Abstract

本申请提供一种通信方法与终端设备,该通信方法包括:UE确定第一载波上的备选资源集合,第一载波为当前待进行资源选择的载波,第一载波用于传输第一数据;UE根据预设条件,从备选资源集合中选择第一载波上的资源,预设条件根据UE在其他载波上的已选资源、以及如下中的一种或多种确定:UE的发送链数量、UE的发送功率、UE占用的资源块数量、UE占用的多个载波或多个频域资源的频域间隔、UE的载波转换时间、与UE的半双工限制,其他载波表示UE当前已经完成资源选择的所有载波,其他载波用于传输第二数据;UE在第一载波选择的资源上发送第一数据。本申请可以在一定程度上提高数据传输的可靠性,进而可以提高车辆的安全性。
