Abstract

The invention provides a health food for improving diabetes and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a health food mainly prepared from extracts of undaria pinnatifida, eucheuma, bitter gourd, wolfberry fruit, purslane, pumpkin seed, mulberry, fructus cannabis, mussel, hippocampus, mint, elsholtzia, Japanese ardisia herb, schisandra chinensis, torsemilia japonica, honeysuckle, cynomorium songaricum, epimedium, gardenia root, cynanchum paniculatum, melastoma dodecandrum, fennel root, uncinata spikemoss herb, pipewort flower, divaricate saposhnikovia root, fibraurea recina, amomum cardamomum, piper cubeba, rhubarb, fructus kochiae, hops, cortex lycii radicis, white lotus, rosin and calcined gypsum. The functional food provided by the invention is prepared by compounding effective extracts of medicinal and edible materials from sea sources and land sources. Pharmacodynamics verifies that the functional food can obviously reduce fasting blood glucose value of diabetes, prevent and assist in treating diabetes, and can be prepared into capsules, granules, tablets, pills or solutions.

Description

Health food for improving diabetes and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health products, in particular to a health food for improving diabetes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia due to a defect in insulin secretion, and is a chronic, lifelong metabolic disease. Chronic hyperglycemia accompanying diabetes causes long-term damage to tissues and organs of a human body, particularly eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart, cardiovascular and other tissues, and causes dysfunction. At present, the medicines for treating diabetes have adverse reactions, and the prevention and treatment effects on diabetic complications are not ideal.
With the rise of marine drugs, the research on seaweed active substances has become a hot point of research at home and abroad, and particularly, seaweed polysaccharide is rich in content, has various physiological activities, and has remarkable effects and advantages in the aspects of controlling blood sugar and the development of chronic complications as a natural high molecular compound. The seaweed such as Undaria pinnatifida and Eucheuma muricatum has blood sugar lowering activity, and can effectively regulate insulin content and sensitivity.
Many medicinal and edible foods, such as balsam pear and medlar, have the function of reducing blood sugar. The crude extract of Momordica charantia contains insulin-like substances, and has obvious effect of lowering blood sugar. The fructus Lycii extract contains guanidine derivatives, and also has blood sugar lowering effect.
The compounding of the functional components in the sea-source and land-source food can generate synergy and/or synergism, reduce the dosage and even derive new effects, and further improve the quality of the food. According to the invention, the seaweed from sea sources such as undaria pinnatifida, eucheuma and the like are compounded with the bitter gourd, the wolfberry, the purslane, the pumpkin seed and the like which are homologous to land sources in medicine and food, so that the effects are complemented, the blood sugar reducing effect is synergized, the flavors are mutually masked, optimized and enhanced, the using amount and the cost are reduced, the composite product is more economical and effective, the processing technological properties of various aspects of the health care product can be met, and the composite product can be used in a wider range.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a health food for improving diabetes and a preparation method thereof. The health food mainly comprises extracts of undaria pinnatifida, eucheuma, bitter gourd, wolfberry, purslane, pumpkin seeds, mulberries, fructus cannabis, mussel flowers, hippocampus, mint, elsholtzia, Japanese ardisia herb, schisandra chinensis, Jasminum Ampelopsis, honeysuckle, cynomorium songaricum, epimedium, gardenia roots, cynanchum paniculatum, melastoma dodecandrum, fennel roots, uncinata spikemoss herbs, pipewort, divaricate saposhnikovia roots, fibraurea recisappan stems, cardamom, piper cubeba, rheum officinale, fructus kochiae, hops, cortex lycii radicis, white lotus, rosin and calcined gypsum. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a compound for assisting in treating diabetes by marine and terrestrial compound with good curative effect, which can be applied to health-care food or functional food.

Experimental example 4: blood sugar reduction test of tetraoxypyrimidine hyperglycemic model mouse
A hyperglycemic model was established with healthy adult male ICR mice. Before modeling, 30 mice are randomly taken and fasted for 3h to measure the blood sugar, and the blood sugar is used as the basic blood sugar. After 24h (free drinking) of mice is fasted, injecting 75mg/kg alloxan into tail vein, after 5 days, fasting for 3h, screening 90 mice with blood sugar value more than 10mmol/L, randomly dividing the mice into 1 positive drug control group, 1 hyperglycemia model control group and 1 functional food group according to blood sugar level, wherein each group comprises 30 mice, the functional food group is given 150mg/kg test object, the positive drug control group is given metformin, the hyperglycemia model control group is given distilled water, continuously gavage for 28 days, measuring fasting blood sugar value (before fasting and test), comparing the blood sugar value of each group of animals, and observing the influence of the compound on the fasting blood sugar of the alloxan hyperglycemia model mice.
TABLE 1 Effect of the functional foods of the present invention on fasting plasma glucose in hyperglycemia model mice
Figure 418225DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
The functional food of the invention has the following effects on fasting plasma glucose of a alloxan hyperglycemic model mouse: the fasting blood glucose of 30 animals measured before molding is 5.5 +/-1.1 mmol/L, and as can be seen from table 1, the fasting blood glucose of each group of animals after molding is obviously increased, and the difference is significant (P is less than 0.01) compared with that before molding, which indicates that the model is established. After 150mg/kg of the functional food is given for 28 days, the fasting blood glucose of mice in the functional food group is obviously lower than that of mice in the model group (P is less than 0.01), which shows that the functional food has the function of reducing the fasting blood glucose of the mice in the alloxan hyperglycemic model.
Example 5
Han Yi, female, 68 years old, type II diabetes mellitus for more than 20 years. Metformin is administered orally to control blood sugar. With regular metformin administration, fasting plasma glucose averaged 9.2 mmoles/l. After taking the health food of the invention for two weeks, the patients consciously improve the symptoms, and have 7.2 millimoles/liter of fasting blood sugar. After the metformin is stopped taking, the fasting blood sugar is 5.7 millimoles/liter after the health food of the invention is continuously taken for one month. The functional food has obvious effect on reducing blood sugar.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in accordance with the claims of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
