Description

Application of traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparation of medicine for treating food stagnation
Technical Field
The invention relates to a new application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to an application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing a medicine for treating food stagnation, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Food stagnation, abbreviated as food stagnation, is one of nine kinds of food stagnation, which means food stagnation can not be digested and becomes accumulated for a long time. The disease is mostly seen in people with improper diet, spleen and stomach damage and spleen and stomach weakness, and is mainly caused by overeating, diet stagnation, weakness in transportation, fat, sweet, thick and greasy or spicy food, dampness and heat generated in brewing, gastrointestinal or sexual intercourse, uncooked food, cold dampness, internal retention of cold and dampness and middle yang damage; the pathogenesis of disorder of food reception and transformation, food stagnation, dysfunction of transportation and transformation, disharmony between the stomach and the intestine and stomach-qi deficiency. The clinical manifestations are abdominal fullness and distention, pain and tenderness, eructation and acid regurgitation, anorexia and nausea, pain and desire to purge, pain reduction after purging, constipation, thick and greasy tongue coating, slippery pulse, and severe cases may cause functional dyspepsia, functional constipation, etc.
Food stagnation can be relieved by stopping eating once or twice, and the patients can be cured by taking the treatment prescription for a long time. At present, the treatment of the food stagnation syndrome is mainly based on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the western medicine treatment can only temporarily treat actual symptoms, and the recurrence rate of the symptoms is high after the medicine is stopped, for example, the microecological preparation can promote the normal flora colonization of the intestinal tract of children suffering from food stagnation and recover the gastrointestinal function, but can only temporarily solve the symptoms, and the symptoms recur for a long time after the medicine is stopped. The traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used for treating the syndrome of food stagnation by adopting a digestion-promoting and stomach-harmonizing method, but the digestion-promoting and stagnation-removing medicines are mostly cold and cool traditional Chinese medicines and often hurt the spleen and stomach, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating diseases in clinical application and cannot remove the stagnation of the spleen and stomach, and some stomach-harmonizing medicines are added while the digestion-promoting and stagnation-removing medicines are used for constantly protecting the spleen and stomach to eliminate pathogenic factors without damaging the body resistance.
Chinese invention patent CN100453105C discloses a composition with functions of relaxing bowels, expelling toxin, losing weight and reducing fat and a preparation method thereof, and the product 'Hui Tong jiao Nang' prepared by the Chinese patent is approved to be on the market and can effectively treat functional constipation clinically.
In the Chinese patent medicine products on the market at present, fewer medicines for treating food stagnation are available, most medicines are used for treating the food stagnation when gastrointestinal diseases are treated, and for patients with the food stagnation, the medicines are low in selectivity and inconvenient to take.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing a medicine for treating food stagnation. It is to be noted that the application of the Chinese medicinal composition is a new application developed on the basis of the Chinese patent of invention CN 100453105C.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components:
the immature bitter orange enters spleen and stomach channels, breaks qi and removes food retention, eliminates phlegm and disperses abdominal mass, specially controls qi descending, is good at breaking stagnant qi, removing food retention and removing abdominal mass and is used for treating diseases of stagnant qi stagnation and qi obstruction with abdominal mass and distending pain and food retention and abdominal mass retention, or diseases of warm air and intestine and stomach damp-heat retention; bighead atractylodes rhizome, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, as the essential herb for invigorating spleen, has the actions of invigorating spleen and stomach, tonifying qi, drying dampness and inducing diuresis. The combination of the two medicines has the effects of strengthening the spleen, activating qi, tonifying and eliminating, and eliminating both the effects of tonifying and eliminating, is used for treating abdominal distension and fullness and indigestion accumulation, and is a monarch medicine in the formula.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the liver depression is not comfortable, and the qi of the middle-jiao is not smooth, so that the food is stagnated due to the qi depression; qi stagnation may cause disorder of the spleen and stomach and food stagnation. The medlar and the donkey-hide gelatin both enter liver and kidney channels, nourish liver and kidney, enrich blood, nourish yin, moisten dryness, tonify liver and also tonify spleen, and are ministerial drugs in the formula.
Polygoni Multiflori radix enters liver, heart and kidney meridians; semen Cassiae enters liver and large intestine meridians; aloe enters liver, stomach and large intestine meridians, and has the actions of clearing heat, purging fire, moistening intestine and purging stomach, so it is used as adjuvant drug in the recipe for both syndrome of damp-heat accumulation in stomach and intestine.
Ginseng radix enters spleen, lung, heart and kidney meridians. It is a guiding drug in the recipe to tonify primordial qi, tonify spleen and lung, promote fluid production and nourish blood, and to harmonize the effects of the drugs.
In the traditional Chinese medicine formula, the monarch, minister, assistant and guide medicines are scientific in compatibility, digestion is promoted, stagnation is removed, spleen and qi are strengthened and qi are benefited, spleen and stomach are strengthened, and the traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable curative effect on food stagnation clinically.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition can be prepared into oral pharmaceutical preparations, and the oral preparations are pills, granules, capsules, tablets or oral liquid; preferably, the oral formulation is a capsule.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
(1) taking the donkey-hide gelatin with the prescription amount, grinding into fine powder, and sieving with a 80-mesh sieve or melting into a donkey-hide gelatin solution for later use;
(2) mixing the ginseng, the tuber fleeceflower root, the cassia seed and the aloe according to the prescription amount, adding 40-80% (volume fraction) of ethanol, extracting for 1-3 times by reflux by an alcohol extraction method, extracting for 1-3 hours each time, filtering the extracting solution, recovering the ethanol, and concentrating to obtain an extract for later use;
(3) mixing fructus Lycii, Atractylodis rhizoma and fructus Aurantii Immaturus according to prescription amount, adding 5-10 times of water, soaking for 0.5-3 hr, decocting for 1-3 hr, and separating the decoction; adding 5-10 times of water into the residue, decocting for 1-3 hr, and separating the decoction; mixing decoctions, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
(4) concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step (3) under reduced pressure until the ratio of the medicinal materials to water is 1-3: 1, adjusting the alcohol to 40-85% (volume fraction), performing cold precipitation for 12-48 hours, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate into an extract for later use;
(5) and (3) mixing or drying the extract obtained in the step (2) and the extract obtained in the step (4), adding the donkey-hide gelatin fine powder or the melted donkey-hide gelatin solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following unexpected technical effects:
