By adopting the method, the proportion of the damage of the fruit of the macadimia nut trees to the mouse in the macadimia nut garden in the first year is within 5 percent, and the loss rate of the fruit of the single macadimia nut tree is reduced to be within 1 percent.
No murine harm is found on the macadamia nut trees in the macadamia orchard in the next year, and the fruit loss rate is 0.

Claims (9)

1. A rat-proof and rat-killing method for Australian orchard is characterized by comprising the following steps,
(1) early preparation: clearing 1-2 rows of branches and high-stalk weeds under the macadamia nut trees on the periphery of the macadamia orchard, exposing the trunks of the macadamia nut trees, and enabling the trunks to serve as the only channels for the rodents to walk on the trees;
(2) setting a deratization belt: wrapping a plastic film on the periphery of the cleaned trunk of the macadamia nut tree, wrapping gauze on the periphery of the plastic film, and uniformly smearing rodenticide paste on the periphery of the gauze to form a rodenticide band; the deratization paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of bromadiolone, 5-10 parts of nux vomica seeds, 5-10 parts of matrine, 5-10 parts of centella asiatica bark, 3-5 parts of cinnamon bark, 10-20 parts of vegetable gum, 1-3 parts of borax, 3-5 parts of vaseline and 3-5 parts of ebony;
(3) later maintenance: observing the deratization paste on the deratization belt, if the thickness of the deratization paste is reduced, supplementing the deratization paste in time to ensure that the thickness of the deratization paste is not less than 0.5 cm.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cleaned trunks of macadamia nut trees are whitewashed with a dry paint; the dry coating medicament comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of lime, 5-10 parts of salt, 5-10 parts of matrine and 5-10 parts of chinaberry extract.

The method of claim 1, further comprising removing high-stalk weeds in the range of 1-1.5m from the macadamia nut tree trunk, and laying 2-3 rat repelling belts around the trunk, wherein the rat repelling belts are covered with rat repelling agent comprising 5-10 parts of semen Strychni seed, 5-10 parts of matrine, 5-10 parts of Tripterygium wilfordii bark, 3-5 parts of cortex Cinnamomi, 3-5 parts of vaseline, and 3-5 parts of WUJIA.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the vegetable gum is any combination of two or more of sesbania gum, guar gum, flax gum, and fenugreek gum.

The method for preventing and killing rats in a macadamia orchard according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the rat killing paste comprises the following steps: sun drying semen Strychni seed, caulis et folium Tripterygii Wilfordii bark and cortex Cinnamomi, sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain powder, and mixing with bromadiolone, matrine, vegetable gum and borax.
