Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,包括步骤:将四氧化三铁铁粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液;将前驱体液涂覆在基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液使前驱体液与棕榈蜡分层;在基底下方添加磁铁,前驱体液形成针状结构并进行真空除气固化,基底的表面固化的薄膜即为具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜。本发明方法制备过程简单,生产成本低廉,耐腐蚀性能好,无毒且环境友好,易于批量生产;不受基底的尺寸和形状限制,制得的涂层薄膜可作为涂层使用,也可作为薄膜单独使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超疏水薄膜的制备方法,特别是涉及一种具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法。
背景技术
超疏水、高黏附涂层薄膜在食品保鲜、集水、微机械液滴转移以及传感器等领域已经获得了越来越广泛的应用。然而目前超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备仍然存在一些挑战,例如薄膜材料的合成方式复杂,成本高,生产效率低;部分薄膜材料的生产过程对环境有一定的污染;薄膜超疏水高黏附的表面往往需要后续的工序,即先涂覆薄膜,进而在表面进行超疏水高黏附处理,这也增加了生产工序和成本。因此如何简化超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的生产制备过程,减少批量生产的限制条件,提高其适用范围是需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,制备过程简单,生产成本低廉,耐腐蚀性能好,无毒且环境友好,易于批量生产;不受基底的尺寸和形状限制,能够涂覆在大尺寸的金属或非金属材料基底表面。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、铁粉分散:将四氧化三铁铁粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液,所述四氧化三铁的质量与所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.1~2,所述四氧化三铁粒径不大于180微米;
S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,在所述前驱体液上均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,使所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液的层厚比为0.1~1;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁铁,在所述磁铁产生的磁场作用下,所述前驱体液形成针状结构,将所述磁铁、所述基底、所述前驱体液和所述棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,所述基底的表面固化的薄膜即为所述具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜。
优选地,所述四氧化三铁的质量与所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.5~1.5。
优选地,所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液的层厚比为0.1~0.5。
优选地,所述步骤S3所述磁铁产生的磁场的磁感应强度为0.3~0.5特斯拉。
优选地,所述步骤S3真空除气固化时温度为50~120摄氏度,时间为1~3小时。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)该制备方法工艺简单,成本低,一个工序内同时完成薄膜本体和超疏水高黏附表面的制备,并且薄膜材料无毒无害、环境友好。
(2)薄膜的润湿性由形成的针状结构决定,因此可以容易地根据需要调整铁粉添加量及磁场的磁感应强度进而调整表面针状结构的尺寸和密度,改变薄膜的润湿性。
(3)聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物的化学惰性显著增强薄膜耐腐蚀性能,延长薄膜的使用寿命。
(4)该薄膜能够被制成任意大小、形状,不受尺寸的限制,易于批量生产。能够涂覆在大尺寸的金属或非金属材料基底表面,如镁合金、铝合金、铜合金、钛合金、钢铁、塑料、玻璃等基底上,即可作为涂层使用,也可作为薄膜单独使用。

实施例1
按以下步骤制取具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜:
S1、铁粉分散:将粒径不大于180微米的微米级四氧化三铁铁粉与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液;四氧化三铁的质量与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.5,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量比为10:1;
S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在镁合金基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,再均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,棕榈蜡与前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,棕榈蜡与前驱体液的层厚比为0.1;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁场磁感应强度为0.1特斯拉的磁铁,在磁场作用下,前驱体液形成针状结构,将磁铁、镁合金基底、前驱体液和棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,温度为80摄氏度,时间为2.5小时,固化后表面针状结构平均高度为0.6毫米,约为6根/平方厘米。基底表面固化的涂层薄膜表面接触角为122度,倾斜90度时,液滴滑落。
实施例2
按以下步骤制取具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜:
S1、铁粉分散:将粒径不大于180微米的微米级四氧化三铁铁粉与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液;四氧化三铁的质量与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.8,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量比为10:1;
S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在玻璃基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,再均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,棕榈蜡与前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,棕榈蜡与前驱体液的层厚比为0.2;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁场磁感应强度为0.3特斯拉的磁铁,在磁场作用下,前驱体液形成针状结构,将磁铁、玻璃基底、前驱体液和棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,温度为110摄氏度,时间为1.5小时,固化后表面针状结构平均高度为1.4毫米,约为18根/平方厘米。基底表面固化的涂层薄膜表面接触角为135度,倾斜140度时,液滴滑落。

S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁场磁感应强度为0.5特斯拉的磁铁,在磁场作用下,前驱体液形成针状结构,将磁铁、玻璃基底、前驱体液和棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,温度为80摄氏度,时间为2小时,固化后将薄膜从玻璃基底上揭下,薄膜针状结构平均高度为2.7毫米,约为45根/平方厘米。基底表面固化的涂层薄膜表面接触角为156度,薄膜倾斜180度倒置时,液滴仍未滑落。

S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在不锈钢基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,再均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,棕榈蜡与前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,棕榈蜡与前驱体液的层厚比为0.8;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁场磁感应强度为0.5特斯拉的磁铁,在磁场作用下,前驱体液形成针状结构,将磁铁、不锈钢基底、前驱体液和棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,温度为80摄氏度,时间为2小时,固化后表面针状结构平均高度为1.4毫米,约为14根/平方厘米。基底表面固化的涂层薄膜表面接触角为132度,倾斜130度时,液滴滑落。
实施例9
按以下步骤制取具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜:
S1、铁粉分散:将粒径不大于180微米的微米级四氧化三铁铁粉与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液;四氧化三铁的质量与聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为2,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量比为10:1;
S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在不锈钢基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,再均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,棕榈蜡与前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,棕榈蜡与前驱体液的层厚比为1;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁场磁感应强度为0.5特斯拉的磁铁,在磁场作用下,前驱体液形成针状结构,将磁铁、不锈钢基底、前驱体液和棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,温度为80摄氏度,时间为2小时,固化后表面针状结构平均高度为1.2毫米,约为10根/平方厘米。基底表面固化的涂层薄膜表面接触角为128度,倾斜100度时,液滴滑落。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、铁粉分散:将四氧化三铁铁粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂混合搅拌均匀,获得前驱体液,所述四氧化三铁的质量与所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.1~2,所述四氧化三铁粒径不大于180微米;
S2、表面改性:将前驱体液涂覆在基底上,在前驱体液静置稳定后,在所述前驱体液上均匀滴加棕榈蜡酒精溶液悬浊液,所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液在重力作用下自然分层,使所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液的层厚比为0.1~1;
S3、针状表面固化:在基底下方添加磁铁,在所述磁铁产生的磁场作用下,所述前驱体液形成针状结构,将所述磁铁、所述基底、所述前驱体液和所述棕榈蜡一起进行真空除气固化,所述基底的表面固化的薄膜即为所述具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述四氧化三铁的质量与所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的预聚物以及交联剂的质量和之比为0.5~1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述棕榈蜡与所述前驱体液的层厚比为0.1~0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3所述磁铁产生的磁场的磁感应强度为0.3~0.5特斯拉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有针状表面结构的超疏水高黏附涂层薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3真空除气固化时温度为50~120摄氏度,时间为1~3小时。
