Description

A Chinese medicinal oil for treating burn, and its preparation method
Technical Field
A Chinese medicinal oil for treating burn and its preparation method, belong to the technical field of Chinese medicinal preparation.
Background
The wound repair is which is a research hotspot in the surgical field all the time, people continuously explore medicines and methods which can promote the wound to heal as soon as possible after the wound is treated, small-area skin defects are commonly found in the casting industry, the plastic product industry, improper treatment of burns and scalds, infection of residual wounds, trauma, corrosion of pesticides on special parts and the like, most of the existing clinical treatment methods for small-area skin defects adopt sulfadiazine preparations, burn creams, biological dressings, nerve cell growth factors and the like, the wound healing is slow, the healing effect of astringency and tissue regeneration is poor, the treatment period is long, in the prior art, the serious three-degree wound of deep visible muscle tissues of the wound has fewer current healing means and large infection risk, the most common treatment means is skin grafting, and the skin grafting brings three-degree pain to patients, including , the skin receiving area is thoroughly debrided and enlarged, the wound is painful, the skin flap or skin turning operation in the skin supplying area is used, the skin flap or skin turning operation in the skin supplying area is painful, the skin supplying area is damaged, the far-end skin supplying area is required, the pain is treated by adopting the autologous skin grafting operation, the situation is increased, and the wound healing cost of the wound.

Summary of clinical practice:
the following are the treatment symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine burn oil and the symptom manifestations of the symptoms:
third degree burn wound surface with diameter less than 12 cm: deep burns and below the dermis layer, a portion of muscle tissue or a portion of bone is visible, and the wound area is less than 2% of the total epidermal area.
Infected wound surface with diameter less than 12 cm: the secretion of the wound surface is increased, and the superficial burn wound surface necrosis deepens into a third degree wound surface. The three-degree eschar is rapidly liquefied and separated, wound margin edema and obvious inflammatory infiltration are caused, the color of a wound surface is dark, the wound surface is dry and has no pus, the growth of the epithelium stops, the wound margin sinks, the healed epithelium is eaten by silkworms, the wound surface is enlarged to an advanced stage, a large bleeding point appears on the wound surface, purplish black hard local hemorrhagic necrotic spots appear on the wound surface or normal skin, and the necrotic spots can extend to subcutaneous tissues, muscles and even reach bones along with the invasion depth of bacteria.
Second degree burn wound: the area of the second-degree burn wound is 10-20%, the second-degree burn wound is damaged to the dermis layer, but the burn wound remained on the dermis layer still exists, the skin is vesica, the bottom of the vesica is red or white, clear and viscous liquid is filled in the vesica, and the vesica is tender and sensitive and turns white when being pressed.
Soft tissue contusion with diameter less than 12 cm: pain, swelling, deformity, dysfunction.
The bedsore is mainly used for treating -degree and second-degree bedsores, wherein -degree bedsores are formed by erythema, edema, pale white and grey, clear boundaries, numb feeling or tenderness, improvement within a few days if timely treatment is carried out, and second-degree bedsores are formed by deep purple or purple black skin, blisters can appear, and shallow erosion surfaces are formed after blister walls are broken.
Burn wound surfaces of pesticides or extremely toxic chemicals: redness and swelling of the skin, associated with pain or itching, severe excoriation with ulceration.
The treatment method comprises the following steps:
1) cutting bandage or gauze into 10-15cm strips, placing into metal lunch box, soaking in Chinese medicinal oil, taking out gauze until oil does not drip, autoclaving for 30 min, and repeating the disinfection for times every 15 days.
2) Cleaning small-area three-dimensional wound crust, necrotic tissue and secretion, applying onto wound surface with thickness of about 3-4 layers like stamp-type skin grafting, aseptically wrapping, changing medicine for times daily, and performing conventional anti-infective treatment.
Clinical diagnosis and treatment report:
the applicant respectively carries out clinical diagnosis and treatment on the traditional Chinese medicine burn oil obtained in each embodiment, 200 patients with each disease are selected for statistics in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of each embodiment, wherein the patients are 5-70 years old and 33 years old in average age, and 50% of male and female patients respectively, the traditional Chinese medicine burn oil in the embodiments 1-5 is respectively used for the patients, traditional Chinese medicine burn oil in each case is used until the treatment course is finished, the medicines are not changed in the middle, the medicines are changed for times daily, the traditional Chinese medicine burn oil is combined with conventional anti-infection treatment, and treatment courses of treatment are 10 days.
The judgment standard of the curative effect is as follows: the curative effect is divided into partial remission, no remission and recovery according to the improvement condition of the symptoms, and the average recovery time refers to that: average value of total time of wound healing from the treatment date; the healing standard is as follows: the wound surface is healed, no obvious protruding or sunken scar exists, no seepage, no bleeding, no red swelling and no pain feeling exist.
