Description

Paste-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a paste-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The mask is a novel cosmetic for cleaning, moisturizing and beautifying, and the most important purpose of the mask is to make up for the insufficient cleaning work of makeup removal and face washing, and realize other maintenance functions such as moisturizing, whitening, anti-aging, grease balancing and the like by matching with other essence components on the basis. The current facial masks on the market mainly comprise non-woven fabric matrix facial masks, silk matrix facial masks, paste type facial masks, powder facial masks and the like.
The non-woven fabric substrate facial mask is the most widely used facial mask at present, is favored by people due to convenience, but has poor use adhesiveness, and the base paper facial mask is obviously tight and uncomfortable after being applied to the back; the silk matrix mask is extremely compatible with skin, is mild and non-irritating, can prevent the skin from generating allergic pruritus symptoms, and has good adhesion. However, both the non-woven fabric material and the silk material which are commonly used in the past are not the substances which play a key role in nursing the face and the skin, and the substances are only the medium for bearing the essence and finally act on the skin or the essence inside the skin. Therefore, the essence has limited contact with the skin. The powder mask is used after being mixed into paste by water, essence or toner, is inconvenient to use, has a reverse absorption effect after the mask is dried, and is drier after the skin is used.
The real facial mask is prepared by subtracting skin, namely deeply cleaning, removing cutin and removing oxidized oil, and adding skin, namely performing skin whitening, anti-aging, oil balancing and other maintenance works on the basis of moisturizing. The mud-paste type mask is a better development. The mud paste type facial mask is commonly a seaweed facial mask, a slime facial mask and the like. The paste mask is mainly used for cleaning and beautifying the skin, can quickly form a layer of film after being applied, isolate the skin from the outside air, inhibit the evaporation of water, soften the horny layer of the epidermis, enlarge pores, increase the temperature on the surface of the skin, improve the blood circulation, enhance the absorption of the skin on various additives in the mask and achieve the effect of improving the physiological function of the skin. After the mask is removed, impurities and dirt on the skin are discarded, so that the mask can clean and care the skin and also make the skin white, tender and comfortable. Although the paste mask is convenient to use, the existing paste mask has poor spreadability, is difficult to remove after film forming, is easy to adhere to skin and needs to be repeatedly cleaned.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the conventional wet tissue facial mask is poor in adhesiveness and affects the cleaning and moisturizing effects of the facial mask, the invention provides the cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing facial mask which has good uniform smearing property, is glittering, transparent and transparent after smearing, does not affect the attractiveness, and can be painted out; particularly, the cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask naturally forms an elastic film after being smeared, effectively promotes whitening and permeation moisturizing, can be directly uncovered after use, does not need to be cleaned, and is greatly convenient to use. Further, the invention also provides a preparation method of the cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask.
In order to realize the purpose, firstly, a preparation method of the cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask is provided, and is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation methods:
(1) splitting Aloe, scraping the inner gel solution, adding appropriate amount of water, decocting in water bath at 80-90 deg.C for 10-15min to obtain Aloe gel;
(2) adding water, glycerol and propylene glycol into hydroxyethyl cellulose, vital gluten, aloe gel, carbomer and pearl powder, and grinding into uniform paste with a three-roll grinder to obtain base paste;
(3) uniformly dispersing hydrolyzed oat protein, an austenitic seaweed extract, panthenol, triethanolamine, methylparaben, PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, a lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract and water-soluble modified azone, then adding the base paste obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring at a low speed, adding a diluent, adjusting the viscosity of the material to be 5-10 ten thousand centipoise, discharging, and packaging to obtain the cream whitening and moisturizing facial mask.
Furthermore, the adding amount of the water in the step (1) is 15-20% of the mass of the glue solution, so that the glue solution of the viscous liquid is fully dispersed.
Further, the usage amount of the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the vital gluten, the aloe gel, the carbomer, the pearl powder, the water, the glycerol and the propylene glycol in the step (2) is prepared according to the parts by weight, and the usage amounts are 0.5-1 part of the hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of the vital gluten, 1-3 parts of the aloe gel, 0.2-0.5 part of the carbomer, 0.2-0.3 part of the pearl powder, 15-25 parts of the water, 3-8 parts of the glycerol and 0.5-1 part of the propylene glycol.
Further, the hydroxyethyl cellulose in the step (2) is medical grade hydroxyethyl cellulose micro powder sieved by a 100-mesh sieve. It has good dispersing, binding and film-forming properties, and it protects moisture and provides a protective colloid after dispersion.
The wheat gluten is natural cereal protein which is extracted by deep processing and takes wheat as a raw material, has strong water absorption, water retention, viscoelasticity and extending film forming property, can form a film when being used for a mask with water retention, and has good elasticity after being ground and dispersed in a base paste, so that the paste mask is easy to form an elastic film after being smeared.
The aloe gel is obtained by directly scraping fresh aloe, and strictly cleaning fresh aloe before scraping. The purpose of the invention using aloe gel is as follows: firstly, the aloe gel is sticky and is used for easily sticking the ointment on the face; secondly, the aloe gel can promote cell metabolism and has the functions of antibiosis, whitening and moisture preservation.
Carbomer is not only skin-friendly, but also can easily form a film, so that the carbomer is matched with hydroxyethyl cellulose and wheat gluten to form an elastic facial mask which is easy to remove on the face.
The pearl powder has whitening effect, and can make the facial mask smooth.
Further, the three-roll grinder in the step (2) adopts an S150 type three-roll grinder to grind, the three-roll is controlled to be 34rpm of a slow roll, 78rpm of a middle roll and 181rpm of a fast roll, the grinding time is controlled to be 45-60min, and materials are ground into fine paste through grinding between the middle roll and the slow roll and have good viscosity.
Further, the hydrolyzed oat protein, the extract of the austenitic seaweed, panthenol, triethanolamine, methylparaben, PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, the fermented extract of lactic acid bacteria, and the water-soluble modified azone in the step (2) are prepared according to the following weight parts: 0.5-1 part of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.05-0.1 part of PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3-0.5 part of lactobacillus fermentation extract, 0.02-0.05 part of water-soluble modified azone, 0.1-0.3 part of austenitic seaweed extract, 0.1-0.5 part of panthenol, 0.05-0.1 part of triethanolamine and 0.01-0.03 part of methylparaben.
The hydrolyzed oat protein is derived from oat protein complex, has instant tightening effect, can make skin feel instantly tight, and also has moisturizing, filming and skin feeling of smoothing skin.
The PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil is viscous liquid, has excellent solubilization effect, and can promote the fusion and stabilization of raw materials in the formula.
The triethanolamine has the neutralization effect, and the purpose of the triethanolamine is to generate the neutralization effect with acidic polymer gel such as carbomer and the like to form a stable polymer structure and to ensure that the mask is fine, smooth and bright after being coated.
The lactobacillus fermented extract has the function of softening cuticle, and meanwhile, the lactobacillus fermented extract contains abundant nutrient components, so that the skin can be whitened and bright.
Panthenol is vitamin B5 derivative, and is effective in keeping skin luster and enhancing immunity.
The water-soluble modified azone is a high-efficiency water-soluble product, has obvious transdermal permeation-assisting effect on lipophilic and hydrophilic active ingredients, can enable the skin cuticle to interact with lipid, reduces the phase transfer temperature of the lipid in the gap of the cuticle from active substances, increases the fluidity, plays a role in promoting permeation and is beneficial to deep water replenishing.
Further, the methyl hydroxybenzoate in the step (3) needs to be added with ethanol in advance and then ground, and the methyl hydroxybenzoate is white crystal powder, so that the methyl hydroxybenzoate is low in solubility in an aqueous phase and small in dosage, and is ground and refined in advance in order to be well dispersed in the paste mask. Methylparaben is used in the present invention as a germicidal preservative. Although methylparaben is safer in cosmetics, the amount is strictly controlled in order to avoid irritation to the skin.
Further, stirring in a DLH-60L double-planet stirrer in the step (3), wherein the stirring is uniformly carried out at a low speed of 100-200rpm, and the stirring time is controlled to be 15-25 min; the stirring speed should not be too fast, and too fast stirring speed may cause the paste to be broken and even to be separated.
Further, the diluent in the step (3) is one or two of water and glycerol. The viscosity of the material is adjusted to be 5-10 ten thousand centipoise, and the viscosity is suitable for uniform smearing.
The invention further provides the cream whitening and moisturizing mask prepared by the method. The base cream is formed by adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, vital gluten, aloe gel, carbomer and pearl powder into water, glycerol and propylene glycol and grinding by three rollers, and is smooth and fine and easy to be smeared into an elastic membrane; and further dispersing hydrolyzed oat protein, an austenitic seaweed extract, panthenol, triethanolamine, methylparaben, PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, a lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract and water-soluble modified azone in the water-soluble modified azone to form a paste mask, wherein various active substances can quickly form a transparent film after being applied, so that the skin is isolated from the outside air, and the active substances soften the skin cutin under the promotion of permeation, thereby fully whitening, moisturizing and nourishing the skin. In particular, the base paste is formed by adding the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the vital gluten, the aloe gel and the carbomer into water, glycerin and propylene glycol and grinding the mixture by three rollers, and a film formed after smearing has elasticity and is comfortable to attach to the skin without the feeling of skin tightness. The coated film is glittering and translucent, so that the appearance of the coating can be kept; the facial mask can be easily removed after use without adhesion to skin. After the mask is removed, impurities and dirt on the skin can be adsorbed, so that the skin is cleaned and protected, and the skin is white, tender and comfortable.
Compared with the existing paste mask, the paste whitening and moisturizing mask and the preparation method thereof have the excellent effects that:
1. the cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask adopts the pre-grinding treatment of the base cream, the materials are uniform and fine by three-roller grinding, and the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the vital gluten, the aloe gel, the carbomer and the pearl powder are reasonably matched in the base cream, so that the mask with elasticity can be formed when the mask is applied, the elasticity of the mask is consistent with that of skin, and the mask does not have tight feeling; and after the mask is used, the mask is easy to completely remove without cleaning.
2. The cream-shaped whitening and moisturizing mask disclosed by the invention is formed by reasonably preparing hydrolyzed oat protein, an austenitic seaweed extract, panthenol, triethanolamine, methylparaben, PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, a lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract and water-soluble modified azone and dispersing the hydrolyzed oat protein, the austenitic seaweed extract, the panthenol, the triethanolamine, the methylparaben, the PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, the lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract and the water-soluble modified azone in the hydrolyzed oat protein, wherein various effective substances soften skin cutin under the promotion of penetration after being applied, and the skin is fully whitened, moisturized and nourished.
3. The invention is suitable for stable preparation in batches, is easy to package and store, can be bottled or bagged, is convenient to use, and can be painted to be in a transparent state without affecting the appearance when people go out.

(3) adding 1kg of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.1kg of an austenitic seaweed extract, 0.1kg of panthenol, 0.08kg of triethanolamine, 0.01kg of micronized methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.05kg of PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3kg of a lactobacillus fermentation extract and 0.02kg of water-soluble modified azone into a DLH-60L double-planetary mixer, uniformly stirring at a low speed, adding the base paste obtained in the step (2), and stirring at a low speed of 100rpm for 25 min; measuring the viscosity by pumping; adding 3.0kg of water to adjust the viscosity of the material to 6 million centipoise, discharging and packaging to obtain the cream whitening and moisturizing mask.
Comparative test 1
(1) Cleaning fresh aloe, splitting along the direction of the blade, scraping glue solution by using a scraper, adding water accounting for 15% of the mass of the glue solution, stirring and diluting the viscous glue solution, setting the temperature of a water bath kettle to be 80 ℃, and decocting the glue solution for 15min to obtain aloe glue for later use;
(2) feeding 0.5kg of medical grade 100-mesh sieved hydroxyethyl cellulose micro powder, 1kg of aloe gel and 0.2kg of carbomer into an S150 type three-roller grinding machine by adding 20kg of water, 3kg of glycerol and 1kg of propylene glycol, adjusting the three rollers to have intervals, adding materials to gradually reduce the intervals between the middle roller and the slow roller, taking smooth passing as the standard, adjusting the middle roller and the slow roller to be tighter, and achieving a good grinding effect; grinding time is controlled to be 60min, and materials are ground into fine paste through grinding between the middle roller and the slow roller to obtain base paste;
(3) adding 0.5kg of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.1kg of an austenitic seaweed extract, 0.1kg of panthenol, 0.05kg of triethanolamine, 0.01kg of micronized methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.05kg of PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3kg of a lactobacillus fermentation extract and 0.02kg of water-soluble modified azone into a DLH-60L double-planetary mixer, uniformly stirring at a low speed, adding the base paste obtained in the step (2), and stirring at a low speed of 100rpm for 25 min; measuring the viscosity by pumping; adding 1.2kg of water, stirring to adjust the viscosity of the material to 5 ten thousand centipoise, discharging, and packaging to obtain the cream whitening and moisturizing mask.
Since comparative test 1 did not add wheat gluten and pearl powder when preparing the grinding base paste, the process and raw materials substantially identical to those of example 1 were used. The key point is that whether the elasticity of the mask after being applied is tight or not and whether the mask is applied smoothly or not are verified by trial.
And (3) trial test:
inviting 10 female volunteers, and randomly selecting 5 cream facial masks obtained in the trial example 1; 5 subjects tried the cream mask obtained in comparative test 1. The use requirements are as follows:
firstly, thoroughly cleaning the skin, massaging the face for three minutes, and directly applying the cream facial mask to avoid applying eyebrows and eyelashes.
② the film is directly uncovered after 20 min. The application is continued for 3 weeks, and the application is performed 3 times a week.
The effect of the call return after 3 weeks of use was evaluated as follows:
the evaluation rules are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Test items Criterion of evaluation
Whitening effect No whitening (1-2 points), no obvious whitening (3-5 points), obvious whitening (6-10 points)
Moisturizing effect No moisture (1-2 min), no obvious moisture (3-5 min) and obvious moisture (6-10 min)
Feeling of tightness of skin Skin tightness (1-2 minutes), unobvious tightness (3-5 minutes), comfort (6-10 minutes)
Smoothness of smearing Uneven application (1-2 min), uniform application (3-5 min), uniform application and smoothness (6-10 min)
Difficulty of film uncovering Adhesive skin (1-2 min), easy-to-tear film but broken film (3-5 min), once-to-tear film, no adhesion (6-10 min)
Example 1 samples were tested as in table 2:

comparative test 1 sample application is shown in table 3:
table 3:
Figure BDA0002449583130000082
through trial tests, the facial mask adopts the base cream which is ground in advance, so that the obtained facial mask has good smearing smoothness, forms an elastic facial mask, has the elasticity consistent with the elasticity of skin and has no tight feeling; and the mask is easy to be completely removed after use. In the comparative example, due to the lack of elastic wheat gluten and smooth pearl powder, the facial mask has certain tightness after being smeared and is poor in smearing smoothness after being tried.
