3. The intelligent elevator sterilization and disinfection method of claim 1, further comprising: the elevator controller generates a call signal when a passenger presses an elevator button or makes a voice call.
4. The intelligent elevator sterilizing and disinfecting method according to claim 3, wherein the elevator controller is driven to detect the state of passengers in the elevator car and the real-time state of the elevator in real time when the elevator car door is closed.
5. An elevator controller, comprising:
a sleep module for generating a sleep signal;
the calling module is used for generating calling signals;
the detection module is used for detecting the sleep signal and the calling signal in real time;
and the control module is used for closing the illumination and ventilation flow and starting the ultraviolet light disinfection and sterilization flow when the detection module detects the dormancy signal, and closing the ultraviolet light disinfection and sterilization flow and starting the illumination and ventilation flow when the detection module detects the call calling signal.
6. The elevator controller of claim 5, wherein the call module comprises:
the detection unit is used for detecting the passenger state in the lift car and the real-time state of the elevator in real time;
the timing unit is used for timing when the detection unit detects that no passenger exists in the elevator car and the elevator is in a waiting state;
and the dormancy unit is used for generating a dormancy signal when the timing time of the timing unit reaches the preset time and the detection unit detects that the passenger state in the car and the real-time state of the elevator are not changed.
7. An intelligent elevator sterilization and disinfection system is characterized by comprising a relay, a ventilation device, a lighting device, a sterilization and disinfection device and an elevator controller of claim 5 or 6;
the elevator controller is connected with the ventilation device to form a ventilation circuit;
the elevator controller is connected with the lighting device to form a lighting circuit;
the elevator controller is sequentially connected with the relay and the sterilization and disinfection device to form a sterilization and disinfection circuit.

The intelligent elevator sterilization and disinfection system of claim 7, wherein the sterilization and disinfection device comprises a power supply box arranged on the top of the elevator car and ultraviolet lamps arranged on the side wall of the elevator car, and the ultraviolet lamps are connected with the relay through the power supply box;
the ultraviolet lamp is arranged on the side wall of the lift car opposite to the elevator control box, and a lamp wire of the ultraviolet lamp is connected to the power supply box through the wire passing hole or the ventilation hole of the ventilation device;
the distance between the top of the ultraviolet lamp and the top wall of the car is 100-150 mm.
9. The intelligent elevator sterilization and disinfection system of claim 8, wherein said sterilization and disinfection device further comprises a lampshade, said lampshade comprising a base plate, a protective cover and a fixing buckle disposed on said base plate;
the bottom plate and the protective cover are mutually spliced to form a hollow cavity, the ultraviolet lamp is packaged in the hollow cavity, and the ultraviolet lamp is fixed on the side wall of the lift car through the bottom plate;
the fixing buckle is provided with an opening and is buckled on the ultraviolet lamp through the opening so as to fix the ultraviolet lamp.

The intelligent elevator sterilization and disinfection system of claim 9, wherein the cross-sections of the base plate and the protective cover are both U-shaped, the top of the outer wall of the base plate is attached to the top of the inner wall of the protective cover, and the bottom of the inner wall of the base plate is attached to the bottom of the outer wall of the protective cover.
