Description

System and method for monitoring guest room service
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hotel service management, in particular to a service supervision system and a service supervision method applied to places such as hotel rooms or boxes.
Background
The hotel can be said to be a temporary home of people during business trip and travel, and the guest room is the place where people stay for the longest time, and the health condition directly influences the mood and physical health of customers. But the current hygiene of hotel rooms is completely unsatisfactory. In 8 months in 2017, a hotel in Jinan City is exposed and a toilet is wiped by a face-washing towel; in 2017, in 9 months, 5 five-star hotels are exploded out and do not change bed sheets; in 12 months in 2017, a Harbin five-star hotel is exploded out and a toilet is used for brushing a teacup; in 2018, more than 20 famous hotels such as Beijing Wangfu peninsula hotel, Nanchang Xilaideng hotel, Shanghai BaoGeli hotel and the like are exploded to wipe the cup with a dirty towel and the disposable cup cover is repeatedly used, and the like. The recently exposed hotel industry "sanitary and ugly" mostly focuses on the health service link of the guest room. The expense of the expensive five-star hotel and as such, the situation in other medium and low-end hotels is well understood, which is well documented as to the prevalence and severity of room hygiene problems.
To thoroughly solve the problem of hotel hygiene, an effective technical supervision means is needed besides the measures of increasing the punishment and the like.
At present, most of the sanitary service work of the hotel rooms is carried out under the unsupervised and unconstrained conditions, the work is basically performed by self-help of service personnel, and when the work of the guest rooms is heavy or the quality of the service personnel is not high, the sanitary service quality of the guest rooms is difficult to guarantee.
Some hotels attempt to install a monitoring system in the guest room, but this will likely violate the individual privacy of the customer and is therefore easily resisted by the customer; some hotels in Changzhou province have a test point of 'guest room cleaning monitoring', namely, cleaning staff carry with the cameras during work and carry out remote monitoring by other staff, the method can increase the labor cost, and the supervision work is carried out by the staff in the hotel and possibly flows to the form; some hotels play monitoring videos of guest rooms when the guest rooms are sanitary and clean in a hall, so that not only can the privacy of customers be revealed, but also the scenes that a plurality of guest rooms are difficult to deal with cleaning services at the same time are difficult to deal with.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a system and a method for supervising guest room service, which can effectively supervise the quality of guest room service of a hotel, can strictly limit the access control permission of workers for entering and exiting the guest room, and are beneficial to protecting the privacy and personal and property safety of customers.

s903, after receiving the request, the access control server judges whether the customer is in the guest room; setting the access control authority of the access control card on the intelligent door lock according to the judgment result, and informing the result to the service server;
s904, the service server sends a message to the service terminal to inform the service start; the service terminal starts to record videos and uploads video data;
s905, the service server receives the video data sent by the service terminal and stores a video file;
s906, after the staff opens the door access of the guest room by using the door access card or reminds the customer to open the guest room door, guest room service work is carried out;
s907, after the guest room service is finished, the staff closes the guest room door and sends out a service finishing message through the service terminal;
s908, the service server provides a request for canceling the access control authority to the access control server; the entrance guard server cancels the entrance guard authority set in the step S3 and informs the result to the service server;
s909, the intelligent door lock reports all entrance guard events, and the entrance guard server records the entrance guard events and provides the entrance guard events for the business server to inquire;
s910, the customer checks the service video and the entrance guard event of the guest room which the customer enters through the customer terminal.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present disclosure should be covered by the scope of the present application.
