Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tea drinks, in particular to orange, cattail and perilla substitute tea.
Background
With the rapid development of economic society, the living quality and mental living standard of people are continuously improved, the living rhythm of people is accelerated, the living and the rest are not regular, and the sub-health condition, the low immunity, the pharyngitis, the sphagitis and the tonsillitis of most people often puzzle people. Health preservation is no longer a requirement of the elderly alone. In large, medium and small cities in China, medicines for clearing heat, removing toxicity, diminishing inflammation and benefiting throat are already a great demand.
The traditional tea is a product produced by taking tea leaves as resources. Bitter and astringent tastes are the main taste components in tea, and the bottom of the tongue root is most sensitive to the taste. Luyu tea is recorded in the book: zhou Gong "Erya": ' cashew ' and bitter tea ', the visible people have long recognized that tea has a bitter character and because of this character, some people are prohibited.
Compared with the traditional tea industry, the substitute tea is a product which is prepared by processing rootstocks, buds, leaves, flowers, fruits and the like of non-tea plant into tea-like materials and can be drunk in a brewing (soaking or boiling) mode. Compared with the traditional tea, the substitute tea has the advantages that the bitterness and the astringency are reduced, the functions of refreshing and restoring consciousness of the traditional tea are realized, the plant beverage is enriched in aspects of flavor, taste, color, nutritional function and the like, and the substitute tea is popular with consumers. The substitute tea is similar to tea but not tea, and has the cultural bottom of tea and health-preserving value. Audience groups cover tea friends who drink traditional tea, people who do not like drinking tea are attracted, and the market is unlimited.
