the top of the knitted inner layer 3 positioned at the top surface of the woven net layer 2 is sewed with a ramie yarn surface layer 4, the top of the ramie yarn surface layer 4 is sewed with a flexible cotton layer 5 through needles and threads, cashmere yarns 6 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the flexible cotton layer 5, and the joint of the cashmere yarns 6 is sewed and connected with the flexible cotton layer 5 through nylon yarns, so that the cashmere yarns 6 are conveniently sewed and connected.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: in the water washing process flow, the floating color on the surface of the fabric is washed by the water washing tank, the floating color on the surface of the fabric is removed by the soaping tank after one time of water washing, the floating color washing and removing effects of the fabric are improved, meanwhile, the fabric is subjected to secondary water washing treatment after soaping, so that the floating color washing effect of the fabric is further improved, and meanwhile, in the water washing and soaping processes, the hardness of the fabric is effectively reduced, the softness and comfort are improved, and normal wearing and skin sticking are ensured by using the efficient bathing agent and the soaping agent in a matched manner;
in addition, in the steps of washing, removing floating color and soaping, and washing, the first spray head, the second spray head and the third spray head are arranged to uniformly apply the efficient bath agent, the soaping agent and the washing water to the surface of the fabric respectively, so that the auxiliary agent can be uniformly applied to the surface of the fabric, the actual effect of the auxiliary agent in the washing and soaping processes is further improved, and the effect of removing the floating color of the fabric is further improved;
after the water washing process is finished, the waste water generated in the water washing process is discharged in time through the water washing tank, the soaping tank and the water drainage pipeline arranged at the bottom of the water washing tank so as to avoid the influence of dyes accumulated in the waste water on the water washing quality;
the fabric manufactured by the water washing process is washed by two times of water washing and one time of soaping, so that the hardness of the fabric is reduced, the surface of the fabric is softer, in addition, the internal part of the fabric can have higher air permeability and water permeability by combining the woven mesh layer, the knitted inner layer and the linen yarn surface layer of the fabric, so that the internal floating color of the fabric can be quickly and thoroughly removed in the water washing process, in addition, in the water washing process, the internal part of the fabric has higher structural strength by the interweaving structure of the woven mesh layer, and the fabric is ensured not to generate deformation and wrinkles in the water washing process;
finally, the fabric is washed by the washing process, and the silk bottom layer, the flexible cotton layer and the cashmere yarns in the fabric are combined, so that the fabric has higher fitting property and softness after being subsequently made into clothes, and a wearer has higher comfort when wearing the clothes made of the fabric.

s1, preprocessing;
s2, washing the floating color;
s3, removing floating color;
and S4, washing with water after soaping.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the bleaching step comprises: in the step S1, the preliminary treatment is to roll the water in the fabric by a padder, and after the water in the fabric is rolled, the fabric is flattened by a fabric arranging machine;
in the step S2, the floating color cleaning includes the following steps:
A. guiding and feeding the cloth;
B. spraying a bath agent;
C. draining water by a roller;
D. treating wastewater;
in the step A, the cloth is guided into the washing tank, and the cloth is guided through the cloth guiding roller and the conveying roller, in the step B, the bath agent is sprayed by arranging first spray heads at equal angles on the peripheral side of the conveying roller in the cloth guiding and conveying process, and the high-efficiency bath agent is uniformly sprayed on the outer side of the cloth through the first spray heads, in the step C, roller draining refers to squeezing and draining the cloth through a plurality of draining rollers after the cloth and the bath agent are washed, and in the step D, drained waste water is discharged through a drainage channel after the water is drained.

The process of claim 2, wherein the water washing process comprises: the high-efficiency bath agent is prepared by stirring and mixing carbamide peroxide, sodium phosphate, sodium disilicate and solid sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, wherein the proportion of the carbamide peroxide, the sodium phosphate, the sodium disilicate and the solid sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is 8: 6: 5: 1.
