本发明属于日化领域。一种毛发定型粉剂,包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物5‑50%、粉体流变剂40‑85%、保湿剂1‑5%、碱性中和剂1‑5%、防腐剂0.1‑0.4%。本发明毛发定型粉剂具有良好的毛发定型作用,定型效果稳定持久,保湿滋润不干涩,清爽不粘腻,温和不刺激;不含溶剂便于包装运输,可降低运输成本、减少包装的过度消耗。

一种毛发定型粉剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,涉及一种毛发定型粉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的发用定型剂主要有三大类,第一类是喷雾型产品(包括摩丝):主要原料为有机溶剂例如乙醇,加上丙烯酸树脂、高聚物成膜剂,以喷雾形式对头发起强定型作用;有机溶剂对发色有侵蚀,干后成膜剂容易破碎起白屑且耐湿性不强,摩丝同样存在上述问题,同时还因推进剂的压缩,使其对包装、运输和保存环境的有更高要求,属于危险品,包装运输成本高。第二类是水溶凝胶型产品,以啫喱水或啫喱膏为主,是选用具有薄切变流性的原料制成一种稠厚的透明胶体,体系水分含量较高,涂抹过程容易产生粘腻感,成膜后易起白屑,并且此类产品对手动泵嘴的选择有一定的限制,包装成本高。第三类是发蜡、发泥,此类产品因为蜡基原料和配方中含膨润土或者高岭土等填充类粉料较多,定型效果强,但延展性较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种毛发定型粉剂,该定型粉剂具有良好的毛发定型作用,定型效果稳定持久,保湿滋润不干涩,清爽不粘腻,温和不刺激;不含溶剂便于包装运输,可降低运输成本、减少包装的过度消耗。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种毛发定型粉剂,包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物5-50%、粉体流变剂40-85%、保湿剂1-5%、碱性中和剂1-5%、防腐剂0.1-0.4%。
进一步的,还包括质量占比不大于1.5%的色素和/或植物定型成膜剂。
进一步的,所述的植物定型成膜剂为阿拉伯树胶。
进一步的,所述粉体流变剂为淀粉、滑石粉、硅石中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述保湿剂为甜菜碱、海藻糖中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述碱性中和剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
一种所述的毛发定型粉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物与碱性中和剂混合,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌5-6min,再加入防腐剂、保湿剂、粉体流变剂、色素和植物定型成膜剂,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌10-12min,过筛后即得所述毛发定型粉剂。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用的辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物的骨架上同时具有羧酸和胺基官能团,配合碱性中和剂,中和后羧酸基团变为高阴离子性,干燥过程中阴离子基团与胺基通过离子交联和氢键结合,形成一个三维矩阵,这种聚合物矩阵结构类似于超大分子量的聚合物,具有卓越的抗潮湿性、溶解性和粘附性,赋予了定型粉剂良好的定型作用,定型效果自然持久。选用的抗疏水性粉体流变剂可有效阻隔水分,避免聚合物受潮发粘,确保了定型效果的稳定持久,清爽不粘腻。选用的保湿剂来源于天然植物,利于毛发吸收,提高组合物对毛发滋润保湿效果,保湿滋润不干涩。选用的植物定型成膜剂可在毛发的表层附着成膜,进一步提高定型效果的稳定性和持久性。选用的防腐剂更为安全,定型粉剂中的多种天然成分可有效降低产品的刺激性,温和不刺激。本发明毛发定型粉剂无溶剂,包装运输成本低,制备方法简单易操作。

一种所述的毛发定型粉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物与碱性中和剂混合,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌5-6min,再加入防腐剂、保湿剂、粉体流变剂、色素和植物定型成膜剂,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌10-12min,过筛后即得所述毛发定型粉剂。
测试本发明本发明毛发定型粉剂3个实施例和4个对比例的各项性能:
1.取7束等长的直发发束,用清水打湿后晾至半干,测量各发束长度a;分别取等质量的样品均匀涂布于发束上,用相同方法将发束定型为卷发,测量各发束长度b;将发束静置于温度24±1℃、湿度50±5RH%的条件下,5小时后再次测量发束长度c,按公式计算定型保持率:定型保持率(%)=(a-c)/(a-b)×100%,期间测试发束定型持续时间;
2.选取70名头发无烫染的受试者,随机分为7组,分别使用等质量样品,用相同方法对各组受试者进行头发定型,使用水接触较测量仪测试定型后头发的水接触角,并对使用者体验进行评估;
测试结果见下表:

可见,本发明定型效果稳定持久,滋润度高,清爽感好。
本发明毛发定型粉剂具有良好的毛发定型作用,定型效果稳定持久,保湿滋润不干涩,清爽不粘腻,温和不刺激;不含溶剂便于包装运输,可降低运输成本、减少包装的过度消耗。

Claims (8)

1.一种毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物5-50%、粉体流变剂40-85%、保湿剂1-5%、碱性中和剂1-5%、防腐剂0.1-0.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,还包括质量占比不大于1.5%的色素和/或植物定型成膜剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,所述的植物定型成膜剂为阿拉伯树胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,所述粉体流变剂为淀粉、滑石粉、硅石中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甜菜碱、海藻糖中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,所述碱性中和剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的毛发定型粉剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
8.一种权利要求2所述的毛发定型粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物与碱性中和剂混合,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌5-6min,再加入防腐剂、保湿剂、粉体流变剂、色素和植物定型成膜剂,在500-700r/min的条件下高速搅拌10-12min,过筛后即得所述毛发定型粉剂。
