Background
In the field of precision electronic manufacturing, surface mounting is one of the most central manufacturing processes, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is used as a substrate, various components are mounted on the PCB, and one PCB is associated with a plurality of components. With the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and continuous improvement of product quality, associated data of information such as suppliers of all mounted components and batches on each PCB and the PCB need to be recorded in the surface mounting process, so that when a subsequent product breaks down, the associated components can be searched through the unique code of the PCB, fault analysis and positioning are facilitated, or when the components have defects, the products of the used components in the batch can be reversely searched through the unique code of the components, and data support is provided for measures such as product recall. To achieve this goal, each PCB and minimal packaging of components requires a unique code as an identification. Meanwhile, the PCB is generally manufactured in a panel splicing manner, that is, a plurality of PCBs are spliced into a panel splicing according to a certain rule, so as to improve the surface mounting efficiency. Therefore, the unique code information of all PCBs on the jointed board needs to be collected.
The existing PCB unique code is generally a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the collection mode is generally divided into three types:
1) a bar code or two-dimensional code acquisition module is configured in the surface mounting equipment for acquiring the unique code of the PCB;
2) before entering the surface mounting equipment, a panoramic collector is arranged on a track of a connection table, and a plurality of bar codes are collected at one time;
3) before entering the surface mounting equipment, corresponding bar code or two-dimensional code collectors are installed on the connection table rail according to the number of jointed boards, and the unique code of the PCB is collected.
The drawbacks of the first method are: the module price is high, generally being dozens of ten thousand yuan; the work of surface mounting equipment is increased, and the mounting efficiency is reduced; only the bar code on the front side of the PCB can be collected, and the bar code on the back side cannot be collected;
the second method has the disadvantages that: because the size of the PCB is limited, the size of the unique code of the PCB is very small, and when the area of the jointed board is large, all the unique codes cannot be collected;
the third method has the defects that when the number of PCBs in the jointed boards is large, a plurality of collectors are required to be installed, the price of each collector is about 1 ten thousand yuan, and if the jointed boards are 8 PCB jointed boards, about 8 ten thousand yuan is required, and the price is high; and the position of each collector needs to be installed at a proper position above the PCB bar code or the two-dimensional code, and the position of each collector needs to be adjusted again according to the jointed board when a product is replaced, so that the debugging time and difficulty before production are greatly increased.

The invention can adapt to the condition that the unique code of the PCB is fixed on the opposite surface of the current surface to be pasted, and the collector is only required to be arranged above the unique code of the PCB.
