本发明提供一种强度较高的橡套,所述包括有以下质量份数的组分料:CPE B8份,CPE A 45I24份,氧化镁3.3份,硬脂酸钙0.6份,全炼石蜡0.62份,白炭黑4份,纳米高岭土6份,氢氧化镁16份,鑫源高岭土5份,三氧化二锑1份,黑马N5504份,白羊轻钙2份,氯化石蜡微调14份,ESO2份,DCP0.8份,TAIC1份。通过CPE B、CPE A 45I、氧化镁、硬脂酸钙、全炼石蜡、白炭黑、纳米高岭土、氢氧化镁、鑫源高岭土、三氧化二锑、黑马N550、白羊轻钙、氯化石蜡微调、ESO、DCP和TAIC1进行制备,制造一种强度较高的橡套,强度相对一般生产出的产品强度较为提高,并且添加有N550炭黑和环保醚类增塑剂来使橡胶具有强度和耐水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡套技术领域,尤其涉及一种强度较高的橡套。
背景技术
目前在工作生活过程中,使用橡胶已经越来越受到各个领域的技术人员的青睐。现有的橡套生产过程中,由于生产成本较高且产出的产品强度也不是很高。因此,解决上述的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种强度较高的橡套,通过CPE B、CPE A 45I、氧化镁、硬脂酸钙、全炼石蜡、白炭黑、纳米高岭土、氢氧化镁、鑫源高岭土、三氧化二锑、黑马N550、白羊轻钙、氯化石蜡微调、ESO、DCP和TAIC1进行制备,制造一种强度较高的橡套,强度相对一般生产出的产品强度较为提高,并且添加有N550炭黑和环保醚类增塑剂来使橡胶具有强度和耐水性。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种强度较高的橡套,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:CPE B6-8份,CPE A 45I22-24份,氧化镁3.1-3.3份,硬脂酸钙0.4-0.6份,全炼石蜡0.42-0.62份,白炭黑2-4份,纳米高岭土4-6份,氢氧化镁14-16份,鑫源高岭土3-5份,三氧化二锑0.8-1份,黑马N5502-4份,白羊轻钙1-2份,氯化石蜡微调12-14份,ESO1-2份,DCP0.6-0.8份,TAIC0.8-1份。
进一步改进在于:所述包括有以下质量份数的组分料:CPE B8份,CPE A 45I24份,氧化镁3.3份,硬脂酸钙0.6份,全炼石蜡0.62份,白炭黑4份,纳米高岭土6份,氢氧化镁16份,鑫源高岭土5份,三氧化二锑1份,黑马N5504份,白羊轻钙2份,氯化石蜡微调14份,ESO2份,DCP0.8份,TAIC1份。
进一步改进在于:所述该组分料中还添加有硅酸钙5份和环保醚类增塑剂10份。
本发明的有益效果:通过CPE B、CPE A 45I、氧化镁、硬脂酸钙、全炼石蜡、白炭黑、纳米高岭土、氢氧化镁、鑫源高岭土、三氧化二锑、黑马N550、白羊轻钙、氯化石蜡微调、ESO、DCP和TAIC1进行制备,制造一种强度较高的橡套,强度相对一般生产出的产品强度较为提高,并且添加有N550炭黑和环保醚类增塑剂来使橡胶具有强度和耐水性。

本实施例提供一种强度较高的橡套,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:CPE B7份,CPE A45I23份,氧化镁3.2份,硬脂酸钙0.5份,全炼石蜡0.52份,白炭黑3份,纳米高岭土5份,氢氧化镁15份,鑫源高岭土4份,三氧化二锑0.9份,黑马N5503份,白羊轻钙1.5份,氯化石蜡微调13份,ESO1.5份,DCP0.7份,TAIC0.9份。
所述该组分料中还添加有硅酸钙5份和环保醚类增塑剂10份。
通过CPE B、CPE A 45I、氧化镁、硬脂酸钙、全炼石蜡、白炭黑、纳米高岭土、氢氧化镁、鑫源高岭土、三氧化二锑、黑马N550、白羊轻钙、氯化石蜡微调、ESO、DCP和TAIC1进行制备,制造一种强度较高的橡套,强度相对一般生产出的产品强度较为提高,并且添加有N550炭黑和环保醚类增塑剂来使橡胶具有强度和耐水性。

1.一种强度较高的橡套,其特征在于:包括有以下质量份数的组分料:CPE B6-8份,CPEA 45I22-24份,氧化镁3.1-3.3份,硬脂酸钙0.4-0.6份,全炼石蜡0.42-0.62份,白炭黑2-4份,纳米高岭土4-6份,氢氧化镁14-16份,鑫源高岭土3-5份,三氧化二锑0.8-1份,黑马N5502-4份,白羊轻钙1-2份,氯化石蜡微调12-14份,ESO1-2份,DCP0.6-0.8份,TAIC0.8-1份。
