Meanwhile, since the whole belt tail connector 210 is of an integrally formed structure, the belt tail connector 210 cannot be separated from the wrist strap 100 without damaging the structure, and thus the fixing connection between the two is more stable and firm.
Further, considering that the wristband 100 of the present embodiment is a woven wristband, the density of the woven wristband is low, and the wristband may have a reduced strength at the position where the connection hole 111 is formed, resulting in a risk of damage to the wristband 100. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the fitting portion 110 formed by hot press molding is provided at the position of the hole of the wristband 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2a, before the wristband 100 is punched, the end of the wristband 100 is first heat-pressed to partially cure the heat-pressed area of the woven wristband, thereby increasing the density and increasing the hardness of the wristband. The hot pressing region serves as a mounting portion 110 for connecting the wrist band connector, and then a connection hole 111 is formed in the mounting portion 110 by, for example, laser etching, thereby making the connection structure more secure and reliable.
Fig. 3a to 3c show a connection structure of the first head connector 220 and the wrist band 100, and the main body concept is the same as that of the tail connector 210, and the tail connector 210 is not described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 3a, a plurality of connection holes 111 are also formed in the other end of the wristband 100, and the structure and principle of the connection holes 111 can be seen from the above. Also, the assembling portion 110 may be formed at the end of the wrist band 100 by hot pressing, and the connecting hole 111 may be formed on the assembling portion 110 by laser etching, so as to improve the structural strength of the wrist band 100, which will not be described herein.
The first head connecting member 220 serves to connect the head with the wrist band, and thus the first head connecting member 220 includes a third connecting portion for fitting connection with the head in addition to the first connecting portion 211, the second connecting portion 213, and the fixing pin 212 for fitting with the wrist band. Specifically, the first injection molding 500 shown in fig. 3a can be obtained by in-mold injection molding, and the first injection molding 500 corresponds to substantially a half structure of the first header connector 220. The first connecting portion 211 and the plurality of fixing pins 212 included in the first injection molding 500 can be referred to the tape tail connector, and are not described herein again.
The first injection mold 500 further has a first green ear groove 214 formed thereon, and the first green ear groove 214 is used for mounting a green ear assembly, so that the first watch head connector 220 can be hinge-mounted on one end of the watch head through the green ear assembly. Then, as shown in fig. 3b, the first injection mold 500 may be assembled at the end of the wrist band 100, that is, the fixing pins 212 are inserted into the connecting holes 111 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the above-mentioned tail connector 210 is referred to herein, and will not be described again.
The raw ear is a component for assembling the wrist strap, and two ends of the raw ear are inserted into assembling holes which are pre-opened on the watch head. The basic working principle of the raw ear is as follows: the end part of the wrist strap is provided with a mounting hole along the width direction, and the raw ear is placed in the mounting hole; two plug connectors are arranged at two ends of the lug, an elastic part is arranged in the lug, the elastic part is abutted against the plug connectors, the elastic part is in a normal compression state, and when the lug is not influenced by external force, the length of the lug is greater than the width of the gauge outfit assembling hole, so that the lug can be inserted on the gauge outfit, and the wrist strap is hinged with the gauge outfit; when compressing the plug connector with external forces such as instruments, the elastic component pressurized, the plug connector contracts back and gives birth to inside the ear to give birth to the ear and can break away from the gauge outfit and get off, make wrist strap and gauge outfit separation.
Then, when the first injection molding 500 is subjected to the second injection molding, there may be two ways:
1) the first rubber injection molding 500 assembled with the wristband 100 and the first raw ear assembly in the first raw ear groove 214 are placed into a mold together for secondary injection molding, the second connecting portion 213 formed by the secondary injection molding is integrally molded with the free end of the fixing pin 212, and the second raw ear groove formed by the secondary injection molding and the first raw ear groove 214 form the raw ear hole 221.

2) The first injection molding 500 assembled with the wristband 100 is placed in a mold for secondary injection molding, the second connecting portion 213 formed by the secondary injection molding is integrally formed with the free end of the fixing pin 212, and the second lug groove formed by the secondary injection molding and the first lug groove 214 are integrally formed into the lug hole 221. And then the formed first gauge head connecting piece is independently assembled with the raw ear assembly, namely, the raw ear assembly is assembled in the raw ear hole 221, so that the injection molding process is simplified.
As described above, the structure of the first head connector 220 connected to the wrist band 100 is similar to the tail connector 210, in the plane of the wrist band, the first head connector 220 and the wrist band 100 are fixed by the fixing pin 212 and the connecting hole 111, and in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the wrist band, the wrist band 100 is sandwiched between the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 213, so that the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 213 fix and fix the wrist band 100. Meanwhile, since the whole connector is an integrally formed structure, the first header connector 220 is not separated from the wrist band 100 without damaging the structure, so that the fixed connection between the two connectors is more stable and secure.
In the present embodiment, the connection structure and the processing method of the wristband connector and the wristband are explained. In other embodiments, the wristband connector may also adopt other integrated forming manners, such as 3D printing, and the 3D printing may also realize the integrated forming processing of the wristband connector, and those skilled in the art may realize the connection structure of the present disclosure by combining the 3D printing related technology on the basis of the disclosure of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
Further, the above-mentioned raw ear assembly of the first watch head connecting part 220 is easy to be pulled out of the raw ear hole when the wrist band is not engaged with the watch head because the general raw ear assembly is simply placed in the raw ear hole. Therefore, the wristband assembly still needs to be stored separately when being sold or stored, and the ear generating assemblies of some watches are still non-standard pieces and cannot be used once the whole wristband is lost. In view of the problem that the raw ear assembly is easily detached from the connector, as shown in fig. 4, the first header connector for preventing the raw ear from being detached is provided in the present embodiment.
The ear generating assembly comprises a generating ear 223 positioned in the generating ear hole and plug connectors 224 arranged at two axial ends of the generating ear 223, an elastic part is further arranged in the generating ear, and the assembly principle of the elastic part and the plug connectors 224 is the same as that described above, and the details are not repeated here. The lug generating assembly of the present embodiment further includes a driving lever 225, the driving lever 225 is fixedly connected to the plug connector 224 along the radial direction, specifically, an avoiding groove 226 may be formed on a side wall of the lug, and the avoiding groove 226 is located at a position corresponding to the plug connector 224, so that the driving lever 225 may be fixed to the plug connector 224 by screwing or pin-jointing through the avoiding groove 226 after the lug generating assembly is completed. Meanwhile, when the shifting lever 225 is shifted along the generating lug in the axial direction, the plug connector 224 can be retracted, and the meter head can be assembled and disassembled. Similarly, the side wall of the ear generating hole 221 is correspondingly provided with a avoiding hole 222, so that the shift lever 225 can have a certain moving space.
The working principle is as follows: when the driving lever 225 is not subjected to external force, the plug-in components 224 at the two ends of the lug 223 extend out of the lug hole 221 under the action of elastic force, and then the assembly with the watch head can be realized. When the user needs to dismantle the connecting piece, the driving lever 225 can be pushed manually, so that the driving lever 225 drives the plug-in piece 224 to compress the elastic piece, the plug-in piece 224 retracts into the ear generating hole 221, and the separation from the gauge outfit can be realized.
Of course, the drawing shows that the shift lever 225 is provided on only one side of the plug-in unit 224, and in other embodiments, the shift lever 225 may be provided on both side plug-in units 224, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
And for the assembly of the raw lug assembly, the two processing modes can be realized, the raw lug assembly can be embedded into a mold for secondary injection molding, and the assembly of the raw lug assembly can be completed after the secondary injection molding. For example, taking the example that the raw ear assembly is embedded in the mold and is subjected to the secondary injection molding at the same time, the raw ear assembly is placed in the first raw ear groove 214, and then is placed in the mold together for the secondary injection molding. For another example, taking the secondary injection molding and then assembling the raw ear assembly as an example, after the connecting member is molded, the raw ear may be inserted into the raw ear hole, the avoidance groove 226 on the raw ear corresponds to the avoidance hole 222, and then the shift lever is installed at the avoidance hole 222, that is, the shift lever is fixed on the insertion portion by means of insertion or screw connection, so as to complete the raw ear assembly. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the details are not repeated.
Therefore, the shifting rod 225 and the avoiding hole 222 form a limiting structure in the axial direction, so that the ear generating assembly cannot be separated from the ear generating hole 221, the ear generating assembly does not need to be stored separately, and the wrist strap is more convenient to assemble and use. And adopt driving lever 225 to promote the flexible of living ear, need not to adopt special mounting tool for the assembly of gauge outfit and wrist strap connecting piece is convenient and fast more.
The above embodiments describe the connection structure and the implementation of the wristband connector and the wristband, and the present disclosure further provides a wristband assembly with the above connection structure, where the wristband assembly refers to an assembly that implements the function of a complete wristband, such as wearing and removing a watch, adjusting the length of the wristband, and the like. The structure and principle of the wristband assembly will be described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the wristband assembly includes a wristband 100, and a first head connector 220 and a tail connector 210 respectively disposed at two ends of the wristband 100, and the wristband 100, the first head connector 220 and the tail connector 210 are referred to above, and thus are not described again. The wrist band assembly further includes a second gauge head connector 300, and the second gauge head connector 300 is connected to the other end of the gauge head, that is, one end of the gauge head is connected to the first gauge head connector 220, and the other end of the gauge head is connected to the second gauge head connector 300.
As shown in fig. 5, one side of the second gauge head connector 300 is suitable for being connected with a gauge head, in this embodiment, a connection manner of the lug generating assembly can also be adopted, and specific structure, principle and processing process can be referred to the first gauge head connector, which is not described again. On the other side of the second head attachment 300, a through hole 310 is formed, and the through hole 310 functions to allow the wrist band 100 to pass through, so that the through hole 310 may be formed in a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the wrist band 100, and may have a width and thickness dimension slightly larger than the tail attachment 210, so as to facilitate the wearing of the wrist band 100.
In order to implement wearing of the wrist worn device, the wrist band 100 needs to be fixed after the wrist band 100 is wound around the wrist, and thus the wrist band assembly of the present disclosure further includes a buckle assembly.
The common buckle assembly has many forms, such as mechanical buckle, magnetic buckle, etc., and in this embodiment, the buckle assembly is made of nylon thread gluing in order to ensure the lightness and the appearance consistency, considering that the wrist strap is a woven wrist strap. The nylon thread gluing adopts a connecting belt fabric consisting of two parts, namely a nylon thread gluing hook 410 on one surface and a nylon velvet belt 420 on the other surface, and has the advantages of firm bonding, simple operation and convenient use of the wrist belt.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a nylon velvet ribbon 420 is provided on the surface of the wristband 100, and a plurality of nylon adhesive hooks 410 are provided on the end of the wristband 100, thereby increasing the adhesive area. After the wrist band assembly is assembled with the watch head as shown in fig. 1, when a user wears the watch, the wrist band is wound around the wrist for one turn, the band tail connector 210 is inserted through the through hole 310 of the second watch head connector 300, and after the wrist band is adjusted to a proper wearing position, the wrist band 100 is bent to bond the nylon sticky hook 410 to the nylon velvet ribbon 420, so that the watch can be worn, and the operation is simple and convenient. And the adjustable range of the nylon thread gluing is larger, so that the universality of the wrist strap is higher. It is understood that the nylon fastener may be a conventional velcro tape.
In the present embodiment, the nylon pile tape 420 may be an adhesive layer provided on the surface of the wristband 100 by, for example, adhesive bonding, heat pressing, or the like, or may be a pile structure directly processed on the surface of the wristband 100. Of course, the nylon velvet ribbon 420 may be provided on the surface of the entire wristband or may be provided only on a portion of the surface of the wristband, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that the main inventive concept of the present disclosure is a connection structure between the wrist band and the wrist band link, and thus, there is no limitation on a specific style of the wrist band assembly. In other words, the wristband assembly may be of any form suitable for implementation, for example, it may be a conventional two-piece wristband-engaging watch buckle; for another example, the watch can be a silica gel watch band matched with a latch buckle; as another example, it may be a woven wristband; and the like. The above embodiments are merely illustrative and do not limit the disclosure.
Based on the above, embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a wrist wearing apparatus, which includes the wrist band assembly described in any of the above embodiments, and a watch head fitted with the wrist band assembly. The wristband assembly is referred to the foregoing, and those skilled in the art can implement the wristband device based on the foregoing disclosure without any problem, and details are not repeated here.
In yet another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a method of manufacturing a wristband assembly. In the processing method provided by the present disclosure, the wristband assembly refers to the embodiment of fig. 1, that is, the wristband connector is integrally formed by using an injection molding material, and the wristband is a woven wristband made of a nylon material. The method of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the method of processing a wristband assembly includes:
and S10, forming a plurality of through connecting holes in the end part of the wrist strap along the thickness direction.
In this step, the method may further include:
and carrying out hot pressing on the end part of the wrist strap to form an assembly part, and arranging a connecting hole on the assembly part.
Specifically, before the hole is formed in the wristband, the end of the wristband is first heat-pressed to partially cure the heat-pressed area of the knitted wristband, thereby increasing the density and increasing the hardness of the knitted wristband. The hot pressing area is used as an assembling part for connecting the wrist strap connecting piece, and then a connecting hole is formed in the assembling part through laser etching, so that the connecting structure is firmer and more reliable. The structure of the connection hole can be referred to the above.
And S20, completing the first injection molding of the wrist strap connecting piece by adopting injection molding.
Specifically, a first shot of the wristband attachment may be first molded by in-mold injection, the first shot of the wristband attachment generally corresponding to one half of the wristband attachment, such as the first shot of the tail attachment shown in FIG. 2 a. It should be noted that when the wrist strap connector is the first head connector, the following two methods may be adopted in the second injection molding in consideration of the assembly of the raw ear:
1) the lug producing assembly is embedded into the first lug producing groove and placed into the mold together for secondary injection molding, the second connecting portion formed by secondary injection molding is integrally formed with the free end of the fixing pin, and meanwhile, the second lug producing groove formed by secondary injection molding and the first lug producing groove are integrally formed into a lug producing hole.

2) And placing the first injection molding assembled with the wrist strap into a mold for secondary injection molding, wherein the second connecting part formed by secondary injection molding is integrally formed with the free end of the fixing pin, and the second lug generating groove formed by secondary injection molding and the first lug generating groove are integrally formed into a lug generating hole. The first gauge outfit connecting piece after the shaping carries out the independent assembly of living ear subassembly, is about to give birth to the ear subassembly and assemble in living ear hole, simplifies the process of moulding plastics.
Of course, the injection molding method of the second header connecting part can also adopt the above two methods, and those skilled in the art should understand that the description is omitted.

the wrist strap connecting piece further comprises a tail connecting piece (210), and the tail connecting piece (210) is arranged at one end, far away from the first head connecting piece (220), of the wrist strap (100).
7. The wristband attachment structure according to claim 5,
the third connecting part comprises an ear generating hole (221) which is arranged in the first gauge outfit connecting piece (220) in a penetrating way along the width direction of the wrist strap, and an ear generating component is assembled in the ear generating hole (221).

the buckle component is a nylon thread gluing and comprises a plurality of nylon sticky hooks (410) which are sequentially arranged on the wrist strap (100) along the length direction of the wrist strap (100), and nylon velvet ribbons (420) which are arranged on the surface of the wrist strap (100).
10. A wrist-worn device comprising the wrist band assembly according to claim 8 or 9, and further comprising a watch head connected to the wrist band assembly.
11. A method of manufacturing a wristband assembly comprising a wristband and a wristband attachment provided on the wristband, the method comprising:
a plurality of through connecting holes are formed in the end part of the wrist strap along the thickness direction;
the first glue injection molding of the wrist strap connecting piece is completed by adopting injection molding, the first glue injection molding comprises a first connecting part and a plurality of fixing pins formed on the first connecting part, and the fixing pins are matched with the connecting holes in shape and correspond to the connecting holes in position;
assembling a plurality of fixing pins formed by the first glue injection molding and the connecting holes of the wrist strap in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and performing secondary injection molding on the assembled first glue injection molding; the secondary is moulded plastics and is formed the second connecting portion, the second connecting portion are connected in a plurality of the fixed pin is kept away from the one end of first connecting portion, the second connecting portion with first connecting portion integrated into one piece.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the wristband is a woven wristband;
