雷竹笋含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、C等元素,其中多种维生素和胡萝卜素含量比大白菜含量高一倍多,而且雷竹笋的蛋白质比较优越,且其内部含有丰富的人体必需的赖氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸,以及在蛋白质代谢过程中占有重要地位的谷氨酸和有维持蛋白质构型作用的胱氨酸。雷竹笋是一种优良的保健蔬菜,雷竹笋还具有低脂肪、低糖、多纤维的特点,食用雷竹笋不仅能促进肠道蠕动,帮助消化,去积食,防便秘,并有预防大肠癌的功效,而且雷竹笋含脂肪、淀粉很少,属天然低脂、低热量食品,是肥胖者减肥的佳品。
雷竹笋在加工时需要对其切片处理,之后将切好的雷竹笋进行生产加工,便于消费者食用。现有的大多切片装置,都是工作人员将待切片的雷竹笋固定好后,操作切片刀具进行切片的,采用这种方式进行切片,一是效率较低,费时费力,二是切好后的雷竹笋片容易附着在刀片上,工作人员需要手动将附着在刀片上的雷竹笋片取出,这样可能会使工作人员被刀具割伤,存在一定的危险。

一种雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,包括送料传送带、出料传送带以及切片底座;所述切片底座的左侧设有用于输送待切片雷竹笋的送料传送带,右侧设有用于输送切片好的雷竹笋的出料传送带;所述切片底座上设有用于放置雷竹笋的切片板和用于对雷竹笋进行切片的切片块;所述切片板靠近出料传送带的一端开口,在另一端内滑动且穿过有用于将切好的雷竹笋推到出料传送带上的出料推动杆;驱动所述出料推动杆左右往复运动的驱动机构设置在位于切片板一侧的切片底座内;所述切片底座的上方后侧设有驱动切片块前后往复运动的次级驱动机构;所述切片块内等距固定有多个用于对雷竹笋进行切片的切片刀具;所述切片板内等距设有多个与所述切片刀具相配合的切片刀具凹槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述驱动机构包括往复运动杆、运动板、滑动块、转动杆以及驱动电机;所述驱动电机固定在切片底座内,且其转动端连接有转动杆的一端;所述转动杆的另一端连接有滑动块;所述滑动块转动滑动设置于运动板内开设的开口槽内;所述运动板的开口槽的一半长度大于转动杆的长度;所述运动板远离驱动电机的一侧固定有往复运动杆;所述往复运动杆滑动穿过切片底座的侧壁,并与出料推动杆的一端相连。

本实施例的工作原理是:当工作人员将雷竹笋放在切片板4内后,次级驱动机构开始工作,从而带动切片块5向切片板4的方向运动,此时切片块5内多个切片刀具14沿着刀具凹槽13向前运动,从而对雷竹笋进行切片,之后次级驱动机构带动切片块5返回初始位置,此时附着在切片刀具14上的雷竹笋片被刀具凹槽13卡住,无法随切片刀具14的运动而运动,之后驱动机构驱动出料推动杆6向右运动,从而出料推动杆6推动雷竹笋向切片板4开口的一侧运动,最终掉落到出料传送带2上,之后驱动机构带动出料推动杆6返回初始位置,从而进行下一次切片。次级驱动机构的结构与驱动机构结构相同,当驱动电机11工作时,带动转动杆10转动,从而带动滑动块9在运动板8内的开口槽往复上下运动,从而带动运动板8左右往复运动,从而带动往复运动杆7左右往复运动,从而带动出料推动杆6左右往复运动。
两个电机均为步进电机,步进电机在非超载的情况下,步进电机的转速、停止的位置只取决于脉冲信号的频率和脉冲数,而不受负载变化的影响,当步进电机接收到一个脉冲信号,脉冲信号驱动步进电机按设定的方向转动一个固定的角度,步进电机的旋转是以固定的角度一步一步运行的,因此可以通过控制脉冲个数来控制角位移量,从而能够使步进电机转动一周后停止转动。
实施例2
本实施例在实施例1的基础上作进一步改进,改进之处为:为了便于控制两个电机的工作,所述切片底座3的一侧还设有便于控制驱动电机11与次级运动机构内部电机工作的控制装置。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,包括送料传送带(1)、出料传送带(2)以及切片底座(3);所述切片底座(3)的左侧设有用于输送待切片雷竹笋的送料传送带(1),右侧设有用于输送切片好的雷竹笋的出料传送带(2);其特征在于,所述切片底座(3)上设有用于放置雷竹笋的切片板(4)和用于对雷竹笋进行切片的切片块(5);所述切片板(4)靠近出料传送带(2)的一端开口,在另一端内滑动且穿过有用于将切好的雷竹笋推到出料传送带(2)上的出料推动杆(6);驱动所述出料推动杆(6)左右往复运动的驱动机构设置在位于切片板(4)一侧的切片底座(3)内;所述切片底座(3)的上方后侧设有驱动切片块(5)前后往复运动的次级驱动机构;所述切片块(5)内等距固定有多个用于对雷竹笋进行切片的切片刀具(14);所述切片板(4)内等距设有多个与所述切片刀具(14)相配合的切片刀具凹槽(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括往复运动杆(7)、运动板(8)、滑动块(9)、转动杆(10)以及驱动电机(11);所述驱动电机(11)固定在切片底座(3)内,且其转动端连接有转动杆(10)的一端;所述转动杆(10)的另一端连接有滑动块(9);所述滑动块(9)转动滑动设置于运动板(8)内开设的开口槽内;所述运动板(8)的开口槽的一半长度大于转动杆(10)的长度;所述运动板(8)远离驱动电机(11)的一侧固定有往复运动杆(7);所述往复运动杆(7)滑动穿过切片底座(3)的侧壁,并与出料推动杆(6)的一端相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,所述次级驱动机构与驱动机构结构相同;所述驱动电机(11)与次级驱动机构内的电机为步进电机。
4.根据权利要求2所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,所述切片块(5)的底部等距设有多个限位滑动块(15);所述限位滑动块(15)与开设于切片底座(3)表面的切片块限位槽相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,位于所述切片刀具(14)上方的切片块(5)上固定有用于保护工作人员的保护挡板(16)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,所述出料推动杆(6)位于切片板(4)内的一端固定有出料推板(12);所述出料推板(12)贴合滑动设置于切片板(4)内。
7.根据权利要求2所述的雷竹笋加工高效切片装置,其特征在于,所述切片底座(3)的一侧还设有便于控制驱动电机(11)与次级运动机构内部电机工作的控制装置。
