The cake batch forming device according to claim 1, wherein the cake primary forming mechanism (4) comprises two supporting seats (41), the lower ends of the two supporting seats (41) are rotatably connected with a first extrusion rod (42) through rolling bearings, a servo motor (43) is arranged at the rear end of the first extrusion rod (42), the output end of the servo motor (43) is fixedly connected with the first extrusion rod (42) through screws, a second extrusion rod (44) is arranged on the upper side of the first extrusion rod (42), the outer walls of the second extrusion rod (44) and the first extrusion rod (42) are fixedly connected with a compression roller (45) through screws, the upper ends of the two supporting seats (41) at the opposite sides are fixedly connected with a mounting vessel (46), the inner bottom surfaces of the mounting vessel (46) are fixedly connected with a second electric telescopic rod (47), the output ends of the second electric telescopic rod (47) are fixedly connected with a mounting block (48) through screws, the square rigid coupling has balance spring (49) between installation piece (48) and the interior top surface of installation ware (46), and rectangular hole (410) have all been seted up to the side around supporting seat (41) upper end, the front and back end of two (44) of extrusion stem all rotates through antifriction bearing to be connected on installation piece (48) lateral wall, the equal rigid coupling of two (44) one end outer walls of extrusion stem (42) and extrusion stem has drive wheel (411), and still is equipped with gear train (412) between drive wheel (411), gear train (412) all are connected with drive wheel (411) meshing.

The cake batch forming device of claim 2, wherein the supporting base (41) is provided with two supporting rods which are symmetrically distributed at the front and rear side positions of the workbench (1), the two extrusion rods (44) are slidably connected in the rectangular holes (410), the rear side of the gear set I (412) is provided with an air cylinder, the output end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with one side of the gear set I (412), and the air cylinder is fixedly connected on the inner side wall of the supporting base (41).

A mass pastry molding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying link (7) has one end extending to the inside of the baking oven (51), and the link of the conveying link (7) is disposed in a net shape, and the heating plate (52) is disposed between the upper and lower links, and the suction hopper (54) is provided with a plurality of suction cups (53) and is uniformly distributed on the lower end thereof.

The cake batch forming device according to claim 1, wherein the shearing frame (81) is fixedly connected to the front bottom surface and the rear bottom surface of the groove (6) through screws, the supporting plate (82) is horizontally arranged near one end of the cake primary forming mechanism (4), one end of the supporting plate (82) away from the cake primary forming mechanism (4) is obliquely arranged downwards, mounting grooves are formed in the front side and the rear side of the bottom end of the mounting plate (84), the mounting strips (86) are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the cutting plate (851), the mounting strips (86) are slidably connected in the mounting grooves, and one ends of the mounting strips (86) are fixed in the mounting grooves through fixing pins (87).
6. The pastry batch-forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two support bars (101) are fixedly connected to the output end of the baking mechanism (5) at positions at the front and rear sides thereof.

The cake batch forming device according to claim 1, wherein the material guiding table (11) and the horizontal seat (12) are both fixedly connected to the top surface of the workbench (1), and the upper end of the material guiding table (11) is inclined downwards from one side of the flour mixer (2) to one side of the cake primary forming mechanism (4).
