Abstract

本发明提供了一种智能终端的闹钟的响铃方法及响铃系统,响铃方法包括:将智能终端佩戴于一当前用户的身体的平面位置上;于一预设闹钟时间点的区间范围内,启动智能终端中的闹钟响铃程序;判断当前用户的当前睡眠状态;若为深度睡眠,控制闹钟立即发出响铃铃声,并逐渐增加响铃铃声的响度值;若为浅度睡眠,控制闹钟于预设闹钟时间点发出响铃铃声。响铃系统包括:启动模块,判断模块和控制模块。本发明利用智能终端中的加速度检测器和麦克风装置或与智能终端连接的穿戴设备结合用户的翻身状况、鼾声的响度对用户处于深度睡眠或浅度睡眠作判断,并根据不同的睡眠状态,采用不同的闹铃方式,以实现避免对用户身体造成不良反应的响铃提醒。
