Illustratively, the second pressure sensor 5 is mounted on the housing 1, the liquid storage tank 2 is horizontally arranged, in the situation that the mounting is completed, the liquid storage tank 2 is just pressed on the second pressure sensor 5, the value of the second pressure sensor 5 when the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is sterilized for only one time is taken as a preset value, when the value of the second pressure sensor 5 is smaller than the preset value, the shortage of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is indicated, and at the moment, a prompt message of liquid shortage can be sent to a user, so that the user can supplement the sterilizing liquid into the liquid storage tank 2 in time, and the influence on the next sterilization is avoided.
Based on the air conditioner, the invention also provides a control method of the air conditioner.
The control method of the air conditioner of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention; fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the present invention includes the steps of: operating the fan and the sterilizing device to sterilize the room; when the preset conditions are met, stopping the operation of the fan and the sterilization device, and operating the sweeping robot to sweep the room; the preset condition is that the operation time of the sterilizing device reaches a first preset time, or the preset condition is that the concentration of the sterilizing agent in the room reaches a preset concentration.
The invention relates to a sweeping robot and an air conditioner, and exemplarily enables the sweeping robot to be communicated with a controller of the air conditioner.
Taking the preset condition as an example that the operation time of the sterilizing device reaches the first preset time, when the time reaches the sterilizing time set by the user or receives a sterilizing instruction sent by the user, the fan and the sterilizing device are operated, the sterilizing device sprays the vaporous sterilizing agent into the room to sterilize the room, when the operation time of the sterilizing device reaches the first preset time (for example, 15 minutes), the sterilizing agent sprayed by the sterilizing device meets the sterilizing requirement, at the moment, the fan and the sterilizing device can stop operating, and meanwhile, the sweeping robot is operated to clean the room.
After the fan and the sterilizing device stop operating, the sterilizing agent in the room continues to be sterilized, and as time goes on, part of the sterilizing agent can fall to the ground of the room, so that the sweeping robot cleans the room and can clean the sterilizing agent falling to the ground.
It should be noted that, compared with the method that the floor sweeping robot cleans the room and then sterilizes the room, the method enables the floor sweeping robot to clean the room in the process of killing the room, so that the time of the whole process (sterilization and cleaning) can be reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may set the specific value of the first preset time according to experiments or experience, as long as the critical point determined by the first preset time enables the amount of the bactericide sprayed by the sterilizing apparatus to meet the sterilizing requirement.
If the preset condition is set that the concentration of the bactericide in the room reaches the preset concentration, a bactericide concentration detection sensor can be arranged in the room and is communicated with a controller of the air conditioner, so that the detected concentration value of the bactericide in the room is timely transmitted to the controller, when the concentration value of the bactericide in the room reaches the preset concentration, the bactericide sprayed by the sterilizing device meets the sterilizing requirement, at the moment, the fan and the sterilizing device can be stopped, and meanwhile, the sweeping robot is operated to clean the room.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may set the specific value of the preset concentration according to experiments or experience, as long as the critical point determined by the preset concentration enables the amount of the bactericide in the room to meet the sterilization requirement.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the control method of the present invention further includes: and when the time for stopping the operation of the fan and the sterilizing device reaches a second preset time, opening the intelligent window of the room so as to ventilate the room.
The room is provided with an intelligent window, the intelligent window is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, when the time that the fan and the sterilizing device stop running reaches a second preset time, the sterilization of the room is finished, and at the moment, the air conditioner controls the intelligent window to be opened so as to ventilate the room and eliminate the peculiar smell of the sterilizing agent.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific value of the second preset time according to experiments or experiences, as long as the critical point determined by the second preset time can ensure that the sterilization time for the room is sufficient.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the control method of the present invention further includes: and when the opening time of the intelligent window reaches the third preset time, closing the intelligent window. When the opening time of the intelligent window reaches the third preset time, the peculiar smell of the bactericide in the room is eliminated, and the intelligent window is closed again.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: in the process of sterilizing a room, if it is detected that an electronic lock of a door of the room is unlocked, the sterilizing apparatus is stopped and the door is selectively allowed to be opened according to a progress of sterilization.
In the process of sterilizing a room, a large amount of bactericide needs to be sprayed into the room, so that a user is not suitable for being in the room during the process of sterilizing the room, and generally chooses to sterilize the room during an outgoing period (such as a working period).
Therefore, the electronic lock of the door is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, and in the process of sterilizing the room, if the electronic lock of the door is unlocked, which indicates that the user returns, the electronic lock sends a signal to the controller, the controller firstly controls the sterilizing device to stop running, does not spray the sterilizing agent any more, and selectively allows the door to be opened according to the sterilizing process.
It should be noted that two unlocking instructions can be set for the electronic lock of the door, the user can unlock the first unlocking instruction through a fingerprint or a password, the second unlocking instruction is controlled by the controller of the air conditioner, under a general condition, the electronic lock only starts one unlocking instruction, namely the first unlocking instruction, and under the condition, the electronic lock can be unlocked and the door can be opened as long as the user inputs a correct fingerprint or password; however, in the process of sterilizing the room, the electronic lock starts two unlocking instructions, in this case, the user inputs a correct fingerprint or password to unlock only the first unlocking instruction, and cannot unlock the electronic lock completely, and the controller of the air conditioner is required to send the second unlocking instruction to unlock the electronic lock completely, so as to open the door.
Preferably, the step of "selectively allowing the door to open according to the sterilization progress" specifically includes: comparing the operating time of the sterilization device with a preset time; if the running time is less than the preset time, allowing the door to be opened; if the operation time is greater than or equal to the preset time, the door is not allowed to open.
When the operation time of the sterilizing device is less than the preset time, the operation time of the sterilizing device is short, and the sterilizing agent sprayed to the room is not much, in this case, the door can be allowed to be opened, so that the user can enter the room; on the contrary, when the operation time of the sterilization device is greater than or equal to the preset time, the operation time of the sterilization device is longer, and more bactericides are sprayed into the room.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific value of the preset time according to experiments or experiences, as long as the critical point determined by the preset time can determine that the bactericide sprayed by the sterilizing apparatus will not cause damage to the user. Further, in the case where the air conditioner is provided with a plurality of sterilization modes, a specific value of the preset time corresponding to each sterilization mode may be set according to the injection speed of the sterilization apparatus in each sterilization mode.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: under the condition that the door is not allowed to be opened, the intelligent window of the room is opened, the room is ventilated, and meanwhile the user is informed of the time when the user can enter the room.
The room is provided with an intelligent window, the intelligent window is associated with the air conditioner, the intelligent window is exemplarily communicated with a controller of the air conditioner, the concentration of the bactericide in the room is higher under the condition that the room is not allowed to be opened, in this condition, the intelligent window of the room can be opened, the room is ventilated, the concentration of the bactericide in the room is reduced, a user can be allowed to enter the room as soon as possible, and meanwhile, the time for which ventilation is probably needed to reduce the concentration of the bactericide in the room to a safe concentration can be judged according to the running time of the sterilizing device, and the time is informed to the user.
It should be noted that the required ventilation time can be obtained through tests, for example, the total operation time of the sterilization device is 10 minutes, after the sterilization device operates for 3 minutes, the door is not allowed to be opened, in order to obtain the corresponding ventilation time, the sterilization device operates for 3 minutes and then stops operating, then the smart window of the room is opened for ventilation, and simultaneously the concentration of the bactericide in the room is detected, after the concentration of the bactericide in the room is reduced to the safe concentration, the ventilation time is recorded, if the ventilation time is between 3 minutes and 4 minutes, the ventilation time corresponding to the operation time of the sterilization device for 3 minutes is set to 4 minutes, a certain safety margin is reserved, and similarly, the sterilization device operates for 4 minutes and stops operating, then the smart window of the room is opened for ventilation, the ventilation time when the bactericide in the room is reduced to the safe concentration is recorded, after the ventilation time corresponding to the operation time of the sterilization device for 3 minutes to 10 minutes is tested and recorded, and the time information is prestored in the controller of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can acquire the ventilation time according to the running time of the sterilizing device so as to inform a user of the time when the user can enter the room.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: in a case where the door is not allowed to be opened, when the number of times the electronic lock is unlocked reaches a preset number of times, the door is allowed to be opened. Illustratively, the preset number of times is 3, in the case that the door is not allowed to be opened, if the user unlocks the electronic lock 3 times by means of the fingerprint or the password, it indicates that the user may have to enter the room in an emergency, and in this case, the controller sends a second unlocking instruction to the electronic lock, allowing the door to be opened.
It should be noted that after the user is allowed to enter the room, the air conditioner may send a voice prompt to inform the user that the room is being sterilized and ask the user to leave the room as soon as possible.
It should also be noted that, during the sterilization of a room, if it is detected that the electronic lock of the door of the room is unlocked, the door may be selectively allowed to open according to the concentration of the sterilant in the room.
Illustratively, the step of "selectively allowing the door to open according to the concentration of the bactericide in the room" specifically includes: acquiring a concentration value of the bactericide in the room; comparing the concentration value with a preset value; if the concentration value is smaller than the preset value, allowing the door to be opened; if the concentration value is greater than or equal to the preset value, the door is not allowed to open.
A bactericide concentration detection sensor can be arranged in a room and is communicated with a controller of the air conditioner, after the controller receives a signal sent by an electronic lock, the concentration value of the bactericide in the room is compared with a preset value, and when the concentration value is smaller than the preset value, the concentration of the bactericide in the room is lower, under the condition, a door can be allowed to be opened, and a user can enter the room; conversely, when the concentration value is greater than or equal to the preset value, it indicates that the concentration of the bactericide in the room is high, in which case the door is not allowed to open, and the user is prohibited from entering the room.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific numerical value of the preset value according to experiments or experiences, as long as a critical point determined by the preset value can determine that the bactericide in the room will not cause damage to the user.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: in the process of sterilizing the room, if the presence of a person in the room is detected, the operation of the sterilizing device is stopped. The camera can be installed in the room and is communicated with the controller of the air conditioner, and when the camera detects that a person is in the room, the controller controls the sterilizing device to stop running immediately. Through such setting, can further improve the security, avoid or reduce the injury to the user.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
