Abstract
一种黑酒及其制备方法,由重量份为黑木耳2.4份,核桃仁2.4份,黑米8.1份,黑豆8.1份,大枣8.1份,枸杞子3.2份,桑椹4.8份何黑芝麻13份制成;制备方法是,将上述原料醇提、粗过滤,然后加入蜂蜜和焦糖色素,再精滤,得到黑酒。制得的黑酒具有滋阴补肾、乌发润发、美容养颜等功效,能提高机体免疫力、舒筋活血、养气安神,是一款对人类健康有积极作用的保健酒精饮料。黑酒的制备工艺简便、原料简单、收率高,且含有丰富的营养物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及到保健酒的生产技术领域,特别涉及到浸泡、渗漉、过滤等提取技术。具体涉及一种黑酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
制备黑酒的原料中:黑豆与黑芝麻富含丰富的B族维生素及维生素E,能润泽皮肤、养颜美容,且黑豆含有泛酸,有乌发功效;黑米中不仅含有身体必须的碳水化合物,而且有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪及矿物质,能够滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血;黑木耳能促进头发中的黑色素合成,乌发润发养血驻颜,还能够增强机体免疫力、防治心血管疾病;枸杞富含抗氧化剂,能防止皮肤干燥,具有美容养颜、润肌护肤功效;桑葚含有维生素C和花青素,可以美白皮肤、延缓衰老;大枣具有补中益气、滋阴补血、养血安神的功效,能够降低血糖和胆固醇;核桃仁营养丰富,能够补肾温肺、增强皮肤弹性、消除皱纹。
黑酒是用上述原料以中药浸酒的传统工艺为基础,利用浸泡、渗漉等现代化手段,提取中药中的有效成份制成高营养、抗衰老的保健酒。渗漉属于动态浸出方法,溶剂和原料中有效成分利用率高,浸出完全。
市场上酒精饮料品种繁多,为了满足人们的身体健康需要,饮料酒必须同时具备营养与保健功效。保健酒既能增强机体扶正固本,又能预防疾病改善机体,帮助亚健康人群及体弱多病者恢复健康;帮助老年人群改善睡眠质量、提高身体机能和生存质量。保健酒能够养生健体、保健强身,是任何药物、食物及保健食品无法替代的。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黑酒及其制备方法,黑酒的制备方法是通过以浸泡、渗漉为主的工艺技术,对以黑芝麻、黑米为主的原料进行加工,制成35%vol的黑酒。黑酒具有滋阴补肾、乌发润发、美容养颜等功效,能提高机体免疫力、舒筋活血、养气安神,并且极具发展潜力与商业价值。
一种黑酒,由以下重量份的原料配比而成:
黑木耳2.4份,核桃仁2.4份,黑米8.1份,黑豆8.1份,大枣8.1份,枸杞子3.2份,桑椹4.8份,黑芝麻13份;
其中:黑木耳粉碎过30目筛;核桃仁粉碎过14目筛;黑米粉碎过30目筛;黑豆炒制后粉碎过14目筛;大枣粉碎过20目筛;枸杞子粉碎过20目筛;桑椹粉碎过20目筛;黑芝麻粉碎过30目筛。
黑酒的制造方法,包括以下步骤,且以下步骤顺次进行:
步骤一、取100%vol酒精600kg与纯净水400kg混合,调配成60%vol酒精1000ml。
步骤二、以每份1kg计算,按照原料配比与预处理要求,将2.4kg木耳、8.1kg黑米、8.1kg黑豆、8.1kg大枣、3.2kg枸杞子和4.8kg桑椹混合成34.7kg的第一混合料;将2.4kg核桃仁和13kg黑芝麻混合成15.4kg的第二混合料,第二混合料装在纱布包中。
步骤三、取60%vol的酒精500ml与第一混合料混合,将装有第二混合料纱布包投入第一混合料中,在55℃条件下浸泡3h,得到浸泡液,浸泡结束后,取出装有核桃仁与黑芝麻的纱布包,向浸泡后的第一混合料另加入60%vol酒精500ml,在55℃条件下渗漉3h,得到渗漉液。
步骤四、合并浸泡液和渗漉液,进行粗滤,并向粗滤液中加入1kg皂土,加入纯净水664kg,使60%vol的酒降为35%vol的酒。
步骤五、向步骤四得到的35%vol的酒中加入47.82kg的蜂蜜和2.39kg的焦糖色素进行调配。对调配后的液体进行过滤,得到精滤液,精滤液为黑酒。
步骤六、清洗玻璃瓶、干燥,将精滤液灌入50ml的玻璃瓶。

1.一种黑酒,由以下重量份的原料配比而成:
黑木耳2.4份,核桃仁2.4份,黑米8.1份,黑豆8.1份,大枣8.1份,枸杞子3.2份,桑椹4.8份,黑芝麻13份;
其中:黑木耳粉碎过30目筛;核桃仁粉碎过14目筛;黑米粉碎过30目筛;黑豆炒制后粉碎过14目筛;大枣粉碎过20目筛;枸杞子粉碎过20目筛;桑椹粉碎过20目筛;黑芝麻粉碎过30目筛。
2.权利要求1所述黑酒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,且以下步骤顺次进行:
步骤一、取100%vol酒精600kg与纯净水400kg混合,调配成60%vol酒精1000ml;
