to the above precautions to ensure safety, such as operating the equipment due to maintenance needs, having to have a dedicated person to operate the control cabinet, and not having to leave without authorization during maintenance.
