Abstract

本发明涉及一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂及其引诱装置。其特点是,组成为:异烟酸乙酯、苯甲醛、茴香醛、水杨醛、肉桂醛和液体石蜡,上述成分的体积比依次为0.02:0.02:0.005:0.035:0.02:0.9。本发明的装置制作简单,可操作性强,成本低廉,可以有效快速杀灭设施蔬菜西花蓟马,对寄主植物没有伤害,不污染环境,对蓟马类害虫的有效防治效果明显,具有实际意义。

蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂及其引诱装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂及其引诱装置。
背景技术
西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande),隶属缨翅目(Thysanoptera)蓟马科(Thripidae)花蓟马属Frankliniella,原产于北美洲,上世纪70年代后期,随着频繁的国际贸易,西花蓟马陆续扩散至世界多个国家和地区。中国于2003年在北京设施蔬菜辣椒上发现西花蓟马,随后在云南、新疆、浙江、江苏、吉林等多个省份陆续报道,在我国具有广泛的适生区。
西花蓟马是一种多食性害虫,其寄主范围极为广泛(雷仲仁等,2004;Yudin etal.),传播快(Kirk et al.,2003),采用锉吸式口器穿刺并挫伤花、叶组织,吸食汁液,导致花蕊畸变、花朵凋落、叶片干枯等,对蔬菜、花卉等植物造成严重危害(Cockfield et al.,2007),同时还可作为载体传播花生环斑病毒(groundnut ringspot virus)、菊花茎坏死病毒(chrysanthemum stemnecrosis virus)、番茄斑萎病毒(tomato spotted wilt virus)等(Jones et al.,2005),致使园艺作物受损严重。该虫个体微小,为害隐蔽,为植物检疫和预防增加了极大难度。目前,西花蓟马防治主要依赖化学药剂,再加上化学农药的不科学使用,增加了农产品及环境中的农药残留,提高了害虫的抗药性(Bielza,2008)。宁夏设施蔬菜大棚中的蓟马种群大多混合发生,其中外来入侵生物西花蓟马Frankliniellaoccidentalis(Pergande)已成为优势种群(张治科等,2016),防治难度依然较大,且随着环保和食品安全意识的提高,以及对化学农药的使用的要求,探索绿色无公害的防控技术已迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,能够吸引西花蓟马;
本发明的目的之二是以提供一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,能够达到吸引并且高效杀灭设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马的目的。
一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,其特别之处在于,组成为:异烟酸乙酯、苯甲醛、茴香醛、水杨醛、肉桂醛和液体石蜡,上述成分的体积比依次为0.02:0.02:0.005:0.035:0.02:0.9。
一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,其特别之处在于:包括顶部开口的桶状的诱杀器,在该诱杀器顶部中间设有挂钩,在该诱杀器内装有灭杀液,在该诱杀器底部设有固定架,在该固定架中间悬挂有引诱剂储存瓶,在该引诱剂储存瓶的瓶口处安装有滤网盖,在该引诱剂储存瓶内装有引诱剂。
其中灭杀液为浓度1%的洗衣粉水溶液。
其中滤网盖采用60目尼龙网纱。
其中诱杀器外壁为蓝色,并且在该外壁上覆盖有粘胶。
本发明提供了一种设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,该种内放有本研究发明的引诱剂的设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,可根据设施蔬菜株高及西花蓟马危害聚集的主要部位悬挂在田间,内有害虫杀灭液,可将吸引来的蓟马杀灭,同时该引诱装置外壁涂有蓝色及胶,可将黏贴吸引来的蓟马,从而达到高效杀灭设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马的目的,减轻其对蔬菜的危害。本发明的装置制作简单,可操作性强,成本低廉,可以有效快速杀灭设施蔬菜西花蓟马,对寄主植物没有伤害,不污染环境,对蓟马类害虫的有效防治效果明显,具有实际意义。

图2中实验条件如下:本试验于6月至11月主要在宁夏园艺产业园玻璃大棚黄瓜中开展,正常管理,相对湿度通常为50-80%,温度为15-32℃。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,组成为:异烟酸乙酯、苯甲醛、茴香醛、水杨醛、肉桂醛和液体石蜡,上述成分的体积比依次为0.02:0.02:0.005:0.035:0.02:0.9。其中异烟酸乙酯(纯度98%,上海麦克林生化有限公司)、苯甲醛(纯度98.5%,国药集团化学试剂有限公司)、茴香醛(纯度99%,上海麦克林生化有限公司)、水扬醛(纯度98%,上海麦克林生化有限公司)、肉桂醛(纯度98%,上海麦克林生化有限公司)、液体石蜡(纯度99.7%,上海广诺化学科技有限公司)。
一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,包括顶部开口的桶状的诱杀器1,在该诱杀器1顶部中间设有挂钩2,在该诱杀器1内装有灭杀液,在该诱杀器1底部设有固定架4,在该固定架4中间悬挂有引诱剂储存瓶5,在该引诱剂储存瓶5的瓶口处安装有滤网盖3,在该引诱剂储存瓶5内装有引诱剂。
其中灭杀液为质量百分比浓度1%的洗衣粉(宝洁(中国)有限公司,汰渍Tide洗衣粉)水溶液,滤网盖3采用60目尼龙网纱,另外诱杀器1外壁为蓝色,并且在该外壁上覆盖有粘胶。
本发明提供了一种设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置及引诱剂,由引诱剂储存瓶5、引诱剂储存瓶5的固定架4、诱杀器1、固定杆、悬挂钩2等组成,所述的引诱剂储存瓶5呈容量瓶形,顶部装有60目的网盖,网盖直径大于引诱剂储存瓶5上部直径,诱杀器1外壁涂为蓝色并均匀刷胶,诱杀器1内部设有用于固定并可上下移动引诱剂储存瓶5的固定架4,两根横杆末端均呈半圆形,合在一起正好固定引诱剂储存瓶5的上端,诱杀器1呈圆柱状,底部装有杀灭液,上端设有挂钩2,便于田间悬挂,等等。
本发明公开了一种设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,按成分组份包括X、B、W、V、SL(依次为异烟酸乙酯、苯甲醛、茴香醛、水杨醛、肉桂醛和液体石蜡),体积比为0.025:0.025:0.025:0.025:0.9。
为了减少化学药剂的使用,提高防控设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马效果,本发明提供了一种设施蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,为本研究通过西花蓟马寄主植物挥发性化合物的进行了提取并鉴定,然后通过嗅觉仪对西花蓟马的行为进行测定,初步筛选出一些引诱效果较好的化合物及化合物组合,再通过田间引诱试验,进一步筛选出效果最佳的化合物及化合物组合。

1.一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱剂,其特征在于,组成为:异烟酸乙酯、苯甲醛、茴香醛、水杨醛、肉桂醛和液体石蜡,上述成分的体积比依次为0.02:0.02:0.005:0.035:0.02:0.9。
2.一种蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,其特征在于:包括顶部开口的桶状的诱杀器(1),在该诱杀器(1)顶部中间设有挂钩(2),在该诱杀器(1)内装有灭杀液,在该诱杀器(1)底部设有固定架(4),在该固定架(4)中间悬挂有引诱剂储存瓶(5),在该引诱剂储存瓶(5)的瓶口处安装有滤网盖(3),在该引诱剂储存瓶(5)内装有引诱剂。
3.如权利要求3所述的蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,其特征在于:其中灭杀液为浓度1%的洗衣粉水溶液。
4.如权利要求3所述的蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,其特征在于:其中滤网盖(3)采用60目尼龙网纱。
5.如权利要求3所述的蔬菜害虫西花蓟马引诱装置,其特征在于:其中诱杀器(1)外壁为蓝色,并且在该外壁上覆盖有粘胶。
