the atomization disinfection system comprises an ultrasonic atomizer, a liquid level controller and an ultrasonic liquid level protection switch, wherein a water tank heat tracing wire and a temperature sensor are arranged on the ultrasonic atomization box (11) and the liquid storage box (10); a water suction pump (13) and a liquid level controller are arranged in the liquid storage tank (10), and a liquid inlet of the liquid storage tank is arranged on the top surface of the liquid storage tank (10); the ultrasonic atomization box (11) is arranged below the fog discharge pipe (8), the fog discharge pipe (8) is communicated with the ultrasonic atomization box (11), the upper part of the side wall of the ultrasonic atomization box (11) is provided with a blower (14), and one side, close to the blower (14), of the lower surface of the cover plate (6) is provided with a wind shield (15); be provided with ultrasonic atomization ware (16) and overflow pipe (17) on the bottom surface of ultrasonic atomization case (11), the top of ultrasonic atomization ware (16) is provided with ultrasonic wave liquid level protection switch (18), the up end of overflow pipe (17) and the detection liquid level parallel and level of ultrasonic wave liquid level protection switch (18), the lower extreme and liquid reserve tank (10) intercommunication of overflow pipe (17), the top of inlet channel (18) is extended to ultrasonic atomization case (11) by overflow pipe (17) in, the lower extreme and suction pump (13) the intercommunication of inlet channel (18).
2. An ultrasonic atomizing disinfection apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: an air supply opening (19) is arranged on the outer wall of the cabinet body (1) corresponding to the position of the blower.
3. An ultrasonic atomizing disinfection apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the working frequency of the ultrasonic atomizer (16) is 20 kilohertz, and the particle size of the disinfectant after being atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer (16) is 1-10 micrometers.
4. An ultrasonic atomizing disinfection apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the liquid level height of an ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) in the ultrasonic atomization box (11) is set to be 60-80 mm.
5. The control system of an ultrasonic atomizing disinfection apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the signal output end of the liquid level controller and the signal output end of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) are respectively and electrically connected with the signal input end of the module controller, when the sterilization liquid in the liquid storage tank (10) is insufficient, the module controller controls the water suction pump (13) to stop working and controls the sound-light alarm device (5) to start, and when the sterilization liquid in the ultrasonic atomization tank (11) is insufficient, the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) to stop working;
the signal output end of the infrared sensing device (3) is electrically connected with the signal input end of the module controller, when the infrared sensing device (3) detects that a person approaches the identification area, the module controller controls the blower (14) and the water pump (13) to be started, the water pump (13) pumps disinfectant in the liquid storage tank (10) into the ultrasonic atomization tank (11), when the disinfectant liquid level in the ultrasonic atomization tank (11) accords with the preset liquid level height of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18), the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) transmits a disinfectant liquid level signal to the signal input end of the module controller, and the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) to be started;
and the signal output end of the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the signal input end of the module controller, and when the temperature of the disinfectant does not accord with a preset temperature interval, the module controller controls the water tank to start or stop along with the heating wire.
6. A method of using an ultrasonic atomizing disinfection apparatus as set forth in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a disinfectant according to actual needs, and adding the prepared disinfectant into the liquid storage tank (10) through a liquid inlet of the liquid storage tank;
s2, debugging a manual control mode: the electric appliance control switch (4) is switched to a manual control mode to start the ultrasonic atomization disinfection device, at the moment, the liquid level of disinfectant in the ultrasonic atomization box (11) does not reach the preset liquid level height of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18), the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) not to be started, the module controller controls the water suction pump (13) to be started, the water suction pump (13) pumps the disinfectant in the liquid storage box (10) to the ultrasonic atomization box (11), until the liquid level of disinfectant in the ultrasonic atomization box (11) reaches the preset liquid level height of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18), the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) is closed, the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) to be started to generate atomized disinfectant, and the air blower (14) generates air pressure to discharge the atomized disinfectant out of the cabinet body (1) through the fog discharge pipe (8); the water pump (13) continuously pumps the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank (10) into the ultrasonic atomization tank (11), and when the liquid level of the disinfectant is higher than the preset liquid level height of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18), redundant disinfectant in the ultrasonic atomization tank (11) flows back to the liquid storage tank (10) through the overflow pipe (17) for repeated use;
s3, automatic control mode: after the manual control mode debugs the ultrasonic atomization degassing unit and operates normally, dial electrical apparatus control switch (4) to the automatic control mode, the ultrasonic atomization degassing unit enters the automatic operation state: when a person is close to the ultrasonic atomization disinfection device, the infrared sensing device (3) detects that the person is close to the recognition area, the module controller controls the blower (14) and the water pump (13) to be started, the water pump (13) pumps disinfectant in the liquid storage tank (10) into the ultrasonic atomization tank (11), when the disinfectant liquid level in the ultrasonic atomization tank (11) accords with the preset liquid level height of the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18), the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) transmits a disinfectant liquid level signal to the signal input end of the module controller, the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) to be started, and atomized disinfectant is discharged to the outside of the cabinet body (1) through the fog discharge pipe (8);
s4, in the running process of the ultrasonic atomization disinfection device in a manual control mode or an automatic control mode, the liquid level controller transmits liquid level information of disinfection liquid in the liquid storage tank (10) to the module controller, when the disinfection liquid in the liquid storage tank (10) is insufficient, the module controller controls the water suction pump (13) to stop working and controls the sound-light alarm device (5) to start, and an operator stops the electric appliance control switch (4) and then repeatedly executes the steps S1-S3; the ultrasonic liquid level protection switch (18) transmits the liquid level information of the disinfectant in the ultrasonic atomization box (11) to the module controller, and when the liquid level of the disinfectant in the ultrasonic atomization box (11) is insufficient, the module controller controls the ultrasonic atomizer (16) to stop working;
