Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health preservation, and in particular relates to spleen-tonifying and nerve-soothing nutritional rice paste and a preparation method thereof.
Background

Rhizoma Dioscoreae has effects of invigorating stomach and spleen, stopping diarrhea with astringents, benefiting lung, promoting fluid production, improving digestive function, delaying aging, and regulating immunity. Poria has effects of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen, regulating stomach function, calming heart, and tranquilizing mind, and is especially suitable for people with uneasiness, insomnia and dreaminess. The golden emperor chrysanthemum has high content of flavone, and is rich in various amino acids, vitamins and trace elements.
Modern people do not have sufficient time and energy to recuperate through complicated maintenance means due to busy study and work, although lotus seeds, Chinese yams, poria cocos and golden-silk chrysanthemum are rich in nutrition, the lotus seeds, the Chinese yams, the poria cocos and the golden-silk chrysanthemum are inconvenient to eat and are prone to moisture absorption and decay and worm damage and mildew due to improper storage, and therefore people hope that the effect of food therapy health preservation can be achieved while nutrition is supplemented through convenient and fast food. The rice paste is not only beneficial to storage but also convenient to eat, and is popular to people due to the advantages of fine and smooth taste, easy digestion and the like.
The rice paste can be prepared by adopting an extrusion technology, wherein the extrusion technology is that materials are pushed forwards and extruded by utilizing an extruder screw, and the materials are subjected to combined action of high friction, high shear force and the like in the process to reach high pressure and high temperature, so that the materials are extruded. The method has low cost, low nutrition loss, high digestibility, and convenient storage.

The preparation method of the nutritional rice paste with the effects of clearing away the heart-fire and tonifying spleen comprises the following steps:
(a) removing impurities in semen oryzae Sativae and Poria; removing the core of the lotus seed; peeling rhizoma Dioscoreae, adding 1% citric acid water, soaking and protecting color; cleaning and drying the surfaces of the materials, crushing, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and mixing in proportion to obtain main material mixed powder;
(b) adding the main material mixed powder into a double-screw extrusion puffing machine for puffing, secondarily drying the puffed mixed powder, crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain puffed main material powder; wherein the water adding amount during puffing is 10-18% of the mass of the main material mixed powder, the barrel temperature is 140-180 ℃, and the screw rotating speed is 130-170 r/min;
(c) 10-20 g of golden emperor inulin, 5-10 g of cane sugar and 10-15 g of maltodextrin are added into 100g of puffing main material powder, and the mixture is mixed, modulated and then dried in a far infrared drying oven to obtain the heart-clearing spleen-tonifying nutritional rice paste.
The formula of the invention takes polished round-grained rice, lotus seeds, Chinese yam, poria cocos and golden-silk chrysanthemum as main raw materials, and the traditional Chinese medicine health preserving formula has the effects of clearing away the heart-fire and tonifying spleen, and is specifically introduced as follows:

Lotus seed: nymphaeaceae plant lotusNelumbo nuciferaGaertn, produced mainly in Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang etc., has the functions of invigorating spleen and kidney, arresting seminal emission, stopping leukorrhagia, clearing away heart fire and tranquilizing, contains lotus seed polysaccharide, protein and other effective components, and has the functions of tranquilizing, strengthening heart, lowering blood sugar, raising immunity, etc.
Chinese yam: dioscoreaceae plant Dioscorea oppositaDioscorea oppositaThe rhizome of thunb, mainly produced in Henan, Jiangsu, Hunan and other places, has the effects of nourishing the stomach and tonifying the spleen, arresting seminal emission and stopping diarrhea, benefiting the lung and promoting the production of body fluid, contains the effective components of dioscin, yam extract, mucus and the like, and can improve the digestion function, delay senility and regulate immunity.
Tuckahoe, poria cocos: the dry sclerotium of Wolf of Poria cocos (Schw.) of Polyporaceae is mainly produced in Yunnan, Hubei, Anhui, etc., and Poria has effects of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen, regulating stomach, calming heart, tranquilizing, and contains pachyman, etc. effective substances, and is especially suitable for people with uneasiness, insomnia, and dreaminess.
Golden-silk chrysanthemum: compositae plant Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium RamatThe dried capitate inflorescence is mainly produced in Jiangxi, Anhui and other places, has the effects of relieving summer heat, promoting the production of body fluid, clearing heat and improving eyesight, contains the effective components of the polysaccharide, the total flavone and the like of the royal chrysanthemum, and can resist oxidation, improve immunity, resist viruses and the like.
The invention has the following advantages:

(b) adding the main material mixed powder into a double-screw extrusion puffing machine for puffing, secondarily drying the puffed mixed powder, crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain puffed main material powder; wherein the water adding amount during the puffing is 14% of the mass of the main material mixed powder, the barrel temperature is 160 ℃, and the screw rotating speed is 160 r/min;
(c) adding 20g of golden emperor inulin, 10g of cane sugar and 15g of maltodextrin into 100g of puffed main material powder, mixing, blending, and drying in a far infrared drying oven to obtain the heart-clearing spleen-tonifying nutritional rice paste.

(c) 10g of golden emperor inulin, 10g of cane sugar and 10g of maltodextrin are added into 100g of puffed main material powder, and the mixture is mixed, modulated and then placed in a far infrared drying oven for drying to obtain the heart-clearing spleen-tonifying nutritional rice paste.

(b) adding the main material mixed powder into a double-screw extrusion puffing machine for puffing, secondarily drying the puffed mixed powder, crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain puffed main material powder; wherein the water adding amount during the puffing is 18 percent of the mass of the main material mixed powder, the cylinder temperature is 140 ℃, and the screw rotating speed is 170 r/min;
(c) adding 20g of golden emperor inulin, 5g of sucrose and 10g of maltodextrin into 100g of puffed main material powder, mixing, blending, and drying in a far infrared drying oven to obtain the nutritional rice paste with effects of clearing heart fire and invigorating spleen.
The characteristics are as follows: the lotus seed paste has the advantages of fine, smooth and uniform powder appearance, yellow and white color, easy dispersion into paste when being mixed with boiled water, no impurity, no layering phenomenon, fresh lotus seed fragrance, palatable sweet taste of golden-silk Huangju, smooth and refreshing taste and moderate sweetness.

(b) adding the main material mixed powder into a double-screw extrusion puffing machine for puffing, secondarily drying the puffed mixed powder, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain puffed main material powder; wherein the water adding amount during puffing is 10-18% of the mass of the main material mixed powder, the barrel temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the screw rotating speed is 130-160 r/min;
(c) 10-20 g of golden emperor inulin, 5-10 g of cane sugar and 10-15 g of maltodextrin are added into 100g of puffing main material powder, and the mixture is mixed, modulated and then dried in a far infrared drying oven to obtain the heart-clearing spleen-tonifying nutritional rice paste.
