Abstract
The invention provides a high-efficiency low-toxicity medicament fumigating and sterilizing device which comprises a fumigating and sterilizing cabinet, a moving wheel, an inclined strut support plate, a handheld push rod, a connecting clamp pipe, a first door plate, a second door plate, a control knob, an instrument panel, a third door plate, a fourth door plate, an observation window, a telescopic fumigating and sterilizing corrugated cover assembly, a longitudinal partition plate, a transverse partition plate, a constraint clamp ring, a fumigating and atomizing cavity, a power cavity, a carbon dioxide storage cavity and an ethyl formate storage cavity. The invention utilizes the mixed atomization of ethyl formate and carbon dioxide for disinfection, has no toxicity to human body, is beneficial to use, has excellent disinfection effect, and is suitable for use in closed space or large-scale disinfection operation; the ethyl formate and the carbon dioxide are reasonably proportioned, so that the effects of high efficiency, no toxicity, no flammability and explosion and safe use are achieved; the telescopic corrugated pipe type portable disinfection device is convenient to stretch and extend under the action of the telescopic corrugated pipe, the mist dispersing cover, the connecting ring and the handheld grab handle, and aims at disinfection positions to carry out targeted disinfection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection equipment, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency low-toxicity medicament fumigating disinfection device and a processing method thereof.
Background
Ethyl formate is used as a solvent for cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate and the like, and as a bactericide, larvicide and fumigant for foods, cigarettes, cereals, dried fruits and the like. The ethyl formate can be used as essence for blending the fragrance of peach, banana, apple, apricot, pineapple, berry, etc., and can also be used as spice for butter, brandy, sweet wine, whisky, etc. Ethyl formate is also an intermediate in organic synthesis. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, for the production of the antitumor drug, fuxuridin and vitamin B1; ethyl formate and acetone are condensed in sodium methoxide-xylene solution to obtain sodium acetyl vinyl alkoxide, and then condensed with acetyl glycine ester and cyclized with potassium thiocyanate to obtain 2-mercaptoimidazole-4-carboxylic acid ethyl ester. The ethyl formate is used for producing houttuynin, pain relieving, convalescence dragon, pyrantel, thiopythium mustard, reserpine, and anisodamine.
Carbon dioxide, a carbon oxide of formula CO2, formula 44.0095, is a colorless and odorless gas with slightly sour taste in its aqueous solution [3] at normal temperature and pressure, is also a common greenhouse gas, and is one of the constituents of air (0.03% -0.04% of the total volume of the atmosphere).
In terms of physical properties, carbon dioxide has a melting point of-56.6 ℃ (527 kPa), a boiling point of-78.5 ℃, a density greater than that of air (under standard conditions), and is soluble in water.
Carbon dioxide is chemically inert, highly thermally stable (only 1.8% decomposition at 2000 ℃), nonflammable, generally nonflammable, an acidic oxide, and a common acidic oxide, and is an acid anhydride of carbonic acid due to the reaction with water to produce carbonic acid.
Carbon dioxide is generally produced by high temperature calcination of limestone or by reaction of limestone with dilute hydrochloric acid and is used mainly for refrigeration of perishable foods (solid state), as a refrigerant (liquid state), for production of carbonated soft drinks (gaseous state), as a solvent for homogeneous reactions (supercritical state), and the like. With respect to its toxicity, studies have shown that: low concentrations of carbon dioxide are not toxic and high concentrations of carbon dioxide can be toxic to animals.
The sterilizing agent is necessary and important in the sterilizing link of customs goods, bacteria and viruses are effectively prevented from being brought in and bred, the addition ratio of the ethyl formate and carbon dioxide can be used for the purpose of sterilizing and killing insects of customs goods, the foreign ethyl formate bactericide is nontoxic but easy to catch fire, is not adopted in China all the time, and is a traditional Chinese medicine which is long for at least two days and is toxic due to the fact that a protective mask is required.
In addition, the published data show that ethyl formate is diluted by carbon dioxide and then fumigated to control tea bug, so that it is feasible that ethyl formate and carbon dioxide reach a certain ratio for sterilization and disinfection.
However, the existing customs goods disinfection device has the problems that no equipment or means is available for mixing and atomizing ethyl formate and carbon dioxide for disinfection, the disinfection period of the conventional disinfection means is long, and the conventional disinfection means is toxic and causes harm to the bodies of disinfection personnel.
Therefore, it is very necessary to provide a fumigation sterilizing device with high efficiency and low toxicity and a processing method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency low-toxicity medicament fumigation sterilizing device and a processing method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing customs goods sterilizing device does not have a device and a means for mixing and atomizing ethyl formate and carbon dioxide for sterilization, the conventional sterilizing means has a long sterilizing period and is toxic and harmful to the bodies of sterilizing personnel.
