Abstract

Illustratively, the second pressure sensor 5 is mounted on the housing 1, the liquid storage tank 2 is horizontally arranged, in the situation that the mounting is completed, the liquid storage tank 2 is just pressed on the second pressure sensor 5, the value of the second pressure sensor 5 when the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is sterilized for only one time is taken as a preset value, when the value of the second pressure sensor 5 is smaller than the preset value, the shortage of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is indicated, and at the moment, a prompt message of liquid shortage can be sent to a user, so that the user can supplement the sterilizing liquid into the liquid storage tank 2 in time, and the influence on the next sterilization is avoided.
Based on the air conditioner, the invention also provides a sterilization control method of the air conditioner.
The sterilization control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention; fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the sterilization control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
after the sterilization instruction is received, the sterilization device,
s1: acquiring a value of a first pressure sensor;
s2: acquiring a value of a second pressure sensor;
s3: and selectively operating the fan and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the value of the first pressure sensor and the value of the second pressure sensor.
Before the air conditioner executes a sterilization mode, the numerical values of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are firstly acquired, the numerical values of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor can be acquired simultaneously, or the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is firstly acquired and then the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is acquired, or the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is firstly acquired and then the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is acquired, the installation state of a liquid storage tank of the sterilization device and the quantity of sterilization liquid in the liquid storage tank can be respectively reflected through the numerical value of the first pressure sensor and the numerical value of the second pressure sensor, and then the fan and the sterilization device are selectively operated to sterilize a room according to the conditions reflected by the numerical value of the first pressure sensor and the numerical value of the second pressure sensor.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the step of selectively operating the blower and the sterilization apparatus to sterilize the room according to the value of the first pressure sensor and the value of the second pressure sensor specifically includes: comparing the value of the first pressure sensor with a first preset value; comparing the value of the second pressure sensor with a second preset value; and selectively operating the fan and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the comparison result.
The air conditioner is characterized in that a first preset value and a second preset value are prestored in a controller of the air conditioner, the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, numerical values of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor can be transmitted to the controller in real time, the air conditioner can compare the numerical values of the first pressure sensor with the first preset value to judge whether a liquid storage tank of the sterilizing device is installed or not, the air conditioner can also compare the numerical values of the second pressure sensor with the second preset value to judge whether sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank of the sterilizing device is sufficient or not, and then the fan and the sterilizing device are selectively operated according to a judgment result.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set specific values of the first preset value and the second preset value through experiments, as long as whether the liquid storage tank is installed or not can be judged through the critical point determined by the first preset value and whether the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank is sufficient or not can be judged through the critical point determined by the second preset value.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the step of "selectively operating the blower and the sterilization apparatus to sterilize the room according to the comparison result" specifically includes: if the value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a first preset value and the value of the second pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a second preset value, enabling the fan and the sterilization device to operate to sterilize the room; and if the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value or the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, the fan and the sterilization device are not operated.
When the value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the fact that the liquid storage tank of the sterilization device is installed is proved, and when the value of the second pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the second preset value, the fact that the sterilization liquid in the liquid storage tank is sufficient is also proved.
On the contrary, when the value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value, it indicates that the liquid storage tank of the sterilization device is not installed, or when the value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, it indicates that the sterilization liquid in the liquid storage tank is insufficient, and if one of the two conditions occurs, it indicates that the liquid storage tank of the sterilization device cannot work normally, and in this situation, the air conditioner cannot execute the sterilization mode, i.e. the fan and the sterilization device are not operated.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: and if the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value, the air conditioner sends prompt information that the liquid storage tank is not installed to a user.
When the value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value, the fact that the liquid storage tank of the sterilization device is not installed is indicated, in this situation, the air conditioner cannot execute a sterilization mode, meanwhile, the air conditioner is required to send prompt information that the liquid storage tank is not installed to a user, so that the user can reinstall the liquid storage tank, the sterilization device can recover to operate normally as soon as possible, and sterilization work is prevented from being influenced.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: and if the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value and the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is less than the second preset value, the air conditioner sends a prompt message of liquid shortage of the liquid storage tank to the user.
When the value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value, it is indicated that the liquid storage tank of the sterilization device is installed, however, the value of the second pressure sensor is less than the second preset value, it is indicated that the sterilization liquid in the liquid storage tank is insufficient, in this situation, the air conditioner cannot execute the sterilization mode, and meanwhile, the air conditioner is required to send prompt information of liquid shortage of the liquid storage tank to a user, so that the user adds the sterilization liquid into the liquid storage tank, the sterilization device recovers to normal operation as soon as possible, and sterilization work is prevented from being influenced.
It should be noted that, only when the liquid storage tank is installed, when the value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, the air conditioner is enabled to send a prompt message that the liquid storage tank is short of liquid to the user, and if the liquid storage tank is not installed, even if the value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, the air conditioner is not enabled to send the prompt message that the liquid storage tank is short of liquid to the user, so as to avoid misjudgment and send a wrong prompt message to the user.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: in the process of sterilizing a room, if it is detected that an electronic lock of a door of the room is unlocked, the sterilizing apparatus is stopped and the door is selectively allowed to be opened according to a progress of sterilization.
In the process of sterilizing a room, a large amount of bactericide needs to be sprayed into the room, so that a user is not suitable for being in the room during the process of sterilizing the room, and generally chooses to sterilize the room during an outgoing period (such as a working period).
Therefore, the electronic lock of the door is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, and in the process of sterilizing the room, if the electronic lock of the door is unlocked, which indicates that the user returns, the electronic lock sends a signal to the controller, the controller firstly controls the sterilizing device to stop running, does not spray the sterilizing agent any more, and selectively allows the door to be opened according to the sterilizing process.
It should be noted that two unlocking instructions can be set for the electronic lock of the door, the user can unlock the first unlocking instruction through a fingerprint or a password, the second unlocking instruction is controlled by the controller of the air conditioner, under a general condition, the electronic lock only starts one unlocking instruction, namely the first unlocking instruction, and under the condition, the electronic lock can be unlocked and the door can be opened as long as the user inputs a correct fingerprint or password; however, in the process of sterilizing the room, the electronic lock starts two unlocking instructions, in this case, the user inputs a correct fingerprint or password to unlock only the first unlocking instruction, and cannot unlock the electronic lock completely, and the controller of the air conditioner is required to send the second unlocking instruction to unlock the electronic lock completely, so as to open the door.
Preferably, the step of "selectively allowing the door to open according to the sterilization progress" specifically includes: comparing the operating time of the sterilization device with a preset time; if the running time is less than the preset time, allowing the door to be opened; if the operation time is greater than or equal to the preset time, the door is not allowed to open.
When the operation time of the sterilizing device is less than the preset time, the operation time of the sterilizing device is short, and the sterilizing agent sprayed to the room is not much, in this case, the door can be allowed to be opened, so that the user can enter the room; on the contrary, when the operation time of the sterilization device is greater than or equal to the preset time, the operation time of the sterilization device is longer, and more bactericides are sprayed into the room.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific value of the preset time according to experiments or experiences, as long as the critical point determined by the preset time can determine that the bactericide sprayed by the sterilizing apparatus will not cause damage to the user. Further, in the case where the air conditioner is provided with a plurality of sterilization modes, a specific value of the preset time corresponding to each sterilization mode may be set according to the injection speed of the sterilization apparatus in each sterilization mode.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: in a case where the door is not allowed to be opened, when the number of times the electronic lock is unlocked reaches a preset number of times, the door is allowed to be opened. Illustratively, the preset number of times is 3, in the case that the door is not allowed to be opened, if the user unlocks the electronic lock 3 times by means of the fingerprint or the password, it indicates that the user may have to enter the room in an emergency, and in this case, the controller sends a second unlocking instruction to the electronic lock, allowing the door to be opened.
It should be noted that after the user is allowed to enter the room, the air conditioner may send a voice prompt to inform the user that the room is being sterilized and ask the user to leave the room as soon as possible.
It should also be noted that, during the sterilization of a room, if it is detected that the electronic lock of the door of the room is unlocked, the door may be selectively allowed to open according to the concentration of the sterilant in the room.
Specifically, the step of "selectively allowing the door to open according to the concentration of the bactericide in the room" specifically includes: acquiring a concentration value of the bactericide in the room; comparing the concentration value with a preset value; if the concentration value is smaller than the preset value, allowing the door to be opened; if the concentration value is greater than or equal to the preset value, the door is not allowed to open.
A bactericide concentration detection sensor can be arranged in a room and is communicated with a controller of the air conditioner, after the controller receives a signal sent by an electronic lock, the concentration value of the bactericide in the room is compared with a preset value, and when the concentration value is smaller than the preset value, the concentration of the bactericide in the room is lower, under the condition, a door can be allowed to be opened, and a user can enter the room; conversely, when the concentration value is greater than or equal to the preset value, it indicates that the concentration of the bactericide in the room is high, in which case the door is not allowed to open, and the user is prohibited from entering the room.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific numerical value of the preset value according to experiments or experiences, as long as a critical point determined by the preset value can determine that the bactericide in the room will not cause damage to the user.
Preferably, the sterilization control method of the present invention further comprises: in the process of sterilizing the room, if the presence of a person in the room is detected, the operation of the sterilizing device is stopped. The camera can be installed in the room and is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, and when the camera detects that a person is in the room, the controller controls the sterilizing device to stop running immediately. Through such setting, can further improve the security, avoid or reduce the injury to the user.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A sterilization control method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner comprises an indoor unit, and the indoor unit is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a housing having an air outlet;
a fan disposed within the housing;
the sterilizing device is arranged on the shell and is close to the air outlet, the sterilizing device can spray vaporous sterilizing agent, and the sterilizing device comprises a liquid storage tank for storing sterilizing liquid;
the first pressure sensor is positioned between the liquid storage tank and the shell, and the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is used for reflecting the installation state of the liquid storage tank; and
the second pressure sensor is positioned between the liquid storage tank and the shell, and the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is used for reflecting the quantity of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank;
the sterilization control method comprises the following steps:
after a sterilization instruction is received, acquiring a numerical value of the first pressure sensor and a numerical value of the second pressure sensor;
selectively operating the fan and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the value of the first pressure sensor and the value of the second pressure sensor.
2. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of selectively operating the blower and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the value of the first pressure sensor and the value of the second pressure sensor specifically comprises:
comparing the value of the first pressure sensor with a first preset value;
comparing the value of the second pressure sensor with a second preset value;
selectively operating the blower and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the comparison result.
3. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the step of selectively operating the blower and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the comparison result specifically comprises:
and if the value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value and the value of the second pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the second preset value, operating the fan and the sterilization device to sterilize the room.
4. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the step of selectively operating the blower and the sterilization device to sterilize the room according to the comparison result specifically comprises:
and if the value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value or the value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, the fan and the sterilization device are not operated.
5. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, further comprising:
and if the value of the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first preset value, the air conditioner sends prompt information that the liquid storage tank is not installed to a user.
6. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, further comprising:
and if the numerical value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value and the numerical value of the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second preset value, the air conditioner is enabled to send prompt information of liquid shortage of the liquid storage tank to a user.
7. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
in the course of sterilizing the room in question,
stopping the operation of the sterilizing apparatus if it is detected that the electronic lock of the door of the room is unlocked,
and selectively allowing the door to open according to the progress of the sterilization or the concentration of the sterilant in the room.
8. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the step of selectively allowing the door to be opened according to the progress of sterilization specifically comprises:
comparing the operating time of the sterilization device with a preset time;
if the running time is less than the preset time, allowing the door to be opened;
if the operation time is greater than or equal to the preset time, the door is not allowed to open.
9. The sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and in the process of sterilizing the room, if the person in the room is detected, stopping the sterilizing device from operating.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising a controller configured to be able to execute the sterilization control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
