Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹性康复胶,可以用于手部受过伤害或进行手术的病人进行康复训练使用。其主要特征为包含一种改性聚丁二烯聚合物,羟基硅油,硼酸,二氧化硅,氧化铝,二甲基硅油,石蜡油,颜料。本发明的康复胶为一种可以UV固化的液体胶,可以自行选择模具,在紫外灯下照射成型。

一种高弹性高韧性康复胶
技术领域
本发明涉及医用康复胶领域,是一种高弹性高韧性康复胶。
背景技术
通过现代医学的研究,手部手术后需要进行复健治疗,而不能简单的静养,否则会造成手部肌肉萎缩,无力等症状。所以对复健治疗的器具也有越来越高的要求。
通过市场调查我们发现,市面上并没有单独为此领域开发产品,都是将其他领域如硅胶玩具等拿来做替代。
目前市面上的康复胶都是硅胶制成,在使用后都会出现出油,手滑等问题,并且由于硅胶的强度并不够,患者使用很小气力就能随意形变,反而达不到复健治疗的效果。
另外市面上出售的硅胶都已经有了固定的形状,不能满足所有不同的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高弹性康复胶,从而能够解决以上问题。本发明的康复胶有着非常好的弹性,其本身是一种可流动粘稠膏状物,可以通过模具进行定型,然后使用紫外灯进行照射固化成型。
本发明所提供的技术方案是:
改性聚丁二烯聚合物 30-35%
引发剂TPO 1-2%
羟基硅油107胶 40-50%
硼酸 1.5-2%
二氧化硅 10-15%
氧化铝 5-10%
二甲基硅油 0.1-1%
石蜡油 0.1-1%
颜料 0.1-1%
本发明的改性聚丁二烯聚合物为自制,其原料为Mn=1000的氢化聚丁二烯二元醇、PMX0930、二月桂酸二丁基锡、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯。
其合成过程为:
(1)将1mol的Mn=1000氢化聚丁二烯二元醇和0.5mol的PMX0930,2mol的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到反应器中。升温到60℃,搅拌均匀,加入0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡,视反应粘度加入少量丙酮降低粘度,防止搅拌不充分。
(2)第一步反应完全后,将丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应器中,升温到80℃继续反应,直到反应完全。
聚丁二烯树脂拥有很好的弹性,会用在电子元器件的缓冲层中,可以很好的吸收冲击力,并慢慢回弹成原有形状。但是由于聚丁二烯树脂结构中有非常长烷烃链的缘故,他和大部分结构的相容性都非常差,导致其应用受到限制。而目前市面是康复胶的硅胶树脂也是如此,由于硅链段的特性,导致单纯的共混改性非常困难。
所以本发明创造性的将聚丁二烯和有机硅相结合,形成一个新的结构,让两者可以进行共混。
本发明所使用的羟基硅油107胶,其结构两遍具有羟基。
本发明所使用的硼酸为一种三元酸,可以在体系中起交联的作用。
本发明所使用的二氧化硅和氧化铝起填料的作用。
本发明所使用的颜料,可以让产品产生12种不同的颜色,红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫、灰、粉、黑、白、棕。
本发明的产品为粘稠状液体,可以通过模具进行定性,然后使用紫外灯进行照射固化成型。
具体实施方法
本发明所提供的技术方案是:
改性聚丁二烯聚合物 30-35%
引发剂TPO 1-2%
羟基硅油107胶 40-50%
硼酸 1.5-2%
二氧化硅 10-15%
氧化铝 5-10%
二甲基硅油 0.1-1%
石蜡油 0.1-1%
颜料 0.1-1%
其中聚丁二烯聚合物的合成方法为:
(1)将1mol的Mn=1000氢化聚丁二烯二元醇和0.5mol的PMX0930,2mol的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到反应器中。升温到60℃,搅拌均匀,加入0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡,视反应粘度加入少量丙酮降低粘度,防止搅拌不充分。
(2)第一步反应完全后,将丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应器中,升温到80℃继续反应,直到反应完全。
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本申请做进一步详细描述。
由于本发明制备方法为简单的分散混合,此处不做详细说明。

以上实施例完成后,可以通过紫外固化机进行固化。可以根据需要选择DYMAX或赫利士的实验室型固化机。推荐固化条件:在能量300-400mJ/cm2,固化时间为7min。
为了证明本发明的高弹性以及高韧性,我们做了以下测试。
制备了50um*0.7mm*10cm的样条,进行断裂伸长率以及弹性模量实验。
断裂伸长率以及弹性模量使用万能拉力仪进行测试,结果如下所示:

从上述实验可以证明,虽然对比纯硅胶产品,本发明的断裂伸长率都有所下降,但是弹性模量有所提高,证明本发明是一款高弹性的康复胶。另外对于康复胶类制品,600%的伸长率属于额外溢出性能,所以本发明认为损失这些伸长率并不影响产品使用。
综上所述,本发明是一款高弹性康复胶。

Claims (6)

1.一种高韧性康复胶,其特征为包含30-35%的改性聚丁二烯聚合物,1-2%的引发剂TPO,40-50%的羟基硅油,1.5-2%的硼酸,10-15%的二氧化硅,5-10%氧化铝,0.1-1%二甲基硅油,0.1-1%石蜡油,0.1-1%颜料;
其中改性聚丁二烯聚合物的合成方法为:将1mol的Mn=1000氢化聚丁二烯二元醇和0.5mol的PMX0930,2mol的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到反应器中,升温到60℃,搅拌均匀,加入0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡,视反应粘度加入少量丙酮降低粘度,防止搅拌不充分;
第一步反应完全后,将丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应器中,升温到80℃继续反应,直到反应完全。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧性康复胶,其特征在于所用的羟基硅油为107胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧性康复胶,其特征在于康复胶中包含颜料,颜料选自红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫、灰、粉、黑、白、棕中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧性康复胶,其特征在于康复胶为液体,通过磨具做出各种形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧性康复胶,其特征在于康复胶通过在紫外灯下照射成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧性康复胶,其特征在于康复胶用于手部受过伤害或进行手术的病人进行康复训练使用。
