Description

Non-make-up-removing and moisturizing lip glaze and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a non-make-up-removing and moisturizing lip glaze and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lip glaze belongs to one of lip color makeup single products, is viscous liquid texture and is convenient to make up; meanwhile, the lip gloss product has an outstanding effect of making up lip plumping and has good color saturation and color covering power, so the lip gloss product is more popular with consumers. The existing lip glaze product generally has the problems of easy makeup removal and non-lasting makeup effect. Although lip glaze which is not sticky to cups and has good durability exists at present, the products are all matte in texture, are not moist enough and are easy to pull dry, and cannot bring good use feeling to consumers.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a lip glaze product which is not made up and has a good moisturizing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art described above. Therefore, the lip glaze provided by the invention can effectively moisten and moisturize and is not easy to remove makeup.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the non-makeup and moist lip glaze.
A lip glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002413843820000011
preferably, the polysiloxane comprises at least two of polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane, octyl methicone, or vinyl dimethicone.
More preferably, the polysiloxane comprises 68-72 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-3 parts of cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2 parts of octyl methicone and 0.5-1 part of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane. Researches show that the lip glaze can achieve a better moistening effect by adopting the proportion of the polysiloxane.
Wherein, the polysiloxane and the hydrogenated polyisobutene play a role of skin feel regulators, and the lip glaze has good moistening effect but does not show greasiness through researching and developing proper proportion among different skin feel regulators.
Preferably, the covering agent is titanium dioxide, and lip wrinkles can be lightened.
The existing commercially available lip glaze still has the problems of poor waterproofness, easy makeup removal, no durability and the like. Most of raw materials used in the lip glaze are oily components and have certain waterproofness, and meanwhile, by adding a proper amount of perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane, the waterproof performance of the lip glaze product is further improved, the wiping resistance is improved, makeup removal is avoided, and the makeup retention duration is improved.
The lip glaze can realize a good film forming effect without adding a film forming aid, and has soft skin feel, no pull-dry phenomenon and the like.
Preferably, the colorant comprises a pigment and a dispersant. The dispersing agent is added into the colorant to improve the dispersing ability of the pigment in the colorant.
More preferably, the dispersant comprises at least one of octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate, cetyl polyethylene glycol, or cetyl ether.
More preferably, the pigment is a pearlescent pigment. Mica is added into the pearlescent pigment, so that the lip glaze is brighter and more attractive in color.
The preparation method of the lip glaze comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively grinding titanium dioxide, a coloring agent and perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane for 2-3 times;
(2) and (2) mixing the ground raw materials in the step (1) with the rest raw materials, and stirring to obtain the lip glaze.
Preferably, a three-roll grinder or a ball grinder is used for grinding in the step (1), and the grinding speed is 60-80 r/min.
Preferably, the rotation speed of the stirring in the step (2) is 20-30r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the lip glaze disclosed by the invention has good durability, and is not easy to remove makeup (fade), so that frequent makeup repair is not needed and the embarrassment of makeup removal is avoided;
(2) the lip glaze disclosed by the invention has good moistening and moisturizing effects, is not pulled dry, and can effectively fade lip wrinkles;
(3) the lip glaze disclosed by the invention is simple in components, simple and convenient in preparation method, controllable in conditions and beneficial to industrial production.

product effectiveness testing
Cosmetic removal test
The lip glaze products prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to a makeup removal test by the following method: the hands are respectively coated with 5 pieces of lip glaze color bands. And respectively washing the color bands for 20 seconds by water with the same flow rate, and then repeatedly wiping the color bands once by using clean gauze with the same force to detect the makeup removing degree of the color bands.
Fig. 1 shows lip glaze color tapes formed by coating the lip glazes prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1, wherein the color tape a (corresponding to the lip glaze of comparative example 1) and the color tape B (corresponding to the lip glaze of example 1) without water flow flushing and gauze wiping are clearly clear.
FIG. 2 shows the effect of the lip glaze color band of FIG. 1 after water stream washing and gauze wiping, wherein the color band A (corresponding to the lip glaze of comparative example 1) has been substantially removed from makeup and only a small amount of color residue remains; while color band B (corresponding to lip glaze of example 1) still remained clear and distinct. Therefore, compared with the comparative example 1, the lip glaze prepared in the example 1 has the advantages of better waterproof and wiping-resistant performances, good durability and difficult makeup removal.
Evaluation of lip glaze moist feeling
100 female volunteers were recruited, randomly divided into 5 groups, and the lip glaze products prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3 were tried, respectively. After 7 days of use of the corresponding lip glaze product, the volunteers were asked and counted for evaluation of use, the evaluation results being shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Example 1 Example 2 Comparative example 1 Comparative example 2 Comparative example 3
Pulling dry 0 0 0 5 3
In general 5 2 7 11 14
Moistening 15 18 13 4 3
As can be seen from table 1, the volunteers who used the lip glaze products of examples 1 and 2 all considered no dryness and most of them recognized good moistening feeling (volunteer evaluation also had good lip lightening effect); although the lip glaze in the comparative example 1 has a good moisturizing effect, the evaluation of the volunteer on the lip glaze product is low because the lip glaze is not added with perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane, the color durability is poor, and the lip glaze is easy to remove; in comparative example 2, the addition amount of perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane was large, but the moistening of lip glaze was adversely affected (5 volunteers considered to have dry feeling); the amount of silicone used in comparative example 3 was outside the range of the present invention, and therefore most of the volunteers were still unsatisfactory in terms of moist feeling of lip gloss (only 3 volunteers considered to be good in moist feeling).
In conclusion, the lip glaze product prepared by the invention has good color durability and good moistening effect.
