The luggage rack mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover plate is a bent plate, and comprises a vertical plate fixedly connected with the luggage rack and an arc-shaped plate connected with the vertical plate, and the top surface of the arc-shaped plate forms the bottom wall of the air duct.
3. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein a vent hole is provided through a thickness of the arc-shaped plate corresponding to the air passage.
4. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the vertical plate is provided with a rubber bumper strip on a side surface facing away from the mounting bracket, and the rubber bumper strip is used for isolating the luggage from the upper cover plate.
5. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein an electronic device is provided on the lower cover plate.
6. The rack mounting structure of claim 5, wherein the electronic device comprises at least one of a camera, a speaker, a fire probe, or a WIFI antenna.
7. The roof rack mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the roof rack comprises a plurality of end plates, a front edge profile, a rear edge profile, and a grill;
the end plates are arranged in parallel at intervals, and one ends of the end plates are fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket;
the front edge section bar and the rear edge section bar are fixedly connected between two adjacent end plates, and the rear edge section bar and the front edge section bar are oppositely arranged in parallel;
the grid is fixedly installed between the front edge section bar and the rear edge section bar and used for placing luggage.

The roof rack mounting structure of claim 7, wherein the roof rack further comprises a front socket grid rack fixedly mounted to a side of the front edge profile facing the rear edge profile and a rear socket grid rack fixedly mounted to a side of the rear edge profile facing the front edge profile;
one end of the grid is fixedly arranged on the front pipe sleeve grid frame, and the other end of the grid is fixedly arranged on the rear pipe sleeve grid frame.
9. The roof rack mounting structure of claim 8, wherein the front pipe-in-grid bracket is fixedly inserted into the front edge profile and the rear pipe-in-grid bracket is fixedly inserted into the rear edge profile.
10. The roof rack mounting structure of claim 8, wherein said front and rear pipe-in-grid frames are each made of high density polyvinyl chloride.
11. The roof rack mounting structure of claim 7, wherein the grille comprises a plurality of tubes arranged at intervals.
12. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 11, wherein the diameter of the tube is 10mm to 15 mm; and along the arrangement direction of the pipes, the distance between every two adjacent pipes is 40-80 mm.
13. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 12, wherein the tubing has a diameter of 12.7 mm; the distance between the adjacent pipes is 60 mm.
14. The roof rack mounting structure according to claim 11, wherein the tube, the leading edge profile, the trailing edge profile, and the end plate are made of aluminum or stainless steel material, and the surface is subjected to a wire oxidation treatment.
15. The luggage rack mounting structure of claim 7, wherein one end of the lower cover plate is rotatably connected to the back edge profile by a hinge profile.
16. The roof rack mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the upper cover plate is a glass steel plate;
the inclination angle of the luggage rack is 7 degrees, and the luggage rack is used for preventing luggage placed on the luggage rack from falling off.
17. A rail vehicle, characterized by comprising a roof rack mounting structure according to any one of claims 1-16.
