Background
Allergic dermatitis and acne are relatively common skin diseases;
allergic dermatitis is a skin disease caused by allergens, mainly refers to skin diseases such as red and swollen skin, itching, wheal, desquamation and the like caused by contacting human bodies with certain allergens, and western medicines are mainly used for treating the allergic dermatitis in an antiallergic treatment mode, namely antihistamine medicines and other medicines such as vitamin C, calcium gluconate, glucocorticoid or compound glycyrrhizin are used in a combined mode, and the treatment mode has the defects of large side effect, easiness in repeated attack and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the allergic dermatitis belongs to the categories of eczema, acute eczema, chronic eczema. It is usually caused by exposure to toxic pathogens, which carry with it exogenous wind to invade the body surface, resulting in deficiency of healthy qi, failure of the ying-defensive qi to secure and protect, and accumulation of exogenous pathogens, which can damp and heat the skin and skin striae. The traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating the disease and mainly aims at dispelling wind, detoxifying, activating spleen and nourishing blood;
acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of a hair follicle sebaceous gland, is characterized by comedo, pimple, pustule, nodule, cyst and scar, is often accompanied by seborrhea and mostly occurs in adolescent men and women, western medicine treatment of acne is generally divided into drug treatment (comprising taking external hormone drugs, antibiotics and the like) and physical treatment (laser dot matrix, acne needle and the like), the drug treatment has the defects of drug dependence and large side effect on human bodies, the physical treatment has the defects of treating symptoms but not root causes, high recurrence rate and the like, the currently most effective drug treatment is oral isotretinoin liver function, but the adverse reaction of the oral isotretinoin is very good, wherein skin mucosa reaction is the most common adverse reaction in treatment and occurs in about 98 percent of patients, other adverse reactions including pregnant women can cause fetal deformity, can cause dyslipidemia, and can cause cerebral hypertension when being used together with tetracycline drugs, meanwhile, the sun is avoided during the administration period so as to avoid the phototoxic reaction. According to traditional Chinese medicine, acne is mostly fumigated by lung heat and skin is blocked by blood heat; or over-eating spicy greasy food, generating dampness and generating heat, and obstructing the skin, or spleen qi weakness, transportation and transformation disorder, dampness stasis and heat, damp-heat with phlegm, and skin stagnation. In treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly aims at dialectical treatment and symptomatic medicine application, and adopts a mode of combining internal regulation and external treatment to regulate hormone secretion in vivo, clear heat and detoxify, reduce phlegm, soften hardness and dissipate stagnation and other treatment methods;
the existing traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating allergic dermatitis and acne is complex in formula and complex in compatibility, and easily causes a plurality of problems, the absorption effect of the conventional application process on affected parts is general, and the allergic dermatitis and the acne are common on the face of a patient and are frequently mixed.
In addition, the existing traditional Chinese medicine liquid spray treatment equipment can not adjust the spraying temperature, the hot spraying effect is poor, and the cold spraying is only room-temperature spraying, which is not beneficial to the effect of the medicine effect. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with small prescription and precise compatibility is provided for treating allergic dermatitis and acne, and is matched with an atomization therapeutic apparatus capable of refrigerating and heating, so that the medicine effect can be effectively improved, and recovery of affected parts is facilitated.
