respectively crushing the seeds of all colors, putting the crushed seeds into a glaze grinding machine, adding water, grinding, and sieving by a 230-270-mesh sieve to obtain crystal color pigment (raw material powder); and mixing the peach gum and water in a ratio of 1: (8-10) preparing a peach gum aqueous solution according to the mass ratio, and blending the crystal color pigment into a cream shape which is not easy to flow according to the composition requirement to obtain the peach gum aqueous solution blended crystal color pigment;
more preferably:
respectively crushing the seeds of all colors, putting the crushed seeds into a glaze grinding machine, adding water, grinding, and sieving by a 250-mesh sieve to obtain a crystal color pigment (raw material powder); and mixing the peach gum and water in a ratio of 1: 9, preparing a peach gum aqueous solution, and blending the crystal color pigment into a cream shape which is not easy to flow according to the composition requirement to obtain the crystal color pigment blended by the peach gum aqueous solution.
In the invention, the seed material preferably comprises one or more of crystal seed material, colored glaze seed material, agate seed material and other mineral gem seed material, and more preferably is crystal seed material. The source of the seed material is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned crystal seed material, vitreous seed material, agate seed material and other mineral gem seed materials known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the colors of the various color seeds include, but are not limited to, red, yellow, blue, green, and violet. Compared with the traditional ceramic art colored drawing pigment, the crystal color pigment adopted by the invention is a common mineral pigment without adding various metal components; the raw materials selected by the invention for preparing the crystal color pigment are all applied in the field of ceramic art colored drawing pigments for the first time.
In the invention, the crystal color pigment can also be mixed with peach gum powder as a binder according to the mass ratio of 95: (4-6) (preferably 95: 5), and adding purified water to dilute the mixture into a cream shape which is not easy to flow so as to obtain the crystal color pigment blended by the peach gum aqueous solution, wherein the crystal color pigment can be used as crystal stacked color painting.
In the invention, the processes of filling the color painting and the subsequent baking/oil spraying firing can be repeated for a plurality of times, thereby further improving the effect of the crystal color stacking.
The sources of the overglaze coloring pigment, the underglaze color drawing preparation agent, the peach gum and the low-temperature transparent oil used in the above steps are not particularly limited, and commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used.
The invention uses basement membrane molding paste to draw and shape the surface of a blank of a ceramic vessel by a bas-relief process according to creation composition, and then the blank is fired in a kiln to be cured and molded; then preparing overglaze color pigment, drawing the bottom and painting on the fired and molded bas-relief basement membrane, and baking in a kiln; finally, blending crystal materials with red, yellow, blue, green, purple and the like with peach gum aqueous solution on the surface layer of the picture after baking color to fill color and accumulate color, and then putting the picture into a kiln to bake color again to obtain a finished product of the crystal color-stacking process (the color can be filled and baked for many times according to the process requirement); further limiting the firing temperature of the base film after molding the base film molding paste to be 830-870 ℃ for 6-9 h, the color baking temperature on the glaze to be 700-750 ℃ for 5-6 h, the color baking temperature after filling the crystal pigment to be 700-730 ℃ for 6-7 h; on the basis, the base film molding paste can be solidified and is not easy to melt, so that the under-painted colored drawing after the over-glaze colored decoration is kept stable, and the crystal color pigment and the over-glaze colored drawing are fully fused.
The crystal color-superposed painting method provided by the invention adopts the ceramic base film molding paste, can realize crystal color-superposed painting on a ceramic vessel and firing imaging to obtain a color-painted work with a three-dimensional concave-convex bas-relief integral image, and can enable a finished product picture to present clear, bright and translucent visual effects because overglaze color and color crystal pigment are used for gradation iridescence and temperature-graded baking color; in addition, the crystal color-superposed painting method can paint and burn three-dimensional, colorful and light-rhyme unique artistic structure paintings on fine black pottery, artistic colored porcelain, purple sand and other high-grade appliances.
In conclusion, the crystal color-stacking drawing method provided by the invention adopts the three-dimensional modeling of the base film modeling paste and the color-stacking manufacture of the crystal color-stacking, and the product obtained by combining the crystal color-stacking drawing method with the existing ceramic glaze coloring decoration technique has the advantages of stable color deposition, bright and bright color and three-dimensional and clear picture layers; meanwhile, the base film molding paste is added with silver powder, pearl powder and other components, and colored crystal pigment is used for filling, so that the drawn crystal color-superposed works have visual effects of intrinsic color and luster, transparent crystals and unique halation; in addition, because the basement membrane is colored and colored for a plurality of times after being molded, and is baked for a plurality of times for molding, the three-dimensional and bright crystal color-superposed works can be drawn and fired on the dark background of various artistic ceramic materials and ware blanks, and the method is a novel method of ceramic color drawing art.
The invention provides a ceramic basement membrane molding paste, a preparation method thereof and a crystal stack color drawing method; the ceramic basement membrane molding paste is prepared by mixing raw material powder, silver powder and pearl powder and blending with purified water; the raw material mixed powder comprises the following components: 38-42 parts by weight of quartz; 18-22 parts by weight of sodium carbonate; 13-17 parts by weight of titanium oxide; 8-12 parts by weight of tin oxide; 3-7 parts by weight of zinc oxide; 8 to 12 parts of porcelain clay. Compared with the prior art, the ceramic basement membrane molding paste provided by the invention can realize crystal color-superposition drawing and firing imaging on a ceramic vessel to obtain a colored drawing work, and the finished product has concave-convex image layer, three-dimensional and beautiful color, crystal clear color, classic crystal texture and luster, and greatly improves the artistic appreciation and commercial value of the ceramic vessel.
In addition, the ceramic basement membrane molding paste provided by the invention has strong coverage, not only can be applied to common ceramic utensils to create and burn ceramic colored drawing works, but also can be applied to dark-colored utensils such as black pottery, purple sand, various artistic colored porcelains and the like to draw and burn three-dimensional charm and glittering and translucent colored drawings, and has unique crystal refraction visual effect on the images.
To further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided for illustration.
Examples
(1) The raw material powder mixing formula of the ceramic basement membrane molding paste is as follows: 40 wt% of quartz, 20 wt% of sodium carbonate, 15 wt% of titanium oxide, 10 wt% of tin oxide, 5 wt% of zinc oxide and 10 wt% of porcelain clay; fully mixing the raw materials, grinding, putting the mixture into a crucible, calcining and condensing at 1200 ℃, grinding, and sieving with a 250-mesh sieve to obtain the raw material mixed powder.
(2) Adding 10 wt% of silver powder and 5 wt% of pearl powder into the raw material mixed powder obtained in the step (1), blending into a non-flowing cream shape by using purified water, and fully stirring to obtain the ceramic basement membrane molding paste.
Application examples
Firstly, dipping white cloth into the raw material mixed powder obtained in the step (1) of the embodiment, wiping the surface of a ceramic vessel (purple sand tea set) clean, then dipping a ceramic basement membrane molding paste provided by the embodiment into a drawing pen, drawing mountain rocks, houses, sailing boats and pavilions by a stacking technique, drawing tree flowering branches by a point color method, and after the tree flowering branches are slightly dried, carrying out wiping and scraping decoration by a bamboo pen to enhance the relief effect of the composition; drying, and firing at 850 ℃ in a kiln for 7-8 h for curing; then drawing on the fired and solidified bas-relief base picture by an enamel color drawing method, drawing lines and making light and shade drafts, then carrying out color accumulation on scenes such as mountain rocks, sailing boats, houses, pavilions and the like, drawing a color picture, and then baking and decorating in a kiln at 700-750 ℃ for 5-6 h; finally, with 1: preparing peach glue solution according to a mass ratio of 9, blending crystal color pigment, performing color filling painting on tree flower branches and the like on the fired on-glaze color picture, drying in the air, and then putting into a kiln to bake color for 6-7 h at 700-730 ℃ (color filling painting and baking color for many times as required) to obtain the ceramic crystal stacked color work.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram of a "spring look sanxiang" crystal color-overlapped picture formed on a purple sand tea set by using the ceramic basement membrane modeling paste provided by the embodiment of the invention; the color-baked formed picture has the visual effect of colorful bas-relief with the relief and crystal luster.

Claims (10)

1. A ceramic basement membrane molding paste is prepared by mixing raw materials of powder, silver powder and pearl powder, and blending with purified water;
the raw material mixed powder comprises the following components:
38-42 parts by weight of quartz;
18-22 parts by weight of sodium carbonate;
13-17 parts by weight of titanium oxide;
8-12 parts by weight of tin oxide;
3-7 parts by weight of zinc oxide;
8 to 12 parts of porcelain clay.
2. The molding paste of ceramic basement membrane according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the raw material mixed powder, the silver powder and the pearl powder is 100: (8-12): (3-7).
3. A method for preparing the ceramic base film molding paste according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
a) mixing quartz, sodium carbonate, titanium oxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide and porcelain clay, calcining, grinding and sieving to obtain raw material mixed powder;
b) adding silver powder and pearl powder into the raw material mixed powder obtained in the step a), and blending and stirring with purified water to obtain the ceramic basement membrane molding paste.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the temperature of the calcination in step a) is 1150 ℃ to 1250 ℃.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the size of the mesh of the fine screen in step a) is 230 to 270 mesh.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the degree of tempering in step b) is a non-sagging cream-like state.
7. A crystal color-on-color drawing method comprises the following steps:
a) according to the creation requirement, dipping a bottom film molding paste by using a color drawing pen, and drawing a picture with a shallow relief image on the surface of a blank of a ceramic vessel by a stacking method to obtain a bottom film molding blank; the base film shaping paste is the ceramic base film shaping paste of any one of claims 1 to 2 or the ceramic base film shaping paste prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 3 to 6;
b) drying the bottom film molding blank obtained in the step a), firing the bottom film molding blank in a kiln at 830-870 ℃ for 6-9 h, and curing to obtain a blank with a low relief pattern;
or, drying the bottom film molding blank obtained in the step a) to obtain a blank with a bas-relief pattern;
c) drawing the surface of the shallow relief pattern of the green body with the shallow relief pattern obtained in the step b) by adopting an over-glaze color drawing method, and baking and decorating the surface in a kiln at 700-750 ℃ for 5-6 h to obtain the green body with the over-glaze color drawing;
d) filling color painting on the surface of the glazed colored painting of the blank with the glazed colored painting obtained in the step c) by adopting a crystal color pigment mixed by peach gum aqueous solution, and then putting the blank into a kiln to bake and color at 700-730 ℃ for 6-7 h to obtain a ceramic crystal stacked color work;
or, preparing crystal color pigment by using an underglaze color painting modulator, performing color filling painting on the surface of the overglaze color painting of the blank with the overglaze color painting obtained in the step c), spraying a layer of low-temperature transparent glaze, and firing in a kiln at 830-860 ℃ for 7-8 hours to obtain the ceramic crystal color-stacked work.
8. The crystal superimposed color drawing method according to claim 7, wherein the ceramic vessel in the step a) comprises a common ceramic vessel, a black pottery vessel, a purple sand vessel or various artistic colored porcelains.
9. The crystal overlay color drawing method according to claim 7, wherein the preparation method of the crystal color pigment blended by the peach gum aqueous solution in the step d) comprises the following specific steps:
respectively crushing the seeds of all colors, putting the crushed seeds into a glaze grinding machine, adding water, grinding, and sieving through a 230-270-mesh sieve to obtain the crystal color pigment; the seed material comprises one or more of crystal seed material, colored glaze seed material, agate seed material and other mineral substance gem seed material;
and mixing the peach gum and water in a ratio of 1: (8-10) preparing a peach gum aqueous solution, and blending the crystal color pigment into a cream shape which is not easy to flow according to the composition requirement to obtain the peach gum aqueous solution blended crystal color pigment.
10. The crystal superimposed color drawing method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein before drawing the picture with the low-relief image on the surface of the blank of the ceramic vessel in the step a) in a stacking method, the method further comprises:
dipping the mixed powder of the raw materials as described in claim 1 with a white cloth, and wiping the surface of the ceramic vessel clean.
