Abstract

本发明公开了一种可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂及其应用。本发明发现甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮联合使用对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫具有显著的驱避作用,因此可利用甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮组合作为柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的拒避剂,为柑橘大实蝇的综合防控提供新的思路。

一种可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂及其应用
技术领域:
本发明属于柑橘大实蝇防治领域,具体涉及一种可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂及其应用。
背景技术:
柑橘大实蝇Bactroceraminax(Enderlein),是我国柑橘重要害虫之一,在湖南、湖北、重庆、四川等多省的柑橘园内危害严重。大实蝇成虫产卵入果后,便无补救措施,会导致柑橘果实提前变黄脱落,未脱落的果实由于其幼虫在果实里面为害而失去商品价值,大发生时造成大量减产,给果农带来严重的经济损失。目前,对柑橘大实蝇的防治研究较多,主要是通过早采产卵果明显的青果,随时摘除被幼虫蛀害的黄果,彻底拾起落果,并集中挖坑深埋、煮沸、火烧等,方可达到灭卵除幼虫的目的。同时,采用诱饵(糖醋液或猎蝇)、诱蝇球引诱成虫的技术也是防控大实蝇的关键性技术。不过,这些诱虫技术成本较高,且在果园使用,易将别处的实蝇引诱过来。若不统一大面积应用,使用者得不偿失。
甲基丁香酚是目前用于田间监测及防治橘小实蝇的性引诱化学信息物质,对其雄成虫的引诱效果非常好。诱蝇酮也是目前比较有效的瓜实蝇引诱剂,对昆士兰果实蝇、小南瓜实蝇等56个近缘种有一定的引诱活性。
发明内容:
本发明的第一目的是提供一种可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂。
本发明的可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂,其特征在于,包括甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述可有效驱避柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的药剂在制备柑橘大实蝇雌成虫驱避剂中的应用。
本发明的第三个目的是提供甲基丁香酚联合诱蝇酮在制备柑橘大实蝇雌成虫驱避剂中的应用。
所述的甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮的质量比为5:2。
本发明发现甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮联合使用对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫具有显著的驱避作用,因此可利用甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮组合作为柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的拒避剂,为柑橘大实蝇的综合防控提供新的思路。

具体实施方式:
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
1试验材料
模拟柑橘果实的绿色粘球由湖南省园艺研究所提供;甲基丁香酚(ME)和诱蝇酮均购自广州瑞丰生物科技有限公司;
2试验方法
试验在湖南省怀化市安江镇的柑橘园进行。选取两个年龄、长势相同的柑橘园A园和B园,两者相距600m,面积各1亩左右,2017年5月20日,在A园柑橘树上挂直径7cm的绿色粘球9个,B园挂绿色粘球7个,每树挂1个。6月9日首次检查两园内各球上柑橘大实蝇的数量、鉴定雌雄。并分别在原地换上与原来同样数量的绿色粘球,同时,在A园柑橘树上挂上三组组合引诱剂,每组组合引诱剂是在一个大引诱瓶中放两个小引诱瓶,一个小引诱瓶加有5mgME,另外一个小引诱瓶中加有2mg诱蝇酮,每组组合引诱剂之间相距10m。B园不挂。10d后第二次检查粘球上柑橘大实蝇数量、鉴定雌雄。
3试验结果
柑橘园A和B两园内绿球引诱柑橘大实蝇的调查结果见表1、2、3和图1。其结果表明:A园中,投放组合引诱剂的前后两次引诱大实蝇的调查结果发现,大实蝇的雌性率、每球日平均引诱虫数和每球日平均引诱雌虫数均有显著性差异,而B园未投放组合引诱剂,前后两次调查均未显示差异。此外,A和B园首次引诱大实蝇的雌性率之间比较无显著差异,但A园投放组合引诱剂后,两者差异显著。
从以上实验结果可知,组合引诱剂投放后,绿球对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫的引诱效果减弱,说明其对雌成虫显示了比较好的驱避效果,可利用其作为驱避剂应用于田间有效防治柑橘大实蝇。
