However, in the existing hotel management process, due to lack of cleaning supervision data, a consumer or a supervisor cannot know the real sanitary cleaning condition of a hotel room, and further, the sanitary operation of a hotel cleaner cannot be supervised by recording and sending the cleaning supervision data.
In view of this, the present application provides a method for acquiring multimedia data, where the method may be applied to a network system including a server and at least one terminal device, and the network system is, for example, an OTA (Online Travel Agent) system for Online hotel reservation.

For another example, when a cleaner uses the special door card to open a door of a certain room, the electronic lock of the corresponding room sends the door card information to the terminal device in the network system in a short-distance wireless communication mode, so that the terminal device can obtain the first multimedia data.
The triggering operation executed on the terminal equipment comprises the following steps: the voice of the cleaner triggers the operation of the terminal device, the key of the cleaner triggers the operation of the terminal device, or the image recognition triggers the operation of the terminal device. For example, the cleaner triggers the terminal device by speaking a voice containing a specific wake-up word. The wake-up word is information pre-stored in the memory and used for waking up the terminal device, and the wake-up word includes, but is not limited to, a name of the terminal device, a function that the terminal device can execute, or other preset information. For another example, the cleaner triggers a hot key area on a touch display screen of the terminal device, or triggers a physical key in the keyboard, so that the terminal device starts to record voice, start to capture images, or start to capture videos, wherein the cleaner can be triggered by clicking, long-pressing, or repeating touch operations. For another example, before the first multimedia data is input, the cleaning person makes the terminal device shoot a specific gesture made by the cleaning person or makes the terminal device shoot a face image of the cleaning person, and the terminal device is triggered by making the terminal device perform image recognition on the obtained gesture image or the face image.
In some embodiments, when the terminal device detects the first trigger operation of the cleaner, the terminal device further prompts the cleaner to input room number information of the hotel room to acquire the first multimedia data containing the room number information. Specifically, a cleaner carries out a first trigger operation on the terminal device, when the terminal device detects the first trigger operation, the cleaner is prompted to input room number information of a hotel room, the cleaner inputs first multimedia data based on the prompt of the terminal device, and therefore the terminal device can acquire the first multimedia data input by the cleaner.
The mode for prompting the cleaner by the terminal equipment comprises at least one of the following modes: prompting in an audio mode, prompting in a vibration mode and prompting in a display mode.
For example, the terminal device prompts in an audio manner, wherein the prompting may be performed in an AI dialog manner or a preset audio playing manner. Taking the prompting mode as an AI conversation prompting mode as an example, when the terminal device detects a first trigger operation of the cleaner, the terminal device inquires about room number information of a hotel to the cleaner and waits for a reply, and when the terminal device does not acquire the first multimedia data within a preset time or does not recognize the room number information from the first multimedia data, the terminal device may prompt the cleaner to input the first multimedia data again, wherein the preset time may be 3s to 15s, but is not limited thereto.
For another example, the terminal device prompts in a vibration mode, and when the terminal device detects the first trigger operation of the cleaner, the terminal device continuously vibrates for a period of time to prompt the cleaner to input the first multimedia data.
For another example, the terminal device prompts in a display manner, and when the terminal device detects a first trigger operation of the cleaner, specific prompt information is displayed on a touch display screen of the terminal device to prompt the cleaner to input the first multimedia data, where the prompt information may be embodied in an image, a text, or a symbol manner. When a display lamp is installed in the terminal device, the terminal device may further turn on the display lamp to prompt the cleaning staff, where the display lamp is, for example, a light emitting diode.
In an embodiment, the terminal device further verifies the room number information included in the first multimedia data on the basis of acquiring the first multimedia data including the room number information. Specifically, the terminal device identifies the first multimedia data to identify the room number information included in the first multimedia data, and then verifies the correctness and/or authenticity of the identified room number information. Based on this, after the verification is completed, the terminal device also sends prompt information that the room number information is confirmed or the room number information is input again to the cleaning staff based on the verification result. The prompt message of the confirmed or re-input room number information can be prompted in an audio, vibration or display mode.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device represents the identified room number information in a form that can be identified by a cleaner, for example, in a form of voice, numbers displayed on a touch display screen, and the like, when the cleaner obtains that the room number information represented in the above form is the same as the room number information of the currently cleaned hotel room, it is determined that the room number information identified by the terminal device is correct and a trigger operation for determination is performed, and otherwise, the cleaner performs a trigger operation for re-input, so that the terminal device completes verification of the correctness of the room number information. The triggering operation for determining and re-inputting may correspond to the foregoing first triggering operation, for example, the first triggering operation is a voice triggering operation of the terminal device, and the triggering operation for determining and re-inputting may also be implemented by a voice, but not limited thereto, and the two triggering operations may also be of different types.
In another specific embodiment, a sorting rule of room number information of hotel rooms is stored in the terminal device in advance, and the terminal device confirms the correctness of the room number information when the room number information identified by the terminal device meets the sorting rule, otherwise, the terminal device prompts the cleaner to re-input the room number information, and the prompting manner is the same as or similar to that described above, and is not described in detail herein. The ordering rules include, but are not limited to: the total number of the room numbers, which number of the room numbers represents the floor where the hotel room is located, and which number of the room numbers represents the position where the hotel room is located on a certain floor. For example, when the room number information identified from the first multimedia data is 1003, but the total number of digits of the room number in the ordering rule of the hotel is 3, the room number information is wrong, and the terminal device prompts the cleaner to re-input the room number information.
In another specific embodiment, the real room numbers of all hotel rooms in the hotel are stored in the terminal device in advance, and the terminal device confirms the authenticity of the room number information when determining that the room number information identified by the terminal device belongs to the hotel, otherwise, the terminal device prompts the cleaner to re-input the room number information.
In a further specific embodiment, when a communication device capable of being in communication connection with the terminal device is built in the electronic lock of the hotel room or the power taking device in the hotel room, the terminal device may further determine whether the room number information in the first multimedia data input by the cleaner is the same as the room number information determined by the terminal device through communication connection.
It should be noted that the terminal device may implement the above embodiments to confirm the correctness and authenticity of the identified house number information. The ranking rules and the real room number may be entered at initial configuration of the terminal device, or obtained from the server based on hotel information associated with a cleaner login, or obtained from the server based on hotel information selected based on a cleaner login.
In some embodiments, in order to remind a cleaner of entering a hotel room which does not need to be cleaned by mistake or people are in the room, the terminal device obtains room state information corresponding to the room number information from the server, and prompts the cleaner of information related to the room state information according to the room state information. Specifically, the terminal device sends the identified room number information to the server, obtains room state information of a hotel room in the hotel corresponding to the room number information in the server, and prompts whether a cleaner can enter the room to perform cleaning operation based on the room state information.
The room status information includes at least one of: the room is returned without cleaning (cleaned), the room is returned without cleaning, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is needed for people in the room, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is needed for no people in the room, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is not needed for no people in the room.
For example, when the room status information includes that cleaning is not needed or people are in the room, the terminal device prompts a cleaner not to enter the room so as to avoid the cleaner disturbing customers in the room or avoid the cleaner performing repeated cleaning. And when the room state information indicates that the room is not returned, no person in the room needs to be cleaned, and the room is returned and needs to be cleaned, the terminal equipment prompts a cleaner to enter the room for cleaning.
It should be noted that the room state information may also only include state information of whether to leave the room, and further, the terminal device prompts a cleaner to enter the room for cleaning when acquiring the room state information that has left the room; and the terminal equipment prompts the cleaner not to enter the room when acquiring the room state information which is not returned.
In step S120, the terminal acquires second multimedia data including a cleaning operation performed by a cleaner when cleaning a hotel room; the second multimedia data is associated with the room number information contained in the first multimedia data, that is, the second multimedia data is acquired in the hotel room corresponding to the room number information.
Specifically, after entering a hotel room, a cleaning person starts to perform a cleaning operation for cleaning the hotel room, where the cleaning operation is composed of at least one of a cleaning tool and a cleaning posture and the cleaning object, the cleaning object is an object to be cleaned, which is required by the cleaner to clean the room, and includes a cleaning object to be replaced or a cleaning object to be cleaned, the cleaning object to be replaced is, for example, a bed sheet quilt cover, a towel, and the like, and the cleaning object to be cleaned is, for example, a hand washing basin, a toilet, a seat, a teacup, and the like; the cleaning tool is a tool used by a cleaner for cleaning the cleaning object, and the cleaning tool includes: wiping rags of different cleaning objects, new bed sheets, quilt covers and the like; the cleaning posture is the action, gesture and the like of a cleaner when cleaning the cleaning object, such as wiping action, cleaning action, replacing action and the like; and the terminal equipment acquires second multimedia data containing the cleaning operation while the cleaning personnel performs the cleaning operation. The second multimedia data is video data, wherein the video data may include only an image stream, or may include both voice data and an image stream.
The second multimedia data may be acquired based on a separate trigger operation or may be acquired based on a first trigger operation for acquiring the first multimedia data. Here, the trigger operation of separately acquiring the second multimedia data is referred to as a second trigger operation;
in an embodiment, the terminal device acquires the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data based on the first trigger operation. For example, the cleaner triggers the terminal device through a first trigger operation to enable the terminal device to start recording a video, and in the process of recording the video, the cleaner inputs voice data containing room number information and starts to execute a cleaning operation, so that the terminal device obtains the voice data containing the room number information and video data containing the cleaning operation executed by the cleaner when cleaning hotel rooms.
In another embodiment, the terminal device acquires the second multimedia data when detecting a second triggering operation of the cleaner. The second trigger operation includes: the trigger operation executed to the hotel room equipment or the trigger operation executed to the terminal equipment. The triggering operation performed on the hotel room equipment includes: the cleaner triggers the operation of an electronic lock of a hotel room, or the cleaner triggers the operation of a power taking device of the hotel room; the triggering operation executed on the terminal equipment comprises the following steps: the voice of the cleaner triggers the operation of the terminal device, the key of the cleaner triggers the operation of the terminal device, or the image recognition triggers the operation of the terminal device. Specifically, when the terminal device acquires the second multimedia data based on the second trigger operation alone, the terminal device stores in advance a discrimination rule of the first trigger operation and the second trigger operation. In a specific embodiment, the identification rule is a wakeup word, a physical key, or a gesture corresponding to the first trigger operation and the second trigger operation, respectively, and the terminal device can identify the first trigger operation and the second trigger operation through different wakeup words, physical keys, or gestures; for example, the wake-up word of the first trigger operation is "record room number", the wake-up word of the second trigger operation is "record clean video", and the like. In another embodiment, the identification rule is a timing rule corresponding to the first trigger operation and the second trigger operation; for example, the first multimedia data is acquired when the wakeup word "record" is detected for the first time, and the second multimedia data is acquired when the wakeup word "record" is detected for the second time. In another specific embodiment, the identification rule is different trigger operation modes corresponding to the first trigger operation and the second trigger operation; for example, the first triggering operation is an operation of triggering an electronic lock of a hotel room, and the second triggering operation is an operation of triggering a power supply device of the hotel room.
In some embodiments, the second multimedia data further comprises cleaning object data input by a cleaner when cleaning a hotel room; wherein the cleaning object data corresponds to a cleaning operation performed by a cleaner. Specifically, the cleaner speaks a cleaning object corresponding to the cleaning operation executed by the cleaner in the process of cleaning the hotel room, so that the terminal device acquires second multimedia data containing the cleaning object data.
The cleaning object data includes: voice data containing a cleaning object to be replaced, voice data containing a cleaning object to be cleaned. For example, the cleaning person speaks a voice of a cleaning object including "cup" during the process of wiping the cup with the rag, so that the terminal device acquires the voice data including "cup". For another example, the cleaner speaks voice data containing the "bed sheet" during the process of changing the bed sheet, so that the terminal device acquires the voice data containing the "bed sheet". The terminal device may acquire second multimedia data containing data of the cleaning object based on an input of the cleaning person.
Under the condition that second multimedia data contains cleaning object data, the terminal equipment can also segment the multimedia file containing the second multimedia data into a plurality of cleaning multimedia files according to the cleaning object data, and send the plurality of cleaning multimedia files containing the second multimedia data to the server, so that the server can store each cleaning multimedia file in association with the cleaning object.
Specifically, the terminal device divides the multimedia file into a plurality of clean multimedia files based on the cleaning object and an entry rule of preset cleaning object data. And selecting the time for speaking the cleaning object by the cleaner according to the preset entry rule of the cleaning object data. For example, if the preset entry rule of the cleaning object data is to say a cleaning object corresponding to a cleaning operation before the cleaning operation is performed, the terminal device takes the second multimedia data between the cleaning object "toilet bowl" and the cleaning object "sink" as a cleaning multimedia file corresponding to the "toilet bowl".
In some embodiments, the terminal device further analyzes a cleaning element included in the second multimedia data to output auxiliary cleaning information associated with the cleaning element during execution of the cleaning task. The cleaning elements include a cleaning tool, a cleaning pose, and a cleaning object. For example, when the terminal device identifies a cleaning object containing a cup in the video image, a specification prompt message is generated, such as: please clean the cup with the rag dedicated for the cup. For another example, when the terminal device recognizes that the cleaner has used the wrong cleaning tool or the wrong cleaning posture with respect to a cleaning object, an abnormal prompt message such as: "currently used cleaning tool is out of specification" or "please use the correct tool for cleaning" etc. Based on this, the terminal device can also send second multimedia data containing cleaning operation to the server side, so that the server side can analyze the second multimedia data, and send auxiliary cleaning information associated with the cleaning element to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can output and prompt the auxiliary cleaning information to a cleaning worker.
In step S130, at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data, and the second multimedia data are sent to a server, so that the server at least feeds back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a supervisor of the hotel according to the room number information.
In some embodiments, during a communication connection established between the terminal device and the server, the terminal device transmits the room number information and at least one of the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data to the server.
For example, the terminal device directly sends the acquired first multimedia data and the second multimedia data to a server during one communication connection, the server identifies the room number information contained in the first multimedia data, and at least feeds back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a supervisor who uses the client to browse the hotel information according to the identified room number information.
For another example, the terminal device may also identify room number information included in the acquired first multimedia data, and send the identified room number information and the second multimedia data to the server during a communication connection; or sending the identified room number information, the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data to a server side, wherein the server side feeds back at least the second multimedia data to a target order user or a supervisor who utilizes the client side to browse the hotel information according to the identified room number information. Taking the example that the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data are in the same multimedia file, the terminal device sends the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data based on the positions of the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data in the multimedia file during one communication connection.
In another embodiment, the terminal device sends the second multimedia data and at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data to the server side in a step-by-step manner. For example, during the period that the terminal device verifies the house number information, through the communication connection established with the server for verification, the terminal device sends the first multimedia data containing the house number information to the server, when the verification is successful, the house number information is used as one of the label information used for confirming various communicated messages between the terminal device and the server, and when the terminal device sends the acquired second multimedia data to the server, the second multimedia data also carries the house number information, so that the server can conveniently confirm the house number information corresponding to the received second multimedia data.
The method may be adapted to any of the above embodiments, where the terminal device sends at least the second multimedia data to the server in real time, so that the server performs subsequent operations on the received second multimedia data. For example, the terminal device encodes the acquired second multimedia data in real time, and the streaming media transmission protocol transmits the encoded streaming media data to the server.
Or the terminal equipment sends the multimedia file containing the second multimedia data stored in the memory in the form of a file to the server. For example, after a cleaner completes cleaning operation on a hotel room, the cleaner triggers the terminal device to stop acquiring the second multimedia data, and at this time, a multimedia file containing the second multimedia data is stored in the terminal device. And the terminal equipment sends the stored multimedia file to a server side. The multimedia file comprises all cleaning operations executed by a cleaner in a hotel room, and further the terminal device supports breakpoint resuming, specifically, when uploading of the multimedia file is interrupted due to a network fault or the like in the transmission process, the terminal device can continue uploading from the interrupted position of the multimedia file instead of uploading from the position of the beginning of the multimedia file.
In some embodiments, the terminal device further obtains login information of the cleaner, and sends the login information to the server, so that the server establishes an association relationship between the login information, the room number information, and the second multimedia data. The login information includes but is not limited to: cleaner information, hotel information, etc. The cleaner information includes at least one of: name of cleaner, serial number of cleaner; the hotel information includes at least one of: the name of the hotel, the address of the hotel, the number of the hotel, etc.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a login information obtaining interface of a terminal device in an embodiment of the present application, after the cleaner inputs an account number of a hotel and a password of the hotel on the terminal device, the terminal device loads the login information obtaining interface and receives a cleaner information list fed back by the server, and the cleaner can select corresponding login information by triggering a triangle identifier in a pull-down list. Although the illustrated interface displays the name of the cleaner for the cleaner to select, the serial number of the cleaner may also be displayed for the cleaner to select, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the login information may be directly input, for example, by inputting the login information in a voice manner; for another example, the login information is input by typing on the touch display screen or the keyboard.
It should be noted that, after the cleaner inputs an account of a hotel and a password of the hotel on the terminal device, the server may determine hotel information associated with the account based on login of the cleaner, that is, specify the hotel to which the cleaner belongs, and further, the server may store at least one of room number information and first multimedia data, and the second multimedia data and the corresponding account in a database corresponding to the hotel in an associated manner.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a login information obtaining interface of a terminal device in another embodiment of the present application, after a cleaner inputs an account number of a merchant and a password of the merchant on the terminal device, the terminal device loads the login information obtaining interface and receives a cleaner information list and a hotel information list fed back by a server, the cleaner can select cleaner information and hotel information by triggering a triangle identifier in a pull-down list, although the illustrated interface displays a name of the cleaner and a name of a hotel for the cleaner to input the cleaner information and the hotel information, the present application is not limited thereto; wherein the merchant comprises a plurality of hotels, and the plurality of hotels belong to the same brand.
When the customer/supervisor submits the room number information through the client, the server feeds back at least part of the second multimedia data to the customer/supervisor, and therefore the operation process of the room cleaning performed by the cleaner can be remotely viewed.
Taking a target order user who is a room with preset room number information as an example, wherein the room number information in the order information of the target order user is the same as or related to the room number information contained in the first multimedia data, for example, the two room number information are completely the same, when the room number information in the order information is the same as the room number information corresponding to the first multimedia data, the consumer corresponding to the order is the target order user; if the two room number information belong to the same hotel room type, the customer corresponding to the order is the target order user when the room number information in the order information and the room number information corresponding to the first multimedia data are the room number of the same hotel room type; if the two room number information belong to the same floor of the same hotel, when the room number information in the order information and the room number information corresponding to the first multimedia data are the room number of the same floor of the hotel, the consumer corresponding to the order is the target order user; if the two room number information belong to the same hotel, if the room number information in the order information and the room number information corresponding to the first multimedia data are the room number of the same hotel, the consumer corresponding to the order is the target order user; based on the above example, the check-in time or the check-out time in the order information of the target order user is related to the time when the terminal device acquires the second multimedia data, for example, the time when the second multimedia data is acquired is before the check-in time; as another example, the second multimedia data is acquired during check-in and check-out.
The supervisory personnel includes: a supervisor of a hotel, a supervisor of a health industry, and the like. Taking the supervisor as a supervisor of the hotel as an example, the server can feed back the second multimedia data corresponding to any room number information at any time of the hotel to the supervisor according to the request of the supervisor of the hotel. Taking the supervisor as the supervisor in the health industry as an example, the server can feed back the second multimedia data corresponding to any room number information in any hotel in any time in the jurisdiction range of the supervisor in the health industry to the supervisor in the health industry according to the request of the supervisor in the health industry. It should be noted that the authority of the hotel supervisor and the health industry supervisor to view the second multimedia data is not limited to the example, and the time, the room number information, the cleaner information, and the like may be further limited in practical application.
This application is through sending room number information and at least one in the first multimedia data and second multimedia data to the server, for the server basis according to room number information to the target order user or the supervisor of hotel feed back at least second multimedia data, based on this, the server can feed back the second multimedia data in corresponding hotel room to target order user or supervisor at least according to room number information at least, makes target order user or supervisor can know the real sanitary clean condition in hotel room, and then, this application is through recording and sending second multimedia data can also play the supervision effect to hotel cleaner's sanitary operation.
For at least one embodiment described in the above multimedia data obtaining method, for example, the embodiment described in fig. 2 to 4, the present application further provides a multimedia data obtaining system, where the multimedia data obtaining system is configured to obtain first multimedia data and second multimedia data, and send at least one of room number information and the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data to a server, so that the server at least feeds back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a supervisor of the hotel according to the room number information. The multimedia data acquisition system can be applied to the terminal device shown in fig. 1. For example, in the form of software, is loaded in the terminal device shown in fig. 1 to realize the corresponding functions.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a multimedia data acquiring system according to the present application, and as shown in the figure, the multimedia data acquiring system 20 includes a first multimedia data acquiring module 200, a second multimedia data acquiring module 201, and a multimedia data sending module 202. The first multimedia data obtaining module 200 is configured to obtain first multimedia data including room number information; the second multimedia data acquisition module 201 is configured to acquire second multimedia data including a cleaning operation performed by a cleaner when cleaning a hotel room; wherein the second multimedia data is associated with room number information contained in the first multimedia data; the multimedia data sending module 202 is configured to send the second multimedia data and at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data to a server, so that the server at least feeds back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a supervisor of the hotel according to the room number information.
The first multimedia data obtaining module 200, the second multimedia data obtaining module 201, and the multimedia data sending module 202 in the multimedia data obtaining system 20 cooperatively perform the foregoing steps S110 to S130 according to the functions of the above-described units, which is not described herein again.
The multimedia data acquisition system 20 of this application is through sending at least one in room number information and the first multimedia data and second multimedia data to the server, for the server is according to room number information to the target order user of hotel or supervisory personnel at least feed back second multimedia data, based on this, the server can feed back the second multimedia data in corresponding hotel room to target order user or supervisory personnel at least according to room number information at least, makes target order user or supervisory personnel can know the real sanitary clean condition in hotel room, and then, this application is through recording and sending second multimedia data can also play the supervisory role to hotel cleaner's sanitary operation.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hardware structure of the server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in the drawing, the server 30 includes at least one memory 300 and at least one processor 301.
The at least one memory 300 is for storing at least one program; in an embodiment, the memory 300 may comprise high speed random access memory, and may also comprise non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, memory 300 may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network attached memory that is accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communications network, which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
The at least one processor 301 is connected to the at least one memory 301, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the processing method of the present application, such as the embodiment described in fig. 7, when the at least one program is executed. In an embodiment, the processor 301 is operatively coupled to memory and/or non-volatile storage. More specifically, the processor 301 may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the terminal device, such as saving at least one of the acquired room number information and the first multimedia data in association with the second multimedia data. As such, processor 301 may include one or more general-purpose microprocessors, one or more special-purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a multimedia data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the multimedia data processing method includes steps S210 and S220. The processing method can be executed by the server shown in fig. 6, where a processor in the server coordinates hardware such as a memory to execute the following steps.
In step S210, the server obtains at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data, and the second multimedia data; the first multimedia data comprises room number information, the second multimedia data comprises cleaning operation performed by a cleaner in cleaning hotel rooms, and the second multimedia data is associated with the room number information contained in the first multimedia data; wherein the room number information indicates the room number of a room in a hotel.
The first multimedia data acquired by the server side comprises voice data, image data or/and video data.
In one embodiment, during a communication connection established between the terminal device and the server, the server obtains the room number information and at least one of the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data together.
For example, the server acquires the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data during a communication connection, and based on this, the server identifies the acquired first multimedia data to identify the house number information in the first multimedia data. And the identification mode is different according to the difference of the first multimedia data. The recognition mode is voice recognition and/or image recognition, for example, the first multimedia data is voice data, and the recognition mode is voice recognition; for another example, the first multimedia data is image data or video data, and the identification mode is image identification; it should be noted that, if the video data further includes voice data, the recognition method is voice recognition and image recognition.
For another example, the server obtains the room number information and the second multimedia data during a communication connection, where the room number information is obtained by the terminal device through identification based on the first multimedia data.
For another example, the server obtains the room number information, the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data during a communication connection, wherein the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data are obtained based on a first trigger operation of a cleaner. The first trigger operation is the same or similar to that described above and will not be described in detail herein.
In another embodiment, the server acquires the second multimedia data and at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data step by step. For example, during the period that the terminal device verifies the house number information, the server acquires the first multimedia data containing the house number information sent by the terminal device through the communication connection established with the server for verification, when the verification is successful, the house number information is used as one of the label information used for confirming various communicated messages between the terminal device and the server, and when the second multimedia data acquired by the server also carries the house number information, the server is convenient to confirm the house number information corresponding to the acquired second multimedia data.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, the server further includes a preprocessing process in a process of specifically processing each multimedia data. The preprocessing is used for denoising and desensitizing the first multimedia data or the second multimedia data, so that the obtained data is more beneficial to reducing the data volume of subsequent processing, keeping privacy safety and the like.
In a manner suitable for any of the above embodiments, the server obtains the second multimedia data in real time. For example, the terminal device encodes the acquired second multimedia data in real time, and the streaming media transmission protocol transmits the encoded streaming media data to the server, and the server acquires the encoded streaming media data in real time.
Or, the server acquires a multimedia file containing second multimedia data stored in a terminal device memory in a file form. For example, after a cleaner completes cleaning operation on a hotel room, the cleaner triggers the terminal device to stop obtaining the second multimedia data, at this time, a multimedia file containing the second multimedia data is stored in the terminal device, the terminal device sends the stored multimedia file to a server, and the server obtains the multimedia file stored in a memory of the terminal device. The multimedia file comprises all cleaning operations executed by a cleaner in a hotel room, and further the terminal device supports breakpoint continuous transmission, specifically, when the uploading of the multimedia file is interrupted due to a network fault and other conditions in the transmission process, the terminal device can continue uploading from the interrupted position of the multimedia file instead of uploading from the position of the beginning of the multimedia file, and based on the interruption, the server can obtain the multimedia file from the interrupted position of the multimedia file. For another example, when the second multimedia data includes the cleaning target data, the terminal device may further segment the multimedia file including the second multimedia data into a plurality of cleaning multimedia files according to the cleaning target data, and send the stored plurality of cleaning multimedia files including the second multimedia data to the server, where the server obtains the plurality of cleaning multimedia files stored in the memory of the terminal device.
In order to avoid that a cleaner mistakenly enters a hotel room which does not need to be cleaned or people exist in the room, when the server side obtains at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data, the server side needs to send room state information corresponding to the room number information to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can prompt the cleaner for information related to the room state information according to the room state information; wherein the information related to the room state information includes whether a cleaning person can enter a room to perform a cleaning operation.
For example, when the server acquires the room number information, the room state information of a hotel where a cleaner is located in the server is directly inquired according to the room number information, so that the room state information corresponding to the room number information is obtained, and the room state information is sent to the terminal device. For another example, when the server acquires the first multimedia data, the server identifies the room number information included in the first multimedia data based on the foregoing embodiment, queries the room state information corresponding to the room number information in the server according to the identified room number information, and sends the room state information to the terminal device.
The room status information includes at least one of: the room is returned without cleaning (cleaned), the room is returned without cleaning, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is needed for people in the room, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is needed for no people in the room, the room is not returned without cleaning and cleaning is not needed for no people in the room.
The specific implementation of the terminal device for prompting the information related to the room status information to the cleaner according to the room status information is the same as or similar to that described above, and is not described in detail herein.
The second multimedia data comprises cleaning operation executed by a cleaner when the hotel room is cleaned, specifically, the cleaning operation for cleaning the hotel room is started after the cleaner enters the hotel room, and the cleaning operation is composed of at least one of a cleaning tool and a cleaning posture and the cleaning object. The cleaning object is an object which is required to be cleaned by a cleaner to clean a room, and comprises a cleaning object to be replaced or a cleaning object to be cleaned, wherein the cleaning object to be replaced comprises a bed sheet quilt cover, a towel and the like, and the cleaning object to be cleaned comprises a hand sink, a toilet, a seat, a teacup and the like; the cleaning tool is a tool used by a cleaner for cleaning the cleaning object, and the cleaning tool includes: wiping rags of different cleaning objects, new bed sheets, quilt covers and the like; examples of the cleaning pose are: wiping action, replacement action, etc. The cleaning posture is an action or gesture of the cleaner when cleaning the cleaning object, for example, a wiping action, a washing action, a replacing action, and the like. The second multimedia data is video data, wherein the video data may include only an image stream, or may include both voice data and an image stream.
In some embodiments, the second multimedia data further includes cleaning object data corresponding to a cleaning operation performed by a cleaner when the cleaner cleans a hotel room. Wherein the cleaning object data corresponds to a cleaning operation performed thereby. Specifically, the cleaner speaks a cleaning object corresponding to the cleaning operation executed by the cleaner in the process of cleaning the hotel room, so that the terminal device obtains second multimedia data containing the cleaning object data, and further, the server can obtain the second multimedia data containing the cleaning object data.
The cleaning object data includes: voice data of a cleaning object to be replaced, voice data containing the cleaning object to be cleaned. For example, the cleaning person speaks a voice of a cleaning object including "cup" during the process of wiping the cup with the rag, so that the terminal device acquires the voice data including "cup". For another example, the cleaner speaks voice data containing the "bed sheet" during the process of changing the bed sheet, so that the terminal device acquires the voice data containing the "bed sheet". The terminal device may acquire second multimedia data including cleaning object data based on an input of a cleaner and transmit the data to the server, based on which the server may acquire the second multimedia data including the cleaning object data.
Under the condition that second multimedia data acquired by a server contains cleaning object data, the server can also segment multimedia files containing the second multimedia data into a plurality of cleaning multimedia files according to the cleaning object data, and associate and store the plurality of cleaning multimedia files and the house number information, and further associate and store each multimedia file and the cleaning object; the multimedia file is second multimedia data acquired within a period of time and acquired and stored by the server.
Specifically, the server divides the multimedia file into a plurality of cleaning multimedia files based on a cleaning object and an entry rule of preset cleaning object data. And selecting the time for speaking the cleaning object by the cleaner according to the preset entry rule of the cleaning object data. For example, if the preset entry rule of the cleaning object data is to say a cleaning object corresponding to a cleaning operation before the cleaning operation is performed, the server takes the second multimedia data between the cleaning object "toilet bowl" and the cleaning object "sink" as a cleaning multimedia file corresponding to the "toilet bowl".
In some embodiments, the server further analyzes a cleaning element included in the second multimedia data to output auxiliary cleaning information associated with the cleaning element during execution of the cleaning task. The cleaning elements include a cleaning tool, a cleaning pose, and a cleaning object. For example, when the server identifies a cleaning object containing a cup in the video image, a specification prompt message is generated, such as: please clean the cup with the rag dedicated for the cup. For another example, when the server identifies that the cleaner has used the wrong cleaning tool or the wrong cleaning posture with respect to a cleaning object, an abnormal prompt message is generated, such as: "currently used cleaning tool is out of specification" or "please use the correct tool for cleaning" etc. Based on the above, the server side sends the auxiliary cleaning information associated with the cleaning element to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment outputs and prompts the auxiliary cleaning information to the cleaning staff.
In step S220, the server stores at least one of the acquired room number information and the first multimedia data in association with the second multimedia data, so that the server at least feeds back the second multimedia data to the target order user or the manager of the hotel according to the room number information.
In an embodiment, the server stores the acquired room number information and second multimedia data in a correlated manner, so that the server feeds back at least the second multimedia data to a target order user or a manager of the hotel according to the room number information.
In another embodiment, the server stores the acquired first multimedia data and the acquired second multimedia data in an associated manner, and based on this, the server further needs to identify the stored first multimedia data, and stores the identified room number information and the second multimedia data in an associated manner, so that the server feeds back at least the second multimedia data to the target order user or the supervisor of the hotel according to the room number information.
And the house number information and the second multimedia data are stored in an associated manner, so that the server can inquire the second multimedia data corresponding to the house number information based on the house number information. Wherein the target order user and the supervisory personnel are the same or similar to those described above and will not be described in detail herein.
When a plurality of cleaning multimedia files corresponding to different cleaning objects are stored in the server, the server can also feed back at least one cleaning multimedia file to a target order user or a manager of the hotel according to the room number information.
In an embodiment, the server further obtains login information of the cleaner, and the server performs associated storage on at least one of the obtained room number information and the first multimedia data, the second multimedia data and the login information; wherein the login information includes but is not limited to: cleaner information, hotel information, etc. The cleaner information includes: name of cleaner, serial number of cleaner; the hotel information includes: the name of the hotel, the address of the hotel, the number of the hotel, etc.
Specifically, the terminal device feeds login information selected by a cleaner back to the server, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the terminal device loads the login information obtaining interface and receives a cleaner information list fed back by the server, the cleaner can select corresponding login information by triggering a triangular identifier in a pull-down list, the server can obtain the login information of the cleaner sent by the terminal device, and it should be noted that after the cleaner inputs an account of a hotel and a password of the hotel on the terminal device, the server can determine hotel information associated with the account of the cleaner based on the login of the cleaner. As another example, as shown in fig. 4, after the cleaner inputs an account number of a merchant and a password of the merchant on the terminal device, the terminal device loads the login information obtaining interface and receives the cleaner information list and the hotel information list fed back by the server, the cleaner can select the login information or the hotel information of the cleaner by triggering a triangular identifier in the pull-down list, although the illustrated interface displays a name of the cleaner and a name of the hotel for the cleaner to input the cleaner information and the hotel information, the method is not limited to this, and the server can obtain the login information or the hotel information sent by the terminal device.
According to the multimedia data processing method, at least one of room number information and first multimedia data and second multimedia data are stored in an associated mode, so that a server side can at least feed back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a manager of a hotel according to the room number information. Based on this, the server side can at least feed back the second multimedia data of the corresponding hotel room to the target order user or the supervisor according to the room number information, so that the target order user or the supervisor can know the real sanitary and clean condition of the hotel room, and further, the second multimedia data can be obtained and stored to play a role in supervising the sanitary operation of the hotel cleaner.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a multimedia data processing system according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in the figure, the multimedia data acquiring system 40 includes a multimedia data acquiring module 400 and a multimedia data storing module 401. The multimedia data acquiring module 400 is configured to acquire at least one of room number information and first multimedia data, and second multimedia data; the first multimedia data comprises room number information, the second multimedia data comprises cleaning operation performed by a cleaner in cleaning hotel rooms, and the second multimedia data is associated with the room number information contained in the first multimedia data; the multimedia data storage module 401 is configured to perform associated storage on at least one of the acquired room number information and the first multimedia data and second multimedia data, so that the server at least feeds back the second multimedia data to a target order user or a manager of the hotel according to the room number information.
The multimedia data acquiring module 400 and the multimedia data storing module 401 in the multimedia data processing system 40 cooperatively perform the steps S210 to S220 according to the functions of the units described above, which is not described herein again.
The multimedia data processing system 40 of the present application stores the room number information and at least one of the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data in an associated manner, so that the server side can at least feed back the second multimedia data to the target order user or manager of the hotel according to the room number information. Based on this, the server side can at least feed back the second multimedia data of the corresponding hotel room to the target order user or the supervisor according to the room number information, so that the target order user or the supervisor can know the real sanitary and clean condition of the hotel room, and further, the second multimedia data can be obtained and stored to play a role in supervising the sanitary operation of the hotel cleaner.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the hotel management system of the present application in an embodiment, and as shown in the drawing, the hotel management system includes the terminal device 10 shown in fig. 1, and the server 30 shown in fig. 6 communicatively connected to the terminal device 10.
The present application also provides a computer-readable and writable storage medium, which stores a computer program, when executed, implements the above-mentioned obtaining method, and in an embodiment, when executed, implements at least one embodiment described in fig. 2 above.
The present application further provides a computer-readable and writable storage medium, which stores a computer program, when executed, implements the above-mentioned processing method, and in an embodiment, implements at least one embodiment described in fig. 7 above when executed.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiments provided herein, the computer-readable and writable storage medium may include read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a USB flash drive, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. Also, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. For example, if the instructions are transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave, then the coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, DSL, or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave are included in the definition of medium. It should be understood, however, that computer-readable-writable storage media and data storage media do not include connections, carrier waves, signals, or other transitory media, but are intended to be non-transitory, tangible storage media. Disk and disc, as used in this application, includes Compact Disc (CD), laser disc, optical disc, Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), floppy disk and blu-ray disc where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while discs reproduce data optically with lasers.
In one or more exemplary aspects, the functions described in the computer program of the methods described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable storage medium. The steps of a method or algorithm disclosed herein may be embodied in a processor-executable software module, which may be located on a tangible, non-transitory computer-readable and/or writable storage medium. Tangible, non-transitory computer readable and writable storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a computer.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures described above of the present application illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). Claims (24)

1. A method for acquiring multimedia data, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring first multimedia data containing room number information;
acquiring second multimedia data containing cleaning operations performed when cleaning hotel rooms; wherein the second multimedia data is associated with room number information contained in the first multimedia data;
and sending the second multimedia data and at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data to a server side so that the server side can at least forward the second multimedia data according to the room number information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the first multimedia data containing the room number information comprises: and when the first trigger operation is detected, acquiring first multimedia data containing room number information.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring the first multimedia data containing the room number information when the first trigger operation is detected further comprises: prompting to input room number information of a hotel room; the method for prompting to input the room number information of the hotel room comprises at least one of the following steps: prompting in an audio mode, prompting in a vibration mode and prompting in a display mode.
4. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 1, further comprising: a step of verifying the house number information contained in the first multimedia data; wherein the verification mode comprises: verifying the correctness of the house number information and/or verifying the authenticity of the house number information.
5. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring room state information corresponding to the room number information from the server;
and prompting information related to the room state information according to the room state information.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring the second multimedia data comprises:
acquiring the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data based on the first trigger operation; or
And when a second trigger operation of the cleaner is detected, acquiring the second multimedia data.
7. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 2, wherein the first trigger operation comprises: the trigger operation executed to the hotel room equipment or the trigger operation executed to a terminal equipment.
8. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 1, wherein the second multimedia data further contains cleaning object data inputted when a hotel room is cleaned; wherein the cleaning object data corresponds to a cleaning operation performed thereby.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the cleaning object data includes at least one of: voice data containing a cleaning object to be replaced, voice data containing a cleaning object to be cleaned.
10. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 1, further comprising the step of acquiring login information and sending the login information to the server.
11. The method for acquiring multimedia data according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the second multimedia data to the server comprises: sending the second multimedia data to the server in real time; or sending the second multimedia data stored in the terminal equipment to the server.
12. A system for acquiring multimedia data, comprising:
the first multimedia data acquisition module is used for acquiring first multimedia data containing room number information;
the second multimedia data acquisition module is used for acquiring second multimedia data containing cleaning operation executed when the hotel room is cleaned; wherein the second multimedia data is associated with room number information contained in the first multimedia data;
and the multimedia data sending module is used for sending the second multimedia data and at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data to a server so that the server at least forwards the second multimedia data according to the room number information.
13. A terminal device, comprising:
the camera device is used for at least acquiring second multimedia data;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
at least one processor, connected to the at least one memory, for executing and implementing the method for acquiring multimedia data according to any one of claims 1 to 11 when running the at least one program.
14. A method for processing multimedia data, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring at least one of room number information and first multimedia data, and second multimedia data; the first multimedia data comprises room number information, the second multimedia data comprises cleaning operation performed when a hotel room is cleaned, and the second multimedia data is associated with the room number information contained in the first multimedia data;
and performing correlation storage on at least one of the acquired room number information and the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data so that the server side can at least forward the second multimedia data according to the room number information.
15. The method for processing multimedia data according to claim 14, wherein when at least one of the room number information and the first multimedia data is acquired, the method further comprises:
and sending the room state information corresponding to the room number information to a terminal device, so that the terminal device can prompt information related to the room state information to a cleaner.
16. The method for processing multimedia data according to claim 14, wherein the step of acquiring the second multimedia data comprises: and acquiring the second multimedia data in real time or acquiring the second multimedia data stored in the terminal equipment.
17. The method of claim 14, wherein the second multimedia data further comprises cleaning object data corresponding to a cleaning operation performed by the second multimedia data, the cleaning object data being input when a hotel room is cleaned.
18. The method for processing multimedia data according to claim 17, wherein the cleaning object data includes at least one of: voice data containing a cleaning object to be replaced, voice data containing a cleaning object to be cleaned.
19. The method for processing multimedia data according to claim 17, further comprising:
and segmenting the multimedia file containing the second multimedia data into a plurality of clean multimedia files according to the clean object data, and storing the plurality of clean multimedia files in association with the room number information.
20. The method for processing multimedia data according to claim 14, further comprising:
acquiring login information;
and performing associated storage on the acquired room number information, one of the first multimedia data, the second multimedia data and the login information.
21. A system for processing multimedia data, comprising:
the multimedia data acquisition module is used for acquiring at least one of room number information and first multimedia data and second multimedia data; the first multimedia data comprises room number information, the second multimedia data comprises cleaning operation performed when a hotel room is cleaned, and the second multimedia data is associated with the room number information contained in the first multimedia data;
and the multimedia data storage module is used for performing associated storage on at least one of the acquired room number information and the first multimedia data and the second multimedia data so that the server side can at least forward the second multimedia data according to the room number information.
22. A server, comprising:
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
at least one processor, coupled to the memory, for executing and implementing the method of processing multimedia data according to any of claims 14 to 20 when running the at least one program.
23. A hospitality management system, comprising:
the terminal device of claim 13;
the server according to claim 22, communicatively connected to the terminal device.
24. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that at least one program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, executes and implements the method of acquiring multimedia data according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the method of processing multimedia data according to any one of claims 14 to 20.
