The sterilization condition can be set to be that the interval time after the elevator is sterilized last time exceeds the preset time, namely, after the elevator air conditioner performs the sterilization operation, the interval time is recorded, and when the interval time exceeds the preset time, the sterilization condition is satisfied, so that the elevator air conditioner can perform the sterilization operation.
Alternatively, the sterilization condition may be set such that the cumulative number of people using the elevator exceeds a preset number of people after the elevator is sterilized last time, that is, the cumulative number of people using the elevator starts to be recorded after the elevator air conditioner performs the sterilization operation, and when the cumulative number of people exceeds the preset number of people, the sterilization condition is satisfied, so that the elevator air conditioner can perform the sterilization operation.
Further alternatively, whether the sterilization condition is satisfied or not may be determined according to the two parameters, and the like, and such adjustment and change of the specific content of the sterilization condition without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Illustratively, the sterilization condition is taken as the distance from the last time when the elevator is sterilized, the interval time exceeds the preset time, and the accumulated number of people using the elevator exceeds the preset number of people. Install the camera in the elevator to make the camera carry out the communication with the controller of elevator air conditioner, be provided with two counters in the controller: a first counter for recording the number of accumulated people using the elevator and a second counter for recording the interval time,
after the elevator air conditioner performs the sterilization operation, the numerical values of the first counter and the second counter are reset, the second counter starts to record the interval time, when the camera shoots that a person enters the elevator, the first counter records the accumulated number of the person entering the elevator, meanwhile, the accumulated numerical value of the first counter is compared with the preset number of the person, the accumulated numerical value of the second counter is compared with the preset time, when the accumulated number of the person is greater than the preset number of the person and the interval time is greater than the preset time, the elevator is required to be sterilized, and the elevator air conditioner can perform the sterilization operation.
In the process of executing the sterilization operation by the elevator air conditioner, the controller of the elevator air conditioner can automatically acquire the called accumulated times of the elevator and then judge whether the elevator air conditioner needs to stop executing the sterilization operation according to the called accumulated times of the elevator.
That is to say, the controller of the air conditioner of the elevator can judge whether the sterilization condition is satisfied according to the accumulated number of people and the interval time, when the sterilization condition is satisfied, the sterilization operation is automatically executed, the elevator is sterilized in time, and in the process of sterilizing the elevator, whether the sterilization needs to be stopped can be judged according to the accumulated number of times of the call of the elevator.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to two specific embodiments.
Example one
The following describes a technical solution of a first embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 4.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the elevator is divided into an idle time period, a general time period, and a busy time period according to the number of people using the elevator, where the idle time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is low, the busy time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is high, and the general time period is other time periods except the idle time period and the busy time period.
Illustratively, one day can be divided into 24 time intervals in the unit of hour, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator being lower than 5 times/hour can be listed as an idle time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator being higher than 15 times/hour can be listed as a busy time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator being between 5 times/hour and 15 times/hour can be listed as a general time interval, and the number of people using the elevator in each time interval can be analyzed according to the historical use data of the elevator, so that the idle time interval, the general time interval and the busy time interval can be determined.
As shown in fig. 5, the sterilization control method of the present embodiment includes: judging whether the sterilization condition is met; when the sterilizing condition is met, the elevator air conditioner is enabled to execute the sterilizing operation to sterilize the elevator; acquiring the called accumulated times of the elevator in the process of executing the sterilization operation by the elevator air conditioner; comparing the called accumulated times of the elevator with a first preset value; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a first preset value, whether the current time interval is a busy time interval is further judged according to historical use data of the elevator; and selectively stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation according to the judgment result.
Specifically, if the current time period is a busy time period, stopping the elevator air conditioner from performing the sterilization operation; if the current time interval is not the busy time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation; comparing the called accumulated times of the elevator with a second preset value; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a second preset value, whether the current time interval is an idle time interval is further judged according to historical use data of the elevator; selectively stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation according to the judgment result; if the current time interval is not the idle time interval, stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation; if the current time interval is the idle time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation, and the air conditioner of the elevator is stopped to execute the sterilization operation when the time reaches the ordinary time interval or the busy time interval.
That is, in this embodiment, two preset values are set for the accumulated number of times the elevator is called: the device comprises a first preset value and a second preset value, wherein the second preset value is larger than the first preset value. The specific values of the first preset value and the second preset value can be flexibly set by those skilled in the art according to experiments or experience.
Illustratively, the control module of the elevator is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner of the elevator, a counter for recording the accumulated number of times of calling of the elevator is arranged in the controller of the air conditioner, the elevator is forbidden to be used in the process of sterilizing the elevator, a button of the elevator is triggered once, the control module of the elevator sends a signal once to the controller of the air conditioner of the elevator, the counter records once, and meanwhile, the accumulated value of the counter is compared with a first preset value and a second preset value respectively, for example, the first preset value is 2, and the second preset value is 5.
When the accumulated times is more than 2, the situation shows that people need to take the elevator at the moment, under the situation, the elevator air conditioner is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation, whether the current time interval is a busy time interval is further judged according to the historical use data of the elevator, and whether the elevator air conditioner is stopped to execute the sterilization operation is determined according to the judgment result.
If the current time interval is just the busy time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is stopped to execute the sterilization operation, and the operation of the elevator is preferentially ensured, but if the current time interval is not the busy time interval, the current time interval may be a general time interval or an idle time interval, because the called times of the elevator are not many, in the situation, the air conditioner of the elevator is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation at first, and the sterilization of the elevator is continued.
The timer continuously records the called accumulative times of the elevator, before the accumulative times exceed 5, if a busy time interval occurs, the air conditioner of the elevator is immediately enabled to execute sterilization operation, however, if the busy time interval does not occur until the accumulative times exceed 5, and when the accumulative number of people exceeds 5, whether the current time interval is an idle time interval or not is further judged according to the historical use data of the elevator.
If the current time interval is not an idle time interval, namely, the current time interval can be a general time interval or a busy time interval, in both cases, because the called times of the elevator are more, the air conditioner of the elevator needs to stop executing the sterilization operation, so that the elevator can be recovered to run; however, if the current time interval is just the idle time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not made to perform the sterilization operation at first, the elevator is continuously sterilized, and when the busy time interval or the common time interval is reached, the air conditioner of the elevator is made to stop performing the sterilization operation.
It should be noted that, after the number of times of accumulation is greater than the second preset value, the counter may continue to record the number of times of accumulation, or the counter may stop recording.
It should be noted that when the air conditioner of the elevator needs to stop performing the sterilization operation, only the sterilization device can be stopped, the sterilization agent is not sprayed, and both the fan and the sterilization device can be stopped.
In addition, it should be noted that when the cumulative number of times that the elevator is called is less than or equal to the first preset value, which indicates that the cumulative number of times that the elevator is called is relatively small or the elevator is not called, the air conditioner of the elevator does not need to be stopped to perform the sterilization operation.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: if the elevator air conditioner is forced to stop performing the sterilization operation in a busy hour and/or a general hour, comparing the time period for performing the sterilization operation of the elevator air conditioner before stopping performing the sterilization operation with a preset time period; if the time length of the sterilization operation performed by the elevator air conditioner is less than the preset time length, the elevator air conditioner is made to perform the sterilization operation to sterilize the elevator when the time reaches the idle time period and no person is in the elevator.
After the elevator air conditioner is forced to stop executing the sterilization operation in a busy time period or a general time period, comparing the time length for executing the sterilization operation with a preset time length before the sterilization operation is forced to stop, and when the time length for executing the sterilization operation is less than the preset time length, showing that the time length for executing the sterilization operation is shorter, the sterilization effect is not achieved or the sterilization effect is too poor, in this situation, when the idle time period is reached, the elevator is continuously sterilized, and the sterilization effect on the elevator can be ensured; of course, if the time length for executing the sterilization operation is greater than or equal to the preset time length, it indicates that the time length for executing the sterilization operation is longer, a better sterilization effect is achieved, and the sterilization operation is finished.
It should be noted that, whether someone is in the elevator can be judged according to the image collected by the camera, and only when no person is in the elevator, the elevator air conditioner is enabled to execute the sterilization operation.
EXAMPLE III
The following describes a second embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 5.
It should be noted that, similarly to the embodiment, in the embodiment, the idle time period, the general time period, and the busy time period are divided according to the number of people using the elevator, where the idle time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is low, the busy time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is high, and the general time period is other time periods except the idle time period and the busy time period.
Similarly to the embodiment, one day can be divided into 24 time intervals by taking hours as a unit, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator is lower than 5 times/hour can be listed as an idle time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator is higher than 15 times/hour is listed as a busy time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator from 5 times/hour to 15 times/hour is listed as a general time interval, and the number of people using the elevator in each time interval can be analyzed according to historical use data of the elevator, so that the idle time interval, the general time interval and the busy time interval can be determined.
As shown in fig. 5, the sterilization control method of the present embodiment includes:
judging whether the sterilization condition is met; when the sterilizing condition is met, the elevator air conditioner is enabled to execute the sterilizing operation to sterilize the elevator; acquiring the called accumulated times of the elevator in the process of executing the sterilization operation by the elevator air conditioner; comparing the called accumulated times of the elevator with a first preset value; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a first preset value, whether the current time interval is a busy time interval is further judged according to historical use data of the elevator; and selectively stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation according to the judgment result.
Specifically, if the current time period is a busy time period, stopping the elevator air conditioner from performing the sterilization operation; if the current time interval is not the busy time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation; comparing the called accumulated times of the elevator with a second preset value; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a second preset value, whether the current time interval is an idle time interval is further judged according to historical use data of the elevator; selectively stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation according to the judgment result; if the current time interval is not the idle time interval, stopping the elevator air conditioner from executing the sterilization operation; if the current time interval is the idle time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not stopped to execute the sterilization operation, and the called accumulated times of the elevator are compared with a third preset value; and if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than or equal to a third preset value, stopping the air conditioner of the elevator to execute the sterilization operation.
That is, in the present embodiment, three preset values are set for the cumulative number of people: the first preset value, the second preset value and the third preset value are sequentially arranged from small to large, wherein the third preset value is a limit value. The specific values of the first preset value, the second preset value and the third preset value can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art according to experiments or experience.
Illustratively, the control module of the elevator is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner of the elevator, a counter for recording the accumulated number of times of the called call of the elevator is arranged in the controller of the air conditioner, the elevator is forbidden to be used in the process of sterilizing the elevator, a button of the elevator is triggered once, the control module of the elevator sends a signal once to the controller of the air conditioner of the elevator, the counter records once, and meanwhile, the accumulated value of the counter is compared with a first preset value and a second preset value respectively, for example, the first preset value is 2, the second preset value is 5, and the third preset value is 10.
If the current time interval is not an idle time interval, namely, the current time interval can be a general time interval or a busy time interval, in both cases, because the called times of the elevator are more, the air conditioner of the elevator needs to stop executing the sterilization operation, so that the elevator can be recovered to run; however, if the current time interval is just the idle time interval, the air conditioner of the elevator is not made to perform the sterilization operation first, and the sterilization of the elevator is continued.
The timer keeps recording the number of times of calling the elevator, before the number of times of accumulation exceeds 10, if a busy time interval or a general time interval occurs, the air conditioner of the elevator is immediately made to execute the sterilization operation, but if the number of times of accumulation exceeds 10, the busy time interval and the general time interval do not occur, and when the number of people accumulation exceeds 10, the air conditioner of the elevator is immediately made to stop executing the sterilization operation.
When the air conditioner of the elevator needs to stop executing the sterilization operation, only the sterilization device can be stopped, the sterilization device is not sprayed, the fan and the sterilization device can be stopped, and in addition, after the sterilization device stops operating, the exhaust fan in the elevator is started to discharge the sterilization agent in the elevator.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
