Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1.2重量份氰化乙烯类单体、6.7重量份AES树脂、1.9重量份石棉段、0.1重量份月桂二酸、0.7重量份三聚磷酸钠、11重量份玻璃纤维矿物粉、1.3重量份乙基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;2)将6重量份PS树脂、13重量份尼龙树脂混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。本发明制备出的玻璃纤维复合材料耐酸碱性、刚性好、抗老化、抗氧化。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺。
背景技术
现有玻璃纤维复合材料的耐酸碱性、刚性、抗老化、抗氧化性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,其制备出的玻璃纤维复合材料耐酸碱性、刚性好、抗老化、抗氧化。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份氰化乙烯类单体、6.7重量份AES树脂、1.9重量份石棉段、0.1重量份月桂二酸、0.7重量份三聚磷酸钠、11重量份玻璃纤维矿物粉、1.3重量份乙基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
2)将6重量份PS树脂、13重量份尼龙树脂混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,其制备出的玻璃纤维复合材料耐酸碱性、刚性好、抗老化、抗氧化。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份氰化乙烯类单体、6.7重量份AES树脂、1.9重量份石棉段、0.1重量份月桂二酸、0.7重量份三聚磷酸钠、11重量份玻璃纤维矿物粉、1.3重量份乙基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
2)将6重量份PS树脂、13重量份尼龙树脂混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。

1.用于生产玻璃纤维复合材料的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份氰化乙烯类单体、6.7重量份AES树脂、1.9重量份石棉段、0.1重量份月桂二酸、0.7重量份三聚磷酸钠、11重量份玻璃纤维矿物粉、1.3重量份乙基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
2)将6重量份PS树脂、13重量份尼龙树脂混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。
