While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a wearable device, including:
the first component 1 is provided with a through groove 11, and a convex part 111 is arranged in the through groove 11;
the second component 2, the second component 2 includes a clamping end 21, as shown in fig. 2a and fig. 2b, the clamping end 21 is provided with a groove 213, the clamping end 21 includes a base 211 made of a first material and an embedded body 212 made of a second material, and the embedded body 212 is embedded in the base 211;
under the condition that the clamping end 21 is located in the through groove 11, the protruding portion 111 is clamped with the groove 213, and the first component 1 is connected with the second component 2; in the case that the first component 1 is an apparatus body, the second component 2 is a wearing piece; in the case where the first component 1 is a wearing article, the second component 2 is an apparatus main body.
In this embodiment, the first component 1 and the second component 2 are two components for realizing the assembly of the wearable device, such as: a watch structure body and a band. A through groove 11 is formed in the first component 1, and a convex part 111 is arranged on the inner surface of the through groove 11; a recess 213 is provided in the snap-in end 21 of the second component 2. Will first subassembly 1 with when second subassembly 2 assembles an organic whole, joint end 21 stretch into to lead to the inslot 11, bellying 111 stretch into to in the recess 213, realize recess 213 with bellying 111's joint cooperation, thereby realize first subassembly 1 with second subassembly 2's connection.
Wherein, joint end 21 includes base member 211 and inlays and establishes the body 212, the storage tank has been seted up on the base member 211, it sets up to inlay and establish the body 212 in the storage tank, and the assembly is accomplished base member 211 with the surface that inlays and establishes the body 212 forms jointly the terminal surface of joint end 21, recess 213 sets up the terminal surface of joint end 21. In the assembly first subassembly 1 with during second subassembly 2, be provided with second subassembly 2 the one end of joint end 21 by the side that leads to groove 11 of first subassembly 1 assembles into, in the assembling process, base body 211 with bellying 111 extrudees each other and is in the interference state, provides certain damping force first subassembly 1 assembles the back in place, bellying 111 just gets into in the recess 213, base body 211 can prevent bellying 111 roll-off.
When the first component 1 and the second component 2 are disassembled, the first component 1 needs to be pushed out along the side edge direction of the through groove 11, and the base body 211 can be forcibly pulled out from the side edge after being subjected to certain force, so that the disassembly is completed.
The wearable device includes a device main body such as a watch body of a wristwatch and a wearable member such as a band of the wristwatch, the first component 1 may be one of the device main body and the wearable member, and the second component 2 may be the other, for example: the first component 1 is the main body of the device, and the second component 2 is a wearing piece; or, the first assembly 1 is a wearing piece, and the second assembly 2 is an equipment main body.
The embodiment of this application adopts the base member of different materials and inlays the mode formation that establishes the body and combine the joint end, the recess of joint end and the protruding portion cooperation that leads to the inslot realize the assembly, inlay to establish the physical stamina and can realize that assembly structure pulls the ascending fixed of orientation at the second subassembly, and the base member can realize the fixed of side assembly orientation. And the assembly structure of this application wearing equipment does not have complicated part, has simplified the dismantlement process, need not set up the dismantlement switch, makes the outward appearance more succinct.
Specifically, the base 211 and the embedded body 212 are made of different materials, and optionally, the hardness of the first material is lower than that of the second material, for example: the base body 211 is made of soft rubber materials, the embedding body 212 is made of hard rubber materials, and during processing, the hard rubber materials are injected into the soft rubber materials through injection molding and sleeve beer, so that the embedding body 212 is embedded in the base body 211. After the second assembly 2 and the first assembly 1 are assembled, the cross-section of the base 211 and the embedded body 212 is as shown in fig. 3.
Because the hardness of the first material is less than that of the second material, when the first component 1 and the second component 2 are assembled, the clamping end 21 needs to be assembled into the through groove 11, and in the assembling process, the base 211 and the protruding part 111 in the through groove 11 are mutually extruded to be in an interference state, so that a certain damping force can be provided; when joint end 21 assembles completely to lead to in the groove 11, after the assembly targets in place promptly, bellying 111 just gets into recess 213, damping force disappears, realizes the joint. In addition, the base 211 can prevent the clamping end 21 from sliding out from the side edge in the using process of the device, so that the side edge assembling direction is fixed. Because the middle part of base member 211 sets up inlay body 212, it is harder to inlay the hardness of establishing body 212, and quilt bellying 111 joint can not be in the direction that the user formed to drag to second subassembly 2 easily when using equipment the joint end 21 is pulled out, realizes that second subassembly 2 pulls the ascending fixed of direction.
When the first component 1 and the second component 2 need to be disassembled, the second component 2 only needs to be pushed towards the side edge of the joint, and the base 211 with lower hardness can be forcibly taken off from the side edge after being subjected to a certain force, so that the protrusion 111 slides out of the groove 213, and the disassembly is completed.
In this embodiment, adopt the different base members of hardness and inlay the mode that establishes the body combination and form the joint end, the great body of establishing of inlaying of hardness can realize that assembly structure is fixed in the pulling direction of second connecting piece, and the base member that the hardness is less can realize the fixed of side assembly direction.
Optionally, the boss 111 is made of a third material having a hardness greater than the hardness of the first material. Protruding portion 111 be used for with recess 213 joint, when protruding portion 111 hardness is less easily by roll-off in the recess 213, or with the recess 213 joint is insecure, consequently constitutes the hardness of the third material of protruding portion 111 is greater than the hardness of first material, in order to realize protruding portion 111 with the joint of recess 213 is firm.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the through groove 11 penetrates through the first end surface and the second end surface of the first component 1, and the length extending direction of the protrusion 111 is parallel to the direction from the first end surface to the second end surface. The through groove 11 forms an opening on the third end surface of the first component 1, the protrusion 111 is located at the opening, and the third end surface is connected with the first end surface and the second end surface respectively.
In this embodiment, the through groove 11 is formed to be open on the whole end surface of one side of the first component 1, and the protrusion 111 is disposed along the length direction of the opening, so that when the first component 1 and the second component 2 are assembled, the clamping end 21 can be pushed in from one end of the through groove 11 until the clamping end 21 completely enters the through groove 11, and the protrusion 111 is buckled with the groove 213, thereby achieving the assembly. When the connector is disassembled, the locking end 21 can be pushed out to one end of the through slot 11 until the protrusion 111 is pulled out from the groove 213, so as to realize the disassembly.
The groove 213 penetrates through two opposite ends of the embedded body 212, and two ends of the groove 213 extend to the substrate 211 respectively. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the groove 213 penetrates through two opposite ends of the embedded body 212 and extends to the base body 212 adjacent to the two ends of the embedded body 212, that is, the groove 213 is opened on a surface formed by the base body 212 and the embedded body 212. Thus, after the clamping end 21 is assembled in the through groove 11, and the protrusion 111 is clamped with the groove 213, when the second component 2 receives a pulling force in the extending direction of the second component 2 (for example, when the second component is a watchband of a watch, the pulling force received by the watchband when the watch is worn), not only the embedded body 212 has a blocking effect on the protrusion 111, but also the base body 211 can block the protrusion 111, so that the clamping end 21 is not easy to be pulled out under the pulling force.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the clamping end 21 is provided with two grooves 213, and the two grooves 213 are respectively located on two opposite end surfaces of the clamping end 21. The through groove 11 is internally provided with two protruding parts 111, and the two protruding parts 111 are respectively positioned on two opposite surfaces of the inner wall of the through groove 11; in the case where the engagement ends 21 are located in the through grooves 11, the two protrusions 111 correspond to the two grooves 213 one by one.
The two grooves 213 may be respectively located on two end surfaces opposite to the clamping end 21, and the groove 213 is used for matching with the protruding portion 111, so that the protruding portion 111 may also be provided in two. During assembly, the two protrusions 111 are respectively clamped with the corresponding grooves 213, so that assembly and fixation are realized. For example: the first raised part 111 is positioned on the upper wall in the through slot 11, and the second raised part 111 is positioned on the lower wall in the through slot 11; first recess 213 is located the upper surface of joint end 21, second recess 213 is located the lower surface of joint end 21, when the assembly, the upper wall bellying 111 and upper surface recess 213 joint, the lower wall bellying 111 and lower surface recess 213 joint realizes joint end 21 is in lead to the fixing in the groove 11. Optionally, during assembly, the protrusion 111 of the upper wall is clamped with the groove 213 of the lower surface, and the protrusion 111 of the lower wall is clamped with the groove 213 of the upper surface, so that the clamping end 21 is fixed in the through groove 11, that is, during assembly, the clamping end 21 can be installed in a forward or reverse direction.
Alternatively, when there are two grooves 213, there may be one protrusion 111, so that the protrusion 111 can be engaged with any one of the two grooves 213. For example: when the wearable device is a watch, the first assembly is a watch main body, the second assembly is a watchband, the protruding portion 111 is located in the through groove 11 of the watch main body, the two grooves 213 can be respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the watchband, and when the watchband is installed, the watchband can be installed in a forward installation mode or in a reverse installation mode, so that connection of the watchband and the watch main body can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 8, the embedding body 212 is provided with a through hole. The embedded body 212 can be fixed in the base body 211 in a sleeving manner, and the base body 211 penetrates through the through hole of the embedded body 212 during injection molding, so that the base body 211 and the embedded body 212 can be firmly fixed when the whole clamping end 21 is out of a mold, and the problem that the base body 211 and the embedded body 212 crack is not easy to occur during product use.
Optionally, when the first assembly 1 is the main body of the device, the first assembly 1 is provided with two through slots 11, and the two through slots 11 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the first assembly 1. The number of the second assemblies 2 is two, and the two second assemblies are respectively connected with two opposite ends of the first assembly 1. Taking the wearable device as a watch as an example, the first assembly 1 is a main body of the watch, the second assembly 2 is a watchband of the watch, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the through grooves 11 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first assembly 1 and are respectively connected with the watchband. In this embodiment, the through groove 11 is formed in the main body of the wristwatch, the protrusion 111 is disposed in the through groove 11, and the band of the wristwatch is provided with the groove 213 for engaging with the protrusion 111 to realize assembly and fixation. In this embodiment, the first unit 1 is merely an apparatus body, i.e., a body of a wristwatch, and the second unit 2 is a wearing article, i.e., a band of the wristwatch. For the watch device, the first component 1 may be a watch band, and the second component 2 may be a main body, that is, the groove and the protrusion may be interchanged, that is, the device main body is provided with the snap end 21, and the watch band is provided with the protrusion 111, and the assembling and disassembling modes are the same as or similar to those of the embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment of this application adopts the different base members of material and inlays the mode formation of establishing the body combination the joint end, the recess of joint end and the protruding portion cooperation of leading to the inslot realize the assembly, and the great body of establishing of inlaying of hardness can realize that assembly structure is at the ascending fixed of the orientation of dragging of second subassembly, and the less base member of hardness can realize the fixed of side assembly orientation. And the assembly structure of this application does not have complicated part, has simplified the dismantlement process, need not set up the dismantlement switch, makes the outward appearance more succinct.
