Referring to fig. 1 to 8, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view illustrating a strap connecting structure for connecting a strap to a housing according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the strap connection structure showing the retracted state of the plug; FIGS. 3, 5 and 7 are enlarged partial cross-sectional views of the ribbon coupling structure of FIG. 1; fig. 4, 6 and 8 are partially enlarged and cross-sectional views of the ribbon coupling structure of fig. 2.
In one embodiment, the band connecting structure of the wearable device provided by the invention comprises a band body 1, a raw ear 2, a plug 3 and a locking structure.
Wherein, give birth to ear 2 and be used for being connected with wearable equipment's casing 4, and give birth to ear 2 and take body 1 to link into an integrated entity. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the belt body. Different from the area body 1 front end trompil among the prior art, will give birth to the structure in the 2 patchholes of ear, will give birth to ear 2 and take body 1 direct fixed connection as an organic whole in this application, the integral type structure has avoided the mechanical strength reduction that the opening leads to, is easily by the defect of tearing. Specifically, the raw lug 2 and the belt body 1 are molded into an integral structure, that is, the raw lug 2 is molded by insert molding in the belt body 1 to form an integral structure. Other methods can be adopted to form an integral structure according to the material of the belt body 1. If the belt body 1 is a woven cloth belt, the raw lug 2 can be woven into the belt body 1 to form an integral structure. The raw lug 2 can be made of metal, and is not easy to deform or separate, so that the connection reliability is improved. Specifically, SUS316L stainless steel may be used as the raw material of the raw ear 2.
Please refer to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a raw ear. The raw ear 2 has a head 21 at one end for insertion into the raw ear hole 41 of the housing 4 and a raw ear recess 22 at the other end. Alternatively, both ends of the raw ear 2 are provided with raw ear grooves 22, respectively. That is, the ear 2 can be formed in two structures, one of which is a head 21 protruding from the edge of the band body 1 and extending into the ear hole 41 of the shell 4 for connection. The other end is recessed to form a lug recess 22 for mating with the plug 3 on the housing 4. In another structure, two ends of the raw ear 2 are both concave inwards to form raw ear grooves 22, and two sides of the raw ear grooves are both matched with two corresponding plugs 3 on the shell 4 respectively. For convenience of explanation, the following embodiments and the drawings are described by taking an example in which one end of the raw lug 2 has a head 21 and the other end has a raw lug groove 22. The two ends of the raw ear 2 are the raw ear grooves 22, and the corresponding structure arrangement in each embodiment can be referred to.
The plug 3 is used for sliding installation in the shell 4, and the locking structure is matched with the plug 3. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a partial structural schematic view of the housing. The plug 3 can slide back and forth to retract out of the green ear recess 22 and extend outward into the green ear recess 22. And the plug 3 can be kept at the extended position by the locking structure when sliding to the extended position, so that the plug is kept in a state of being inserted into the ear generating groove 22, and the connection of the belt body 1 and the shell 4 is realized. It should be noted that, here, the locking structure holds the plug 3 at the extended position, which means that the locking structure holds the plug 3 at the extended state when the external force is not applied, and when the external force overcomes the acting force of the locking structure, the plug 3 can be pushed to retract.
Use above-mentioned wearable equipment's area body connection structure, during the installation area body, will give birth to the head 21 of ear 2 and insert the living ear hole 41 of one side of casing 4, external force overcomes locking structure's effect and promotes slidable mounting and retract in the plug 3 of casing 4 opposite side, give birth to behind ear 2's the living ear recess 22 alignment plug 3, thereby make plug 3 overhanging insert to give birth to in the ear recess 22 again, and locking structure will give birth to ear 2 and keep in this position, thereby will give birth to ear 2 and be connected with casing 4, and will take the body 1 to be connected with casing 4.
When the belt body is disassembled, the external force overcomes the action of the locking structure to push the plug 3 to retract, and the plug is withdrawn from the lug generating groove 22, so that the head 21 of the lug generating 2 can be separated from the lug generating hole 41 of the shell 4, and the belt body 1 integrated with the lug generating 2 is disconnected from the shell 4.
When the both ends of giving birth to ear 2 are give birth to ear recess 22, when the plug 3 was all installed to the corresponding both sides of casing 4, then when the installation area body, accessible external force overcome both sides locking structure's effect and promote both sides plug 3 and retract, give birth to ear recess 22 and aim at behind the plug 3 in the both sides of ear 2, make again that both sides plug 3 is overhanging to be inserted to corresponding and give birth to in the ear recess 22, locking structure will give birth to ear 2 and keep in this position, thereby will give birth to ear 2 and be connected with casing 4, and will take the body 1 to be connected with casing 4. When the belt body is disassembled, the plugs 3 at two sides can be pushed to retract by external force overcoming the action of the locking structures at two sides, and the plugs are withdrawn from the corresponding lug grooves 22, so that the connection between the belt body 1 and the shell 4 is released.
To sum up, through the setting of plug 3 and locking structure, the installation of the area body of being convenient for, and the area body 1 links into an integrated entity with living ear 2, has promoted the mechanical strength of the area body, and then promotes it and resists the deformation ability of tearing, is difficult for damaging because of the tensile of watchband, has prolonged the life of watchband.
Specifically, the locking structure comprises a pushing component 5 which is slidably mounted in the housing 4 and a first elastic piece 7 which is arranged between the pushing component 5 and the housing 4, the sliding direction of the pushing component 5 is consistent with the sliding direction of the plug 3, the pushing component 5 is connected to the inner end of the plug 3, and the restoring force of the first elastic piece 7 keeps the pushing component 5 in the extending state. That is, the pushing member 5 is located behind the plug 3 and connected thereto, so that when the pushing member 5 slides forward along the housing 4, the plug 3 is pushed to extend outward, and when the pushing member 5 slides backward, the plug 3 retracts. It should be noted that, the inner end herein refers to the inner portion of the plug 3 along the sliding direction, that is, the sliding direction is inward, and then the sliding direction is outward, that is, forward. According to the requirement, the front end of the pushing component 5 can be abutted against the tail part of the plug 3, when the pushing component 5 slides forwards along the shell 4, the plug 3 is pushed to extend outwards, and when the pushing component 5 slides backwards, the plug 3 can retract under the action of gravity. This is inconvenient in use, and it is preferable to connect the pushing member 5 to the plug 3 so that the pushing member 5 moves in synchronization with the movement of the plug 3. Specifically, the pushing component 5 and the plug 3 may be connected by a conventional fixing connection manner in the prior art, such as clamping, magnetic adsorption, welding, and the like. It is within the scope of the present application that the pushing member 5 is integrally connected to the plug 3.
The restoring force of the first elastic element 7 keeps the pushing element 5 in the extending state, i.e. in the state of not receiving external force, the first elastic element 7 keeps the plug 3 in the extending state, and the plug 3 can be pushed to retract by external force overcoming the restoring force of the first elastic element 7. The first elastic element 7 may be a compression elastic element, such as a compression spring, with two ends respectively abutting against the tail end of the pushing element 5 and the housing 4. It should be noted that, here, the tail end of the pushing member 5 is opposite to the head end thereof, and the head end of the pushing member 5 is connected with the plug 3, that is, a compression elastic member is provided at the rear side of the pushing member 5 to extend the pushing member 5 forward, that is, outward. The first elastic member 7 may also be a tensile elastic member, such as a tension spring, with both ends fixedly connected to the head end of the pushing member 5 and the housing 4, respectively, as required. That is, a tensile elastic member is provided on the front side of the pushing member 5, thereby pulling the pushing member 5 to protrude outward. Of course, other elastic material or structural members capable of providing a restoring force may be used for the first elastic member 7 as needed. Through the arrangement of the first elastic piece 7, when the pushing component 5 retracts due to external force, the first elastic piece 7 deforms, and the generated restoring force drives the pushing component 5 to reset after the external force is released and keeps in an extending state.
Further, the plug connector further comprises a wedge block 6 slidably mounted in the housing 4, the sliding direction of the wedge block 6 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the plug 3, and the pushing component 5 has an inclined surface 51 matched with the wedge block 6, so that when the wedge block 6 is pushed towards the pushing component 5, the pushing component 5 is driven to retract. As shown in fig. 12 to 13, the extending and retracting directions of the pushing member 5 are characterized as the front-rear direction, and the sliding direction of the wedge 6 is perpendicular thereto as the up-down direction. The pushing member 5 cooperates with the inclined surface 51 of the wedge 6 to convert the up-and-down movement of the wedge 6 into a forward-and-backward movement of the pushing member 5, thereby driving the plug 3 to move forward and backward, i.e., to extend or retract. Specifically, the wedge 6 may be disposed above or below the pushing member 5, that is, may be disposed on a side close to the belt body 1 or a side far from the belt body 1 relative to the pushing member 5, and preferably, is disposed on a side far from the belt body 1, so as to better utilize the space of the casing 4 of the main body of the apparatus. When the wedge 6 is disposed below the pushing member 5, the pushing member 5 is moved backward, i.e., retracted, by pushing the wedge 6 upward. When the wedge 6 is disposed above the pushing member 5, pushing the wedge 6 downward will cause the pushing member 5 to move backward, i.e., retract. After the wedge 6 is released by the external force, the pushing component 5 is reset under the restoring force of the first elastic component 7, and the wedge 6 can be reset correspondingly. Since the width of the end of the case 4 connected to the band is small, the overall connection structure is less restricted by space by converting the movement of the pushing member 5 in the width direction into the movement of the wedge 6 in the length direction of the case 4, so that the arrangement of the pushing member 5 is facilitated.
Further, a second elastic member 8 is disposed between the housing 4 and the wedge 6, a restoring force of the second elastic member 8 pushes the wedge 6 in a direction of the pushing member 5, and an elastic force of the second elastic member 8 is smaller than an elastic force of the first elastic member 7. That is, in a state where no external force is applied, the second elastic piece 8 holds the wedge 6 in a state of being abutted against the urging member 5, and since the elastic force of the second elastic piece 8 is smaller than the elastic force of the first elastic piece 7, the first elastic piece 7 can hold a state of pushing out the urging member 5 to be extended. The second elastic member 8 may be a compression elastic member, such as a compression spring, with two ends respectively abutting against the tail end of the wedge 6 and the housing 4. It should be noted that, here, the tail end of the wedge 6 is opposite to the head end thereof, and the head end of the wedge 6 is a slope 51 and abuts against the slope 51 of the pushing component 5, that is, a compression elastic component is arranged at the rear side of the wedge 6 to push the wedge 6 forward, that is, toward the pushing component 5. The second elastic member 8 may also be a tensile elastic member, such as a tension spring, with two ends fixedly connected to the head end of the wedge 6 and the housing 4, respectively, as required. That is, a tensile elastic member is provided on the front side of the wedge 6 so that the wedge 6 is pulled toward the front side, that is, the direction of the pushing member 5, to abut against the wedge 6. Of course, other elastic material or structural members capable of providing a restoring force may be used for the second elastic member 8 as desired. Through the setting of second elastic component 8, when external force releases, first elastic component 7 drives pushing component 5 and contracts and restore to the throne, and second elastic component 8 makes it can steadily reset to the supporting role of voussoir 6, and is unlikely to rebound and bumps, has avoided the collision to produce the noise, and can play the cushioning effect to voussoir 6, is favorable to prolonging its life.
In order to facilitate the pushing of the wedge 6 by the user during use, the wedge 6 is provided with a lever 9 protruding out of an opening in the housing 4. Specifically, the opening of the housing 4 may be a strip-shaped hole, so as to facilitate the wave wedge 6. The user pushes the lever 9 and thus slides the wedge 6. The shift lever 9 may be integrated with the wedge 6 or may be a separate structure connected by a conventional fixed connection.
In addition to the above embodiments, the plug 3 is a metal head. The shell 4 is connected with the belt body through the metal piece, and the metal piece is not easy to deform and break away, so that the connection reliability is improved. The metal head may specifically be a steel head metal piece. According to the needs, the plug 3 can also be made of non-metal materials with the strength meeting the requirements.
