Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the wearable device provided by the embodiment of the present application may be a wristband, a watch, or the like, which includes: the main body 2 (which may be a dial or a functional end of a bracelet) and the fixing strap 11 (such as a watchband), wherein the fixing strap 11 is connected with two ends of the main body 2 to form a ring shape so as to be conveniently worn on a wrist or the like of a user, and it should be noted that only a part of the fixing strap 11 is shown in fig. 2 and 4, and the fixing strap 11 is in an unfolded state; the end of the fixing strap 11 is provided with an ear producing component, the ear producing component comprises a shell 12 and two ear producing rods 14 which are elastically connected with the shell 12 in a sliding manner along the same direction (refer to the Y-axis direction) and distributed on two opposite sides of the shell 12 in the preset direction (refer to the Y-axis direction), with specific reference to fig. 1, one end of the fixing strap 11 is embedded with a built-in insert 13, the shell 12 is connected with the built-in insert 13, the built-in insert 13 can be made of plastic or hardware, the built-in insert 13 is generally fixed in the fixing strap 11 in an in-film injection molding or sewing manner, a containing cavity extending along the preset direction (refer to the Y-axis direction) is arranged in the shell 12, the two ear producing rods 14 are slidably matched in the containing cavity, and respectively extend out of two ends of the shell 12, and springs 15 (other materials can be arranged along the preset direction) are arranged between the two ear producing rods 14 so as to realize elastic expansion and contraction of the two ear producing rods 14; the main body part 2 is provided with a cavity U, the cavity U is provided with an opening K, the opening K is arranged along the depth direction T of the cavity U, and the cavity U comprises a first subchamber U1 and a second subchamber U2; the first subchamber U1 is provided with a first matching wall B which is respectively one-to-one with the two ear generating rods 14, and the second subchamber U2 is provided with a second matching wall C which is respectively one-to-one with the two ear generating rods 14; the distance between the two first mating walls B gradually decreases and the distance between the two second mating walls C gradually increases from the opening K along the depth direction T of the cavity U. The length of the first mating wall B is between 1mm and 2mm, which may be 1mm, 1.5mm or 2mm. The length of the second mating wall C is between 0.9mm and 1.2mm, for example, it may be 0.9mm, 1mm or 1.2mm.
When the main body part 2 and the fixing belt 11 are assembled, the ear-growing component is inserted into the first subcavity U1 from the opening K of the cavity U along the depth direction T of the cavity U, the two first matching walls B respectively guide the two ear-growing rods 14 and retract through extrusion, so that the ear-growing structure can enter the second subcavity U2, the two ear-growing rods 14 of the ear-growing component are continuously guided by the two second matching walls C and gradually extend out under the elastic action, and after the ear-growing component reaches the bottom of the cavity U, the two ear-growing rods 14 are in an elastic tensioning state so as to realize the detachable connection of the fixing belt 11 and the main body part 2; when it is necessary to separate the fixing band 11 and the main body 2, a force is applied reversely, the two second engaging walls C guide and press-retract the two ear stems 14, the two first engaging walls B guide the two ear stems 14, and the ear stems 14 gradually return to the extended state. Simple structure, low cost, no need of external tools, no need of complex structures such as keys, and the like, and design and material cost saving.
In addition, as the characteristics of the cavity U are invisible on the outer side of the wearable device, compared with the traditional quick-release key scheme, the novel quick-release key is simpler in appearance, the procedures of key pressing, assembly and the like are saved, and the production efficiency and the yield are improved.
In a specific embodiment, the two first mating walls B and the two second mating walls C are symmetrical about the same reference plane, so as to ensure that the fixing strap 11 always moves along the straight line direction during the process of inserting the fixing strap 11 into the cavity U, thereby improving the comfort of insertion and extraction and improving the user experience.
Specifically, from the opening K along the depth direction T of the cavity U, the minimum distance ends of the two first mating walls B are flush with the minimum distance ends of the two second mating walls C one to one; each set of mutually corresponding first and second mating walls B, C are directly connected, as in fig. 4, the first and second mating walls B, C respectively forming two sides of a triangular projection, or are connected by connecting walls parallel to the depth direction T of the mould cavity U, so as to form a trapezoidal projection, the connecting walls providing a smooth transition. The triangular or trapezoidal protrusions can be made of high-hardness materials such as plastic or hardware.
In a specific embodiment, a clamping space is formed between each second fitting wall C and the cavity bottom of the cavity U, and the dimension (for example, may be 0.5 mm) of the clamping space in the depth direction T of the cavity U is equal to ("equal to" the allowable engineering error, specifically, may be slightly greater, and the error range may be within ±5%) the diameter of the corresponding ear stem 14, so that when the ear stem assembly slides to the bottommost portion of the cavity U, the second fitting wall C can clamp the ear stem 14 at the clamping space, and the ear stem 14 is not easy to be pulled out from the clamping space without applying a larger pushing force.
In a specific embodiment, the dimension of the clamping space in the preset direction (Y-axis direction) is smaller than the distance between the free ends of the ear-growing rods 14 when the two ear-growing rods 14 are in the natural extending state, so that the ear-growing rods 14 can be elastically tensioned in the clamping space, and shaking is avoided, so that the fixing effect is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, the protruding length when the two ear stems 14 are respectively abutted against the distance minimum ends of the two first engagement walls B is between 0 to 10% of the length when the ear stems 14 are in the natural protruding state (the spring 15 does not accumulate elastic potential energy), and may be 0, 1%, 3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, etc.
In a specific embodiment, a third mating wall a is formed between each first mating wall B and the opening K, the two third mating walls a being parallel to the depth direction T of the cavity U; and the distance between the two third mating walls a is greater than the distance between the free ends of the ear stems 14 when the two ear stems 14 are in the natural extended state. The dimension of the third mating wall a in the depth direction T is between 2mm and 4mm, and may in particular be 2mm, 3mm or 4mm. When the ear-generating assembly is located between the two third fitting walls a, the distance from the free end of each ear-generating rod 14 to the third fitting wall a is between 0.5mm and 1mm when the ear-generating rod 14 is in the natural protruding state, so as to provide a receiving space for the ear-generating assembly. The width of the cavity U at the clamping space is smaller than the distance between the two third mating walls a, which is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm, such as 0.1mm, 0.15mm and 0.2mm.
In a specific embodiment, the first subchamber U1 and the second subchamber U2 are arranged in the same layer along a straight line direction perpendicular to a preset direction (Y-axis direction), sliding in the Z-direction is not needed, pushing and locking in the horizontal direction is only needed, and the first subchamber U1 and the second subchamber U2 can be pulled out by force, so that the gap is well controlled, and the space occupied in the Z-axis direction of the main body 2 can be reduced.
In a specific embodiment, the first subchamber U1 and the second subchamber U2 are connected in a bending manner so as to be arranged along the annular radial direction, and an included angle between the extending directions of the first subchamber U1 and the second subchamber U2 can be an acute angle in particular, so that the probability of automatic detachment is further reduced; and the casing 12 is rotatably connected with the end of the fixing band 11 around an axis parallel to the preset direction (Y-axis direction), when the casing 12 slides to the end of the first subchamber U1, the casing 12 rotates relative to the fixing band 11 to enter the second subchamber U2, and the ear-growing rod 14 gradually extends out of the second subchamber U2 until reaching the bottom of the second subchamber U2. If the ear generating assembly is required to be separated from the second subcavity U2, annular radial force is required to be additionally applied, natural separation probability of the fixing belt 11 and the main body part 2 is reduced, and stability is improved. Similarly, when the fixing band 11 is assembled, the ear-producing component is required to slide from the opening K to the first subchamber U1 to the junction with the second subchamber U2, the thrust in the horizontal direction (X-axis direction) is stopped, the thrust in the longitudinal direction (Z-axis direction) is further applied, the ear-producing component enters the second subchamber U2, the ear-producing rod 14 automatically rebounds under the action of the spring 15, the spring 15 is in a gradually expanded state, and finally locked at the bottom of the second subchamber U2.
In a specific embodiment, the second subchamber U2 is located inside the first subchamber U1, which is the side facing the central position of the ring shape. Because the force applied to the fixing strap 11 is applied in the normal wearing process, the force applied to the fixing strap 11 is applied outwards, and inward pressure is not generated, so that the fixing strap 11 cannot fall off easily.
The corresponding force of the spring 15 is 20N when 20% is compressed, and is 10N when 10% is compressed, so that the situation that the force required for assembling the fixing belt 11 and the force required for pulling out the fixing belt 11 is overlarge due to overlarge flexible compression rate is avoided, the falling risk caused by overlarge flexible compression rate is avoided, and the falling risk of the fixing belt 11 is avoided when a user regularly uses or moves violently.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, it is intended that the present application also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
