Abstract

本发明公开了一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂,引诱剂由芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺‑3‑己烯‑1‑醇、壬醛五种组分组成;将该引诱剂溶于二氯甲烷后,滴在乳胶塞上,待自然挥发后即可制成诱芯;采用该诱芯与粘虫板的组合即构成刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱杀装置;本发明的引诱剂采用植物挥发物制成,对刺股沟臀肖叶甲有强烈的吸引作用。

Description

一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂
技术领域
本发明涉及经济林木中除虫技术,具体涉及一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂、诱芯制作方法和诱杀装置。
背景技术
刺股沟臀肖叶甲(Colaspoides opaca Jacoby)为鞘翅目(Coleoptera)肖叶甲科(Eumolpidae)沟臀肖叶甲属(Colaspoides),也叫油茶金花虫。刺股沟臀肖叶甲广泛分布于我国云南、广东、广西、台湾、海南、福建、贵州、四川等地,以成虫取食油茶(Camelliaoleifera)、茶树(Camellia sinensis)、油桐(Vernicia fordii)、羊蹄甲(Bauhiniapurpurea)、木荷属(Schima sp)等多种植物。该虫群集于油茶的嫩枝和嫩叶上取食,使叶片呈缺刻或窗斑,严重的可吃掉整片叶子。当虫口密度过大时,会降低树叶光合作用,导致树体生长不良;由于其取食造成枝叶损伤,还加速病害的传播,导致茶果减产。刺股沟臀肖叶甲被列为高度危害油茶的害虫。
韩国勇在《福建林业科技》2013年9月第40卷第3期发表的《刺股沟臀肖叶甲生物学特性》对刺股沟臀肖叶甲的生物学特性做了研究报道,刺股沟臀肖叶甲1a发生1代,11月以老熟幼虫于土下2~6cm深处越冬,翌年3~4月化蛹,4月中旬为化蛹盛期。4月下旬成虫开始羽化出土,5月上旬~6月下旬是成虫危害高峰期。该虫成虫发生期前后长达60d。频繁使用化学防治,不仅耗费劳力,增加生产成本,而且也会对周边环境和有益昆虫造成危害。植物挥发物作为一种化学信息物质,可以被害虫等生物所利用和识别,利用植物挥发物制成的引诱剂能够替代化学杀虫剂实现对害虫的诱捕消灭,并且不会对生态环境造成破坏。但目前未发现有关于由植物挥发物制成引诱剂对刺股沟臀肖叶甲进行引诱捕杀的报道。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂,旨在解决现有的刺股沟臀肖叶甲防治中存在的污染环境、对人畜有害、增加劳动成本的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂,由芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛五种组分组成。
优选地,五种组分的体积比为,芳樟醇:1~20;香叶醇:1~40;水杨酸甲酯:1~10;顺-3-己烯-1-醇:1~10;壬醛:1~50。
优选地,芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5种组分的体积比为1~10:1~20:1~5:1~5:1~30。
优选地,芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5种组分的体积比为1:2:1:1:4。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱芯制作方法,采用上述引诱剂制成,包括以下步骤:一、溶液配置,将引诱剂溶于二氯甲烷中,使得溶液的总浓度为100μL/mL;二、诱芯制作,取第一步制得的溶液50μL滴在乳胶塞凹面,待溶液自然挥发后,再次取第一步制得的溶液50μL滴在乳胶塞凹面,待溶液自然挥发后即制得刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱芯。
进一步地,制得诱芯后,密封于塑料袋中,置于4℃以下保存。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱杀装置,包含刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱芯和粘虫板。
进一步地,粘虫板为黄色。
进一步地,诱芯位于黄色粘虫板中央。
本发明的有益效果在于:第一、本发明芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3- 己烯-1-醇、壬醛五种组分为原料进行复配,所制得的引诱剂对刺股沟臀肖叶甲成虫有强烈的吸引作用;第二、本发明的引诱剂使用剂量小,没有污染、活性强;第三、本发明具有使用方法简单、高效、环保等特点,能有效替代化学农药,降低油茶、茶树的受害率,保障茶叶、茶油等农产品的绿色品质,为刺股沟臀肖叶甲的综合防治技术开辟了新的思路。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,并可依照说明书的内容予以实施,以下以本发明的较佳实施例详细说明。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
以下实施例中如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用材料、试剂若无特殊说明,均可从常规商业渠道获得。
本发明的引诱剂由芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5 个组份混合制成,将芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5个组份按照体积比为:1~20:1~40:1~10:1~10:1~50加入容器中,充分混合均匀,即可获得本发明的刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂。
以乳胶塞为引诱剂载体,使得引诱剂可以缓慢稳定地挥发,延长引诱剂使用时间。刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂诱芯的制备方法:购买医用乳胶塞,然后将以上混合好的刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂溶于二氯甲烷中,使得溶液的总浓度为100 μL/mL;接着,取第一步制得的溶液50μL滴在乳胶塞凹面,待溶液自然挥发后,再次取第一步制得的溶液50μL滴在乳胶塞凹面,待溶液自然挥发后即制得刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱芯;最后,将制作好的诱芯密封于塑料密封袋中,置于冰箱中于4℃以下保存。
为验证本配方的刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂的使用效果,发明人做了如下实验:
实验分为三组,白色粘虫板实验组、黄色粘虫板实验组和诱捕器实验组。每组采用的引诱剂均按照:芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5种组分的体积比为1:2:1:1:4的比例进行配制,并使用乳胶塞为载体制成的刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱芯。
(1)白色粘虫板实验组
实施例1
将诱芯悬挂在白色粘虫板上缘中部上方1~2cm处,即组成刺股沟臀肖叶甲的诱杀装置。将诱杀装置悬挂于树高约2.0m的油茶树侧枝外缘,高度约1.5m,正好与冠幅持平,白色粘虫板面设置方向以避免树叶遮蔽为宜。共设置诱杀装置5个,另设1个未加诱芯的空白诱杀装置;每个诱杀装置之间的距离约为40m。每5天统计一次数据,统计20天的刺股沟臀肖叶甲总量。诱捕结果如表1所示。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,由诱芯和白色粘虫板组成的刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱杀装置设置的地点不同,实施例2中将其悬挂在树高约3.0m的油茶树树冠下部侧枝外缘,高度约1.5m,其他均相同。诱捕结果如表2所示。
(2)黄色粘虫板实验组
实施例3
与实施例1的区别在于,粘虫板颜色不同,实施例3中采用了由黄色粘虫板与诱芯组成的刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱杀装置,同样地,将诱杀装置悬挂于树高约为2.0m的油茶树侧枝外缘,粘虫板高度约1.5m,正好与冠幅持平,黄色粘虫板面设置方向以避免树叶遮蔽为宜。诱捕结果如附表3所示。
实施例4
与实施例3的区别在于,刺股沟臀肖叶甲诱杀装置设置的地点不同,实施例4中将其悬挂在树高约3.0m的油茶树树冠下部侧枝外缘,高度约1.5m,其他均相同。诱捕结果如表4所示。
(3)诱捕器实验组
诱杀器制作:在550ml无色透明塑料矿泉水瓶的三分之一处,以剪刀裁剪出3个直径约为1.0cm~2.0cm的圆形小口,3个圆形小口之间距离相等;在矿泉水瓶的底部放入拇指大小蘸有溴氰菊酯乳油的100倍液的医用棉球;在细铁丝的一端绑定一个载有引诱剂的医用乳胶塞诱芯,并在细铁丝约15cm处打结将诱芯固定在塑料瓶内与圆形小口持平的位置;将细铁丝另一端穿过塑料矿泉水瓶的瓶盖,以便将简易诱捕器悬挂于油茶树的侧枝上。
实施例5
将由矿泉水瓶制成的诱杀器悬挂于树高约2.0m的油茶植株侧枝外缘,高度约1.5m的位置,正好与冠幅持平,诱杀器以避免树叶遮蔽或遭受阳光直晒为宜。共设置诱杀器5个,另设1个未加诱芯的空白诱杀器;每个诱杀器之间的距离约为40m。每5天统计一次数据,统计20天的诱捕到的刺股沟臀肖叶甲总量。诱捕结果如附表5所示。
实施例6
与实施例5的区别在于:诱杀器设置的地点不同,实施例6中将诱杀器悬挂在树高约3.0m的油茶树树冠下部侧枝外缘,高度约1.5m,其他均相同。诱捕结果如表6所示。

实施例6中统计20天5个诱杀装置共捕获794只,其中雌性416只,雄性 378只;
与空白对照组CK相比,本发明的引诱剂对刺股沟臀肖叶甲有强烈吸引作用;同时,采用黄色粘虫板的实施例3和实施例4的诱杀数量明显高于采用白色粘虫板和诱捕器的实施方式。
本申请的引诱剂未与农药联合使用,但是却也达到了与农药相近的防治效果,实现了在绿色防控刺股沟臀肖叶甲上的新突破,后期在施用剂量和使用方法上因地制宜,有望获得大面积的推广应用。

1.一种刺股沟臀肖叶甲引诱剂,其特征在于由芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛五种组分组成,所述五种组分的体积比为,
芳樟醇:1~10;
香叶醇:1~20;
水杨酸甲酯:1~5;
顺-3-己烯-1-醇:1~5;
壬醛:1~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的引诱剂,其特征在于:芳樟醇、香叶醇、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、壬醛5种组分的体积比为1:2:1:1:4。
