According to the invention, the acrylic emulsion and the VAE emulsion are compounded to be used as main components of the coating, and the drying agent, the modified attapulgite and the mesoporous silica are added into the coating, so that harmful components and moisture in a room can be fully adsorbed, and the effect of regulating the indoor humidity is achieved. Secondly, the acrylic emulsion and the VAE emulsion can be quickly cured under the action of the residual heat of the honeycomb structural plate, and the decorative cloth can be tightly stuck and covered on the surface of the honeycomb structural plate, so that the operation time is shortened, and the economic benefit is improved.
Preferably, the coating is made of: 100-120 parts of acrylic emulsion, 60-75 parts of VAE emulsion, 8-12 parts of drying agent, 10-15 parts of modified attapulgite, 5-8 parts of mesoporous silica, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3-8 parts of cross-linking agent and 0-5 parts of auxiliary agent.

(2) uniformly mixing PVC and bamboo-wood fibers, putting the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion to obtain the honeycomb structure plate, wherein the melt extrusion process comprises the following steps: the extrusion temperature is 180-200 ℃, the screw rotating speed is 350-400 r/min, and the vacuum degree is-0.06-0.08 MPa;
(3) and (3) spraying the coating emulsion obtained in the step (1) on the honeycomb structural plate obtained in the step (2), drying the coating under the action of heat, and then covering decorative cloth to obtain the humidity-adjustable wall decoration composite plate.

(1) uniformly mixing acrylic emulsion, VAE emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol, drying agent, modified attapulgite, mesoporous silica, cross-linking agent and auxiliary agent to obtain coating emulsion;
(2) uniformly mixing PVC and bamboo-wood fibers, putting the mixture into a double-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion to obtain the honeycomb structure plate, wherein the melt extrusion process comprises the following steps: the extrusion temperature is 180-200 ℃, the screw rotating speed is 350-400 r/min, and the vacuum degree is-0.06-0.08 MPa;
