Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of elevator environment monitoring, in particular to an automatic elevator car disinfection method.
Background
From SARS epidemic in 2003 to new coronary pneumonia epidemic in 2020, an effective method for preventing the spread of epidemic before the manufacture of a targeted drug is: for the infectious diseases which are mainly transmitted by spray and contact, sanitary disinfection work needs to be carried out timely and comprehensively to disinfect pathogens timely.
The method has two problems that one is extremely dependent on human resources, and peculiar smell of a disinfectant cannot be dissipated in the closed elevator car, so that secondary pollution of the elevator car is caused, and the other is that germs cannot be sterilized in real time in the daily use process and still can be dissipated in the frequent use process in the daytime, in addition, a special disinfection lamp tube is installed for irradiation disinfection, but if the operation is improper, and may cause personal injury to passengers.
Because the ultraviolet ray sanitary disinfection of the elevator car damages people, except for controlling the ozone leakage amount, people do not exist in the elevator car when the ultraviolet lamp is started, and in order to ensure the timeliness of the sanitary disinfection and the safety of passengers, the invention provides a reliable, effective and automatic disinfection method.
Disclosure of Invention
The automatic disinfection method can effectively kill pathogens, does not need to spend manpower, is more real-time and efficient, does not cause secondary pollution to the elevator car, and does not cause harm to human bodies.
An automatic disinfection method for an elevator car, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the ultraviolet killing lamp is arranged at the top of the elevator car, and is controlled to be turned on or turned off by a relay connected in series, wherein the relay is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is connected with an elevator working system;
(2) analyzing the elevator state signal by using the single chip microcomputer, and turning on an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp by the single chip microcomputer through a relay when the elevator is in a non-running or flat-bed state for 20-40 s;
(3) set up a safety circuit to can control the relay, safety circuit includes infrared sensor, and when infrared sensor detected someone in the car, the accessible safety circuit closed ultraviolet ray lamp of killing.
Preferably, when the single chip microcomputer detects an elevator state signal of 1-2h of the accumulated operation time of the elevator, the single chip microcomputer can control the elevator working system to enter an overhaul mode, and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is turned on through the relay to perform forced sterilization.
Preferably, the forced killing time is 2-5min.
Preferably, the central wavelength range of the ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp is within the range of 200-300 nm.
According to the disinfection method provided by the invention, the state signal of the elevator is analyzed through the single chip microcomputer, the running clearance time of the elevator is fully utilized, safety measures are set, the safety loop detects whether a person exists in the elevator car through the infrared sensor, the safety of the disinfection method is further ensured, the safety problem under special conditions is avoided, if the elevator reaches a target floor and the person in the elevator car does not leave the elevator car under the non-running state, the signal received by the single chip microcomputer is that the elevator does not run, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is turned on through the relay after 20-40s, but at the moment, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is turned off through the safety loop when the person in the elevator car is monitored by the safety loop.
On the other hand, the disinfection method provided by the invention also comprises a forced killing function, if the elevator is in a working state all the time, the killing work cannot be triggered by the single chip microcomputer, and if the single chip microcomputer detects an elevator state signal with the accumulated running time of 1-2h, the set forced killing mode can be started, so that the safety in the elevator car is further ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the elevator car for disinfection and sanitation, and can effectively kill a plurality of harmful bacteria such as novel coronavirus, SARS, influenza virus, avian influenza virus, hepatitis B virus and the like.
