Example 1 is mainly used for feeding in food processing, and the feeding position is fixed, namely the position close to the can opening. In the actual production process, the liquid in the decocting vessel may be filled or not filled depending on the production schedule and the process. Especially for large-scale decocting pots in medicine preparation or chemical production, when the liquid is not filled, the position of the material is in a large height difference with the liquid level, and the phenomenon of splashing still occurs when the material is fed, so that the position of the material is determined according to the height of the liquid level for the large-scale decocting pot. For small and medium size decocting pots in the food processing industry, the technical scheme in example 1 can completely meet normal production requirements, and for large size decocting pots in pharmacy and chemical industry, the technical schemes in example 2 and example 3 below should be adopted.
In embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, this embodiment includes a power box 43, a hopper 37 and a decocting tank 41, wherein the structure of the power box 43 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
The hopper 37 is a shell structure with a large upper part and a small lower part, the upper end of the hopper is provided with a feeding opening, and the lower end of the hopper is provided with a discharging opening. A cover plate 40 is arranged at a discharge opening at the lower end of the cover plate, guide grooves 49 which are matched with the cover plate 40 are formed in the inner sides of the side walls of two sides of the discharge opening, two sides of the cover plate 40 are respectively located in the two guide grooves 49, and the cover plate 40 can slide in the guide grooves 49.
For convenience of description, one end of the hopper 37 in the direction of the guide groove 49 is set to be forward and the opposite end thereof is set to be backward.

The lower end of the fixing rod 38 is connected with the rear end of the cover plate 40 through a fourth spring 47, and after the lower end of the fixing rod 38 deflects backwards, the cover plate 40 can be pulled backwards through the action of the fourth spring 47, wherein the pulling force of the fourth spring 47 is greater than that of the third spring 48.
A floater 46 is arranged below the front part of the hopper 37, a vertical rod 45 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the floater 46, a connecting block 44 is fixedly arranged in front of the hopper 37, a vertical hole 50 corresponding to the vertical rod 45 is formed in the connecting block 44, and the vertical rod 45 penetrates through the vertical hole 50, so that the vertical rod 45 can move up and down along the vertical hole 50. The middle position of the vertical rod 45 is provided with a horizontal hole 51. The front end of the cover plate 40 is provided with a fixing block 52, an inclined plane is arranged above the front end of the fixing block 52, the upper surface of the fixing block 52 is provided with a groove 53, the cover plate 40 is pulled forwards under the action of a third spring 48, so that the fixing block 52 is inserted into the horizontal hole 51 on the vertical rod 45, the fixing block 52 is clamped under the action of the fixing block groove 53, and the position of the cover plate 40 is fixed.
The operation flow is as follows: when the device is used, the raw materials are firstly added into the hopper 37, the rope 4 is pulled to slowly descend under the action of the gravity of the raw materials and the hopper 37 and fall into the decocting pot 41, the upper half section of the fixing rod 38 is jacked upwards under the action of the decocting pot stop block 39, so that the fixing rod 38 is pushed to rotate, and the lower end of the fixing rod 38 deflects backwards, so that the fourth spring 47 is tensioned. The hopper 37 continues to move downward to guide the float 46 to be submerged in the liquid medicine, and the float 46 is pushed upward by the buoyancy, so that the portion above the horizontal hole 51 of the vertical rod is removed from the fixing block groove 53, and the fixing block 52 can move freely. The cover plate 40 is pulled backwards by the pulling force of the fourth spring 47, so that the discharge opening of the hopper 37 is opened, and the raw materials in the hopper 37 fall into the decocting tank 41, thereby completing the feeding process. After the feeding process is finished, the motor 34 is started, the hopper 37 is lifted upwards under the action of the motor 34, after the hopper 37 leaves the decocting pot 41, the lower end of the fixing rod 38 is reset forwards, the cover plate 40 is pulled forwards under the action of the third spring 48, and the fixing block 52 at the front end of the cover plate 40 is inserted into the horizontal hole 51 of the vertical rod 45, so that the position of the cover plate 40 is fixed.
In embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 9, this embodiment includes a power box 43, a hopper 37 and a decocting tank 41, wherein the structure of the power box 43 and the hopper 37 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
