a first connecting member;
a second connecting member; and
the adjusting assembly comprises an elastic piece and a connecting pin which are connected, the elastic piece is connected to the first connecting piece, and the connecting pin is connected to the second connecting piece;
the connecting pin is provided with a limiting part, the first connecting piece is connected to the limiting part, and the limiting part limits the stretching length of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; the first connecting piece comprises a shell and a mounting seat which are connected, the elastic piece is connected to the shell, and the mounting seat is connected to the limiting part of the connecting pin; the shell comprises a main body part and a sleeve, one end of the sleeve is connected with the main body part, the other end of the sleeve is connected with the mounting seat, and the elastic piece is contained in the sleeve and is connected with the main body part in the sleeve.

The band adjustment structure according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is a strip-shaped hole formed in the connection pin, the first link is connected to the connection pin by a link shaft passing through the strip-shaped hole, and the link shaft is movable in an extending direction of the strip-shaped hole.

5. The band adjustment structure of claim 1, wherein the sleeve includes a first half and a second half, the first half or the second half being connected to the body portion, the first half being fittingly retained to the second half.
6. The watch band adjusting structure of claim 5, wherein the first half shell and/or the second half shell is provided with a dispensing slot filled with an adhesive, and the first half shell and/or the second half shell is adhered by the adhesive.

The band adjustment structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting base has a mounting groove, an end of the sleeve facing away from the main body is inserted into the mounting groove, the connection pin passes through the mounting groove, one end of the connection pin is connected to the elastic member, and the other end of the connection pin is connected to the second connector.
