本发明属于食品技术领域,具体是一种用于鱿鱼烧烤的调味料配方。
背景技术
鱿鱼,也称枪乌贼、柔鱼,营养价值很高,是名贵的海产品。它和墨鱼、章鱼等软体腕足类海产品,在营养功用方面基本相同,都是富含蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等,并含有十分丰富的诸如硒、碘、锰、铜等微量元素的食物。鱿鱼的营养价值非常高,其富含蛋白质、钙、牛磺酸、磷、维生素B1等多种人体所需的营养成分,且含量极高。此外,脂肪含量极低。烤鱿鱼不仅味美,而且给卖烧烤的人带来很高的经济收入,因此为了鱿鱼更加美味研发一种用于鱿鱼烧烤的调味料配方十分必要。

本发明的目的就是为了增加烤鱿鱼的美味而研发的一种用于鱿鱼烧烤的调味料配方。

五香粉 20~30 精盐 10~15
孜然粉 20~25 味精 10~15
生姜末 10~14 蒜泥 12~16
淀粉 40~50 洋葱 70~80
