Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides an elevator key disinfection method by taking disinfection of an elevator key in an elevator as an example, and fig. 1 is a flow schematic diagram of the elevator key disinfection method in the embodiment 1 of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for disinfecting the elevator key of embodiment 1 of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: and monitoring whether the elevator key is touched.
In the embodiment of the invention, certain function can be realized when the elevator key is touched. For example, for an elevator key, when the number "8" of the elevator key is triggered, it represents that the elevator is about to reach 8 floors; when the door-closing elevator key of the elevator key is touched, the door-closing action of the elevator is about to be executed. As a specific embodiment, whether the elevator key is touched or not can be determined by whether a certain function is triggered or not. Of course, other ways of monitoring whether the elevator keys are touched, such as video images, can be used.
S102: and when the elevator key is monitored to be touched, determining whether the elevator key meets the preset disinfection condition.
As a specific embodiment, the determining whether the elevator key meets the preset disinfection condition may be performed by: judging whether a target object exists in the elevator car or not; when the target object does not exist in the elevator car, judging that the elevator key conforms to the disinfection condition; when the target object exists in the elevator car, whether a trigger object exists in the area where the elevator key is located is judged, and when the trigger object does not exist in the area where the elevator key is located, the elevator key is judged to accord with the disinfection condition. For example, the target object may be understood as a person, and the trigger object may be understood as a hand of the person. The elevator car can be understood as the car of an elevator, and the area where the elevator keys are located can be understood as the vicinity of the elevator keys.
Specifically, whether the target object exists in the car of the elevator can be detected by a pressure sensor in the elevator. Whether the area where the elevator key is located has a trigger object can be detected through the accessories of the area where the elevator key is located, and the accessories of the elevator key area include: and a hand sensing device is added in the range of 5 mm-45 mm away from the upper, lower, left and right boundaries of the elevator key area to detect whether a hand is close to the elevator key area.
As a specific embodiment, when the elevator car meets the preset disinfection condition, the elevator key may or may not be in a disinfection state. Therefore, further, after determining whether the triggering object exists in the area where the elevator key is located, the method further includes: and when the zone where the elevator key is located has a trigger object and the elevator key is being disinfected currently, stopping disinfecting the elevator key. Therefore, the damage to the triggering object caused by the disinfection of the elevator keys can be avoided.
S103: and when the elevator car meets the disinfection condition, disinfecting the elevator keys.
As a specific implementation mode, when the elevator car meets the disinfection condition, judging whether an elevator key is in a disinfection state, and when the elevator key is in the disinfection state, continuing to disinfect the elevator key; when the elevator key is not in a disinfection state, the elevator key disinfection device is started to disinfect the elevator key. It should be noted that the elevator key sterilizing device can be automatically started or manually started. For the elevator, a disinfection switch key can be arranged in the elevator, and when the manual starting operation of the disinfection switch key is received, the elevator key disinfection device disinfects the elevator key; or when the elevator car meets the preset disinfection condition, the elevator key disinfection device is automatically started to disinfect the elevator keys.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an elevator key disinfection apparatus in embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the uv lamp 3 is above the elevator key area 1, below the shielding device 2 (e.g., shielding edge). The length and the width of the shielding edge 2 are larger than the size of the ultraviolet lamp 3, so that the ultraviolet lamp light can be ensured to irradiate downwards or obliquely downwards; and the left and the right are provided with the air suction ports of the fans, and the function of shielding edges is also realized. Because the position of the elevator key region 1 in the elevator car is lower (about 100-130 cm), the shielding edge 2 is additionally arranged on the ultraviolet lamp 3 to shield all upward square-illuminating light, so that the ultraviolet light is ensured to only illuminate the elevator key region 1, the light condensation effect can be achieved, and the sterilization effect is enhanced.
Specifically, when the elevator key disinfection component is an ultraviolet lamp 3, the elevator key disinfection equipment further comprises an air exhaust system arranged below the ultraviolet lamp 3. The air draft system comprises an air inlet 4 and an air outlet 5, the air inlet 4 is arranged at the upper part of the elevator key area 1, and the air inlet 4 is connected with the outside air; air outlet 5 is located the elevator and shelters from the both sides of part according to regional 1, and exhaust system takes the elevator out according to the air of regional 1, prevents that the elevator from pressing the ozone pollution elevator air that regional 1 ultraviolet lamp 3 produced of button.
In particular, the accessories of the elevator key area can be arranged in the key vicinity area 6.
As a further embodiment, after disinfecting the elevator keys, the method further comprises: counting the disinfection duration for disinfecting the elevator keys; judging whether the disinfection time reaches a preset threshold value or not; and when the disinfection time reaches the threshold value, stopping disinfecting the elevator key. Specifically, the disinfection of the elevator buttons can be stopped after n seconds of disinfection, the n seconds are the disinfection time of the elevator measured in a laboratory, and the disinfection time is different due to the fact that the elevator space and the ultraviolet lamp are different in type selection.
As a further embodiment, after disinfecting the elevator keys, the method further comprises: monitoring whether a trigger operation on a preset disinfection switch key is received; when receiving a trigger operation on the disinfection switch key, determining the type of the trigger operation; and executing a corresponding command according to the type of the trigger operation.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating the short-press operation and the long-press operation of the disinfection switch button according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, when the triggering operation is a short-press operation on the disinfection switch key, the disinfection of the elevator key is stopped for a preset time; and when the triggering operation is a long-time pressing operation on the disinfection switch key, completely closing the disinfection device. That is to say, short on time temporarily closes the disinfection function, and the disinfection pilot lamp scintillation this moment is automatic when detecting the elevator unmanned and is opened, and the disinfection pilot lamp becomes often bright, and the purpose has children or height to be less than when the shading is followed in the elevator, prevents that the ultraviolet lamp accidental from shining eyes. The disinfection function can be completely closed by pressing the disinfection switch key for a long time, and the disinfection indicator lamp is closed after the disinfection switch key is completely closed until the disinfection function is started by pressing the disinfection switch key again next time.
If the initial state is a state that the disinfection function is completely closed or temporarily closed, a disinfection switch key is pressed for the first time, and the disinfection function is opened (no matter short-time pressing or long-time pressing, the disinfection function is opened as long as being pressed); the second time of pressing down the elevator button, judge earlier whether long press or short press, if long press thoroughly close the disinfection function, if short press temporarily close the disinfection function and wait that the elevator nobody the time automatically opened the disinfection function.
If the first key is judged, the second key (the key) is judged, a check bit (the value is 0 or 1) is arranged in the program, the disinfection function is set to be in a closed state after power-on reset, a primary on-off key is triggered corresponding to the check bit being 0, the check bit is changed into 1, and the disinfection function is started; and triggering the switch key again, changing the check bit into 0, and judging whether the key is pressed for a long time or pressed for a short time so as to determine whether to temporarily close the disinfection function or completely close the disinfection function. It is equivalent to detecting whether a person triggers a key after the last disinfection.
The short press and long press operation provided in example 1 of the present invention provides two ways to turn off the uv lamp. An exemplary usage scenario for the short press operation is as follows: when an adult takes the elevator with a child, the height of the child is lower than that of the elevator key area, so that the child is prevented from alarming in the elevator and being close to the elevator key area and further being irradiated by ultraviolet light; an adult can press a 'disinfection switch key' for a short time, temporarily turn off the disinfection function and turn off the ultraviolet lamp; when no person exists, the elevator automatically turns on the ultraviolet lamp for disinfection. When the elevator key does not need to be disinfected, the disinfection function can be thoroughly closed by long pressing.
Specifically, short-time pressing operation or long-time pressing operation is detected, sampling time can be set by a program, if the sampling time is set to be 3ms, a corresponding signal is high level after an elevator key is pressed, the program sampling is high level for the first time, high level for the second time, and low level for the third time, the short-time pressing operation is judged; and the first, second and third times are all high level, then the long press operation is judged. If the first time is high level and the second time is low level, the short-time pressing operation or the long-time pressing operation is not performed, the program is not executed, and the user carelessly touches the elevator key to execute no operation according to the actual situation.
Further, when being the ultraviolet lamp to the disinfection device that the elevator button disinfected, when disinfecting the elevator button, still include: and (3) starting an air draft device to draw away harmful gas generated by the ultraviolet lamp, such as trace ozone generated when the ultraviolet lamp irradiates.
The embodiment of the invention provides a reliable and safe disinfection control method for the elevator key area through the hand elevator key data of the elevator key area, the hand induction data of accessories and the elevator running state and through the logic judgment of a controller, so that the elevator key is disinfected under the conditions of ensuring the safety of users and the normal use of the elevator.
In order to explain the elevator key disinfection method of embodiment 1 of the present invention in more detail, a specific example is given. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a specific example of the elevator key disinfection method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for disinfecting the elevator key comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of starting a disinfection function of the elevator, automatically starting an ultraviolet lamp and an exhaust fan when no person in the elevator is detected, and closing the elevator after disinfecting for n seconds, wherein the n seconds are the disinfection time of the elevator detected in a laboratory, and the disinfection time is different due to the fact that the elevator space and the ultraviolet lamp are different in type selection; when the elevator is detected to be occupied, if the elevator key area and the area nearby the elevator key area do not detect that hands are close to or just in the area, the ultraviolet lamp is started for disinfection and the fan is started for air draft.
