in the above, the preparation process of the yam powder is as follows: cleaning rhizoma Dioscoreae, peeling, cutting into 3mm slices, vacuum drying at 58 deg.C under-0.03 MPa for 8 hr, and pulverizing to 150 mesh to obtain rhizoma Dioscoreae powder.
The preparation process of the lotus seed powder comprises the following steps: washing lotus seeds, drying the lotus seeds for 4 hours at the temperature of 90 ℃, stir-frying the lotus seeds for 40 minutes at the temperature of 70 ℃, and crushing the lotus seeds into 120 meshes to obtain the lotus seed powder.
The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:

The feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: bird's nest 4.0kg, yam flour 6.5kg, black sesame 8.5kg, red date 1.5kg, angelica sinensis extract 0.4kg, honey 4.0kg, lotus seed powder 1,4kg, xylitol 3,2 kg.
In the above, the preparation process of the yam powder is as follows: cleaning rhizoma Dioscoreae, peeling, cutting into 3mm slices, vacuum drying at 50 deg.C under-0.05 MPa for 6.5 hr, and pulverizing to 110 mesh to obtain rhizoma Dioscoreae powder.
The preparation process of the lotus seed powder comprises the following steps: the lotus seed powder is prepared by cleaning lotus seeds, drying the lotus seeds for 4 hours at the temperature of 82 ℃, stir-frying the lotus seeds for 32 minutes at the temperature of 62 ℃, and crushing the lotus seeds to 120 meshes.

In the above, the preparation process of the yam powder is as follows: cleaning rhizoma Dioscoreae, peeling, cutting into 2mm slices, vacuum drying at 53 deg.C under-0.05 MPa for 7 hr, and pulverizing to 130 mesh to obtain rhizoma Dioscoreae powder.

The instant cubilose food which is fast brewed and drunk according to claim 1, wherein the yam flour is prepared by the following steps: cleaning and peeling the Chinese yam, cutting the Chinese yam into slices with the thickness of 1mm to 3mm, then drying the slices in vacuum for 6 hours to 8 hours, and finally crushing the slices to 100 meshes to 150 meshes, thus obtaining the Chinese yam powder.

8. The preparation method of claim 7, wherein in the step I, before warm water is added, the cleaned bird's nest is soaked in warm water at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, and is drained and then washed with clean water for 2-3 times.
