The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device removes plastics and ferrous metals in the kitchen waste, and the secondary utilization of resources is realized to remaining kitchen waste through biological aerobic composting, so not only the kitchen waste is handled, can also be used for fertilizing after the composting is completed, and the device is suitable for the use of the kitchen waste of most household kitchens and restaurants, realizes the function of removing foreign substances and biological aerobic composting from the kitchen waste, and has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, no blockage in operation and stable machine operation.

The trash after impurity removal enters the crushing cavity 36, at this time, the water discharge valve 14 is opened, the sewage in the liquid storage cavity 13 enters the crushing cavity 36 through the second water discharge pipe 34, at this time, the impurity removal motor 52 drives the stirring rotating shaft 50 to rotate, the stirring rotating shaft 50 drives the first bevel gear 53 and the stirring rod 37 to rotate, the first bevel gear 53 drives the second bevel gear 54 to rotate, the second bevel gear 54 drives the crushing wheel 69 to rotate through the crushing rotating shaft 68, the crushing wheel 69 drives the blade 66 to cut and crush the trash after impurity removal through the blade mounting wheel 67, the crushed trash enters the composting cavity 38, the stirring rod 37 stirs the trash, the kitchen trash is composted in the composting cavity 38, at this time, the blower 61 starts cavity air to be blown into the device through the air blowing pipe 60 and the air blowing port 62, the air pump 47 discharges the air containing less oxygen out of the apparatus through the air discharge duct 43, and the air cleaner 45 cleans the putrefactive odor in the air and filters the air.
After the waste in the composting cavity 38 is composted, the hydraulic cylinder 29 sucks oil into the third hydraulic cavity 42 through the third oil pipeline 44, the third hydraulic push rod 40 moves rightwards to open the discharging cavity 41, and the composted waste is discharged from the discharging cavity 41.
